Abstract

The purpose of this activity is the empowerment of small industries, especially in the cover craftsmen and report cards “GiGa” as service partners. The method used is technology guidance through the application of appropriate technology, assistance in the use of multi-use press machines using hydraulic, e-commerce, financial administration and management assistance. The precise technology of a multipurpose automatic press machine with a hydraulic machine can be used to produce a wide range of quality cover products with an effective and efficient production system. The results of this activity are increasing the ability of independent and resilient partners and increasing the role of the micro industry in development, creating job opportunities, increasing income for cover and report card craftsmen “GiGa”  in particular and the country in general, thus realizing a better economy. The output of this activity is an automatic multi-use press machine using hydraulic, effective and efficient production processes, quality cover products.

Abstract

UMKM need to increase their productivity through technological improvements, so that the production process becomes more effective and efficient. Service partners are UMKM engaged in the food and beverage sector in Kudus Regency, namely Catering Bu Yati. The problem faced is the low management of the business and the unpreparedness of resources in the face of technological change so that the business is managed conventionally and traditionally. This service method uses technological guidance, application training and business management assistance. The output of this activity is the use of neat applications, increased income, as well as national seminars and publications through scientific articles in the form of proceedings or service journals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, dan Price to Book Value (PBV) terhadap return saham pada industri processed foods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2024. Pengungkapan ESG dan nilai fundamental perusahaan merupakan aspek krusial karena berkaitan dengan transparansi dan relevansi informasi bagi investor dalam menilai kinerja serta prospek masa depan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental, social, dan governance disclosure berpengaruh megatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan PBV berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa investor pada industri processed foods masih menitikberatkan keputusan investasi pada indikator valuasi pasar dibandingkan sinyal keberlanjutan, sehingga manajemen perlu menyelaraskan strategi ESG dengan kinerja keuangan yang kuat untuk daya tarik pasar.

Abstract

MSMEs are a big contributor to the country's economy. This is evidenced by the ability of MSMEs to survive amid an economic crisis, even though many large companies have gone bankrupt or even stopped operating. This study empirically examines how accounting information systems, e-commerce, financial literacy, financial technology, and product innovation affect the performance of MSMEs. This study has a population of all MSMEs registered at Diskopukmnakertrans Jepara Regency. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling of 400 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 26 are the analytical techniques used in this study. This study shows that the variables of accounting information systems, e-commerce, financial literacy, financial technology, and product innovation have a positive and significant influence on the performance variables of MSMEs, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Abstrak Kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang pengajar dalam mendidik siswa harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan di dunia kerja. Hardskill dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengoperasian software keuangan dengan menggunakan bantuan Accurate Online. Accurate Online adalah sistem akuntansi yang dirancang sebagai software akuntansi yang mudah digunakan untuk mengelola pencatatan transaksi keuangan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat, yang menyediakan fitur perpajakan dan telah disesuaikan dengan aturan perpajakan di Indonesia, dengan harga lisensi yang relatif murah dibandingkan dengan software akuntansi lainnya yang setara kelasnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Musyawarah Guru mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Ekonomi SMA se Kabupaten Kudus melalui try out ujian Certified Accurate Professional (CAP). Kegiatan ini dapat membekali guru Ekonomi SMA se Kabupaten Kudus dalam menambah kompetensi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk bekal mengajar siswa di sekolah terutama dalam mengoperasikan software Accurate. Kata kunci: accurate online; MGMP ekonomi; try out CAP Abstract The ability of a teacher to educate students must be able to keep up with developments in the world of work. Hard skills can be improved through the operation of financial software using the help of Accurate Online. Accurate Online is an accounting system designed as an easy-to-use accounting software to manage the recording of financial transactions quickly, accurately and accurately, which provides tax features and has been adapted to tax rules in Indonesia, with a relatively low license price compared to other accounting software in its class. This service activity aims to improve the competence of the Economics Teacher Conference (MGMP) of High Schools in Kudus Regency through the Certified Accurate Professional (CAP) exam try-out. This activity can equip high school economics teachers throughout Kudus Regency in increasing competence so that it can be used to provide teaching students at school, especially in operating Accurate software. Keywords: accurate online; MGMP economy; try out CAP
