Abstract

Abstract : Competition that is increasingly sharply this claims every bank that be able to maintain and takes care of the client loyality. One of strategy needed to by the thing is strategy Relationship Marketing. This research done to know influence Relationship Marketing to Retensi Pelanggan and Loyalitas cutomer. This research done to the clients by using sampling technique. Sample measure taken is 75. Data is collected by through interview by using questionaire and hereinafter processing data  by using descriptive analysis and path analysis. Result of analysis indicates that Commitment, Trust and Relationsship Satisfaction influential signifikan to Customer Retention. This research also shows existence of influence signifikan between Customer Loyalty, there is influence signifikan between Trust directly and also indirectly through Customer Retention to Customer Loyalty while Commitment and Relationship Satisfaction  doesn´t have an effect on to Customer Loyalty. Abstract

The National Literacy Movement (GLN) carried out by the ministry of education and culture in 2016 aims to foster a culture of literacy in the school, home, and community by building reading corners at schools, reading gardens, regional libraries, and the Atmazaki smart house. The community service activities aim to offer and present interesting activities to foster a culture of reading literacy in students by building reading corners, reading programs 15 minutes before formal learning, and educating the importance of literacy. This type of service is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The sample consisted of 51 students of YLPI Plus Islamic Elementary School consisting of 21 female students and 30 male students. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the dedication are implementing literacy through the storytelling method, reading for 15 minutes before formal learning, and always taking the time to read in the reading corner. The dedication concludes that students are the criteria for those who like to read and all these activities have been well followed by students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kinerja (Prestasi Kerja) karyawan, yang telah dijalankan sesuai dengan ketetapan pencapaian tujuan karyawan serta informasi lain yang dapat mambuka wawasan tentang PT. Sigma Petrotech Pekanbaru. Penulis menggunakan teori penilaian kinerja menurut Gomes (2003:135) adalah cara mengukur kostribusi individu (karyawan) kepada organisasi tempat mereka bekerja. Model penilaian kinerja meliputi indikator sebagai berikut: Quantity of work, Quality of work, Job Knowledge, Creativeness, Cooperation, Dependability, Initiative, Personal Qualities. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 hal untuk mengukur pelaksanaan peningkatan kinerja karyawan, yaitu kuantitas kerja pada PT. Sigma Petrotech telah berjalan dengan baik, kulitas kerja dapat dikatakan dengan baik, pengetahuan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya cukup baik, kerja sama sangat baik, karyawan yang dapat diandalkan cukup baik. Dari kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Pelaksanaan aktivitas dan tugas-tugas pada PT. Sigma Petrotech Pekanbaru masih terdapat kekurangan yaitu kurangnya koordinasi dan pengawasan dari pimpinan didalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas yang sesuai dengan apa yang telah ditetapkan. 2). Kurang adanya dorongan (motivasi) serta contoh dari pimpinan atau atasan dalam memimpin atau memenej karyawannya dengan baik, sehingga terkadang para karyawan mengikuti kesalahan-kesalahan yang terdapat pimpinan. 3). Dalam pelaksanaan tugas atau ketentuanketentuan yang berlaku dan yang telah ditetapkan, bahwa masih terdapat beberapa pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan oleh pegawai yang berada diluar sub bagian yang tidak semestinya, disebabkan karena tidak meratanya pembagian kerja yang diberikan oleh atasan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Hormax and NPK Mutiara (16:16:16) on sweet potato plants. The design used in this study was a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is Hormax (H) at doses of 0, 1, 3, and 5 ml per liter of water while the second factor is NPK Mutiara (16:16:16) (N) with concentrations of 0, 3.15, 6.3, and 9.45g per plant. The parameters observed were the number of crop tubers (tubers), tuber weight per plot (g), tuber weight per tuber (g), tuber weight per plant (g), wet pruned weight (g), harvest index. The last observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of giving Hormax and NPK Mutiara (16:16:16) significantly affected the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot, tuber weight per fruit, weight. The best treatment is in the combination of H2N2 fertilizer concentration of 3 ml/liter of water and 6.3 g / plant. The main influence of hormax is evident on the parameters of the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot, tuber weight per tuber, tuber weight per plant, wet perched weight, harvest index, the best treatment of 3 ml per liter of water (H2). The main effect of NPK Mutiara fertilizer (16:16:16) is real on the parameters of the number of tubers per plant, tuber weight per plot, tuber weight per fruit, tuber weight per plant, wet perched weight, harvest index, best treatment ie 6.3 g per plants (N2). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of interaction and the main influence of vermicompost and NPK Pearl 16:16:16 on the growth and yield of celery plants. This research was carried out for four months, from August to November 2018. This research used a factorial completely randomized design (RAL) consisting of two factors, where the first factor was vermicompost fertilizer (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 60, 80, 100 g / polybag and the second factor is NPK Pearl 16:16:16 (N) fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, 0, 0.8, 1.6, 2.4 g/polybag. The observation parameters in this study were plant height (cm), relative growth rate (g), root volume (cm3), number of tillers, number of midribs, wet weight of crop (g), and age of harvest (days). The last observation data were statistically analyzed and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between vermicompost and NPK Pearl 16:16:16 fertilizer significantly affected plant height from week two to week seven, the relative growth rate in the first week, root volume, number of tillers, number of fronds and wet weight per plant. The best treatment is K3N3 (K3 vermicompost fertilizer = 100 g /polybag and NPK Pearl 16:16:16 N3 = 2,4 g/polybag), but it has no significant effect on the age of harvest and the main effect of vermicompost and NPK Pearl 16:16: 16 significantly affected plant height, relative growth rate, root volume, number of tillers, number of midribs and wet weight of the crop, with the best treatment being K3 (vermicompost fertilizer 100 g/polybag) and N3 (NPK Pearl 16:16:16 2,4 g/polybag). Abstract

