Abstract

Higher education is a place of knowledge transfer with the certain framework set by a trusted institution. Nevertheless, the concept of knowledge transfer was still limited to a qualitative or tentative which made the output was only the micro scale of the institution scope. It was not appropriate to the goal of learning process in a very broad sense, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The objective of the study was to know the influence of entrepreneurship subject on students’ interest in entrepreneurship  at Institut Pesantren Mathaliul Falah (IPMAFA) Pati with hidden curriculum as the intervening variable. It used WarpsPls analysis to test the model directly and directly. The samples of the study were 30 Islamic banking students who got entrepreneurship subject and Islamic community development who did not get the entrepreneurship subject. The results of this study explained that the entrepreneurship subject influenced students’ interest in entrepreneurship and the second model test results showed that hidden curriculum was not able to become the intervening variable for students’ interest in entrepreneurshipPerguruan tinggi merupakan tempat transfer ilmu dengan kerangka yang telah ditetapkan oleh lembaga yang dipercaya. Namun demikian, konsep dari proses transfer ilmu masih sebatas kualitatif atau bahkan tentatif sehingga ouput yang dihasilkan masih berkutat pada skala mikro dari lingkup lembaga. Hal ini belum selaras dengan tujuan proses pembelajaran yang mempunyai arti sangat luas, baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Institut Pesantren Mathaliul Falah (IPMAFA) Pati dengan hidden curriculum sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis WarpsPls dengan menguji model langsung dan tidak langsung. Sampel yang diteliti adalah mahasiswa dengan Prodi Perbankan Syariah dan mahasiswa Prodi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah mendapatkan Matakuliah Kewirausahaan dan yang belum mendapatkan Matakuliah Kewirausahaan dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Matakuliah Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha dan hasil uji model yang kedua menjelaskan bahwa hidden curriculum tidak mampu menjadi variabel intervening bagi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the products of Sharia Banks, especially in Kota   Pati district toward the interest of saving money by using the public perception as moderating. This research used descriptive quantitative method with populations Islamic Banking (BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, Bank Jateng Syariah, Bank Muamalat) in Kota Pati district. The samples were the people who made transactions in Syaria Conventional  Banks  totaling  100  respondents  taken  using quota  sampling  technique.  Methods  of  data  analysis  used MRA (Moderating Regresion Analysis) test. The results of this study showed that the products of existing Islamic banks in microfinance particularly in Kota  Pati distrcit has impacts on people. It proves that the products (savings) of microfinance have benefits for customers. While the public perception can be moderating variables because the public banks can give education to the society that their products are free from usury.

Abstract

Aktivitas belajar matematika adalah salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan anak dalam belajar matematika. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya kebanyakan anak menganggap bahwa matematika merupakan pelajaran yang menakutkan dan membosankan. Hal inilah yang mengakibatkan aktivitas belajar matematika anak tidak berkembang secara optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi anak-anak di desa Welahan Jepara untuk menggunakan permainan tradisional dalam upaya mengembangkan aktivitas belajar matematika khususnya dalam materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan sampai 20. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah berupa ceramah, diskusi dan implementasi penggunaan permainan anak tradisional Desa Welahan Jepara dalam upaya mengembangkan aktivitas belajar matematika. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, anak-anak di Desa Welahan Jepara dapat memanfaatkan permainan tradisional mereka untuk diimplementasikan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika yang menyenangkan dan bermakna serta sesuai dengna budaya lokal setempat

Abstract

Hasil dari pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas industri mainan anak-anak di Desa Karanganyar Kecamatan Welahan Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang dipergunakan dari pelaporan pengabdian adalah dengan menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara atau teknik observasi dan pendokumentasian. Analisis dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, disajikan datanya dengan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil kegiatan dari pengabdian ini adalah industri kerajinan mainan anak-anak di Desa Karanganyar Kecamatan Welahan Kabupaten Jepara mampu meningkat. Hal ini disebabkan adanya variasi produk dengan variasi warna sehingga anak-anak mempunyai ketertarikan kepada mainan dengan warna yang mencolok.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze student shopping motivation and lifestyle on positive emotions. The research design uses quantitative descriptive using primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires from respondents and then analyzed. The research sample was active students at Muria Kudus University in the Management Study Program, totaling 248 respondents. The results of the study explain that the increase in students' positive emotions for shopping using online applications (e-commerce shopee) increases because of the role of shopping motivation and because of lifestyle factors. This is due to the flexibility and speed of the vendor managing the e-commerce shoppe which is very professional, but there are research findings which explain that the negative impact is addiction to shopping through e-commerce applications making students socialize less with the environment around the campus because most activities are carried out online.

Abstract

The study aims to determine sales growth and profitability of the capital structure for the bakery industry in Bugo Village as an Industrial Center. The research design uses quantitative descriptive research using skunder data taken directly from respondents in the form of sales reports and financial statements. The population and sample are owners or decision makers in the bakery industry totaling 24 respondents. The results of the study explained that profitability was not able to improve the capital structure for MSMEs in Bugo Village, but sales growth was able to improve the capital structure. This is because most MSMEs in Bugo Village have been in business for a long time and are carried out consistently, dare to compete and always prioritize the ability to increase sales by innovating. Research findings turn out that the need to innovate is very important in order to survive in the global era.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to test brand awareness, halal labels, subjective norms on purchase intention and attitude able to mediate. The research design used exploratory descriptive research using primary data and skunder. The data source is taken directly from respondents in the form of respondents' answers on the questionnaires distributed. The population and sample of the study were 100 respondents of the Management Study Program. The results of the study explained that brand awareness, halal labels, subjective norms positively increase attitude and brand awareness, halal labels, subjective norms, have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and brand awareness variables, halal labels, subjective norms, have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through attitude as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in building competitive advantage with product innovation as an intervening variable at Gravitasi Teras Muria Café and Resto. The population in this study were all visitors who had come and made purchases at Gravitasi Teras Muria Café and Resto. The research results show that market orientation has no effect on competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation has no effect on competitive advantage, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, orientation the market has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage through product innovation as an intervening variable, and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage through product innovation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) memainkan peranan penting dalam menghasilkan pendapatan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain kesulitan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan usaha, penjualan susu dilakukan secara hanya offline dan belum memanfaatkan penjualan e-marketplace sehingga jangkauan pasar masih terbatas, serta desain kemasan susu masih sederhana belum menggambarkan nilai produk. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelaku usaha pemerahan susu sapi tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM berbasis SAK-EMKM, mengenalkan pentingnya melakukan pemasaran produk secara daring melalui aplikasi e-marketplace dan media social, meningkatkan keterampilan dalam membuat desain/konten iklan pemasaran melalui aplikasi canva. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode ceramah, simulasi dan diskusi. Target luaran yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam menyusun laporan keuangan dan menggunakan aplikasi e-marketplace, serta terampil membuat konten iklan pemasaran.