Dayak onion has many benefits, namely anti-inflammatory, stopping the bleeding, anti-breast cancer, heart disease prevention, immunostimulant, anti-tumor, high blood pressure-lowering drugs (hypertension), and diabetes. Dayak onion bulbs contain flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, alkaloids, glycosides, steroids, phenolics, tannins, triterpenoids, and quinones. DI Grow liquid organic fertilizer is the latest generation of organic fertilizer in agriculture. This fertilizer contains nutrients at a balanced level and also plant growth regulators such as auxin, gibberellin, and cytokinin. This research aims to find out the interaction and the main effect of planting distance and DI Grow liquid organic fertilizer to the growth and the yield of Dayak onion. The research was carried out in the Experimental farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Pekanbaru. This research was carried out during 7 months, starting from April to November 2018. The experimental design is a Completely Randomized Factorial Design. The observed parameters are the relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, the number of clump tubers, clump wet weight, and clump dry weight. The results showed that the interaction between planting distance and DI Grow fertilizer did not significantly affect on all the observed parameters. The main effect of planting distance and DI Grow fertilizer was found on all parameters with the best treatment at a planting distance of 25x30 (J4) and DI Grow fertilizer dose of 9 ml/L of water (D3).

Abstract

Nurseries play an important role in banana development. The tissue culture technique is an alternative to produce quality seeds in large quantities, uniform and produced in a short time and free of pathogens. Areca nut extract is an organic material that contains tannin and can replace bicycling used as a disinfectant in tissue culture activities. Coconut water is a food reserve that contains vitamins and growth substances, so it can stimulate germination. The purpose of the study was to examine the interaction and single response of klutuk banana explants to the concentration of areca nut extract and young coconut water in vitro. This research was carried out at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, the Islamic University of Riau with the planting material used Pisang Klutuk weevil with the method used in a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 x 4. The first factor was seed extract Young areca nut and the second factor was Young Coconut Water. The parameters observed were the percentage of live explants, the percentage of contaminated explants, the age of shoot emergence, and the number of shoots. The observation results were analyzed statistically and continued with the further test of Honest Significant Difference (HSD) at the 5% level. It was found that the best treatment was P2K2 (20% young betel nut extract (200 ml + 800 ml distilled water) and young coconut water 20 ml/liter media), where the percentage of life was 100%, the percentage of contamination was 0%, the age of shoots appeared was 37.67 days, and the number of shoots was 5 strands.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the response of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) to the Application of Coconut Dregs Compost and Pearl NPK (16:16:16). This study used a factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the provision of coconut dregs compost consisting of four levels, namely 0 g/plant, 150 g/plant, 300 g/plant, and 450 g/plant.The second factor is the provision of NPK Mutiara fertilizer (16:16:16) which consists of four levels, namely 0 g/plant, 4 g/plant, 8 g/plant, and 12 g/plant. The parameter observed was the Number of Leaves, Economical Wet Weight, Weight Dry, and Root Volume. The data were statistically analyzed and continued with the Difference Test Real Honest (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of coconut dregs compost and pearl NPK 16:16:16 have a significant effect on parameters Number of Leaves, Dry Weight, and Root Volume. Compost best treatment coconut dregs 450 g/plant and NPK pearl 16:16:16 12 g/plant. The main influence effect of coconut pulp compost was significantly on all parameters. The best treatment dose of coconut pulp compost is 450 g/plant. The main influence pearl NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 had a significant effect on all parameters. The best treatment of pearl NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 12 g/plant.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemupukan Bokashi Batang Pisang dan KCl terhadap tanaman buncis tegak baik secara interaksi maupun utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis Bokashi Batang Pisang 0, 1, 2, 3 kg/plot dan KCl dosis 0, 7,5, 15, 22,5 g/plot. Dengan demikian diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan dengan tiga kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 48 satuan percobaan. Pada setiap plot terdapat 6 tanaman dengan 3 tanaman sebagai sampel yang ditentukan secara acak. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang produktif, umur panen, jumlah polong per tanaman, berat polong per tanaman, panjang polong per tanaman dan jumlah polong yang tersisa. Data hasil pengamatan setiap perlakuan dianalisis secara statistik dan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara Bokashi Batang Pisang dan pupuk KCl berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif dan panjang polong. Perlakuan terbaik adalah pemberian bokashi batang pisang 2 kg/plot dan KCl 15 g/plot (B2K2). Pengaruh utama bokashi batang pisang berpengaruh nyata pada semua parameter yang diamati. Perlakuan terbaik adalah pemberian bokashi batang pisang 2 kg/plot (B2). Pengaruh utama pupuk KCl berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Perlakuan terbaik adalah pemberian KCl 15 g/plot (K2).

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Universitas Islam Riau, Pekanbaru selama 4 bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh intraksi dan pengaruh utama berbagai jenis bokashi dan konsentrasi MOL nasi terhadap pertumbuhan serta produksi tanaman terung putih (Solanum melongena L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah berbagai jenis bokashi dengan 4 taraf perlakuan 1000 g/plot bokashi ampas tebu, 1000 g/plot bokashi daun ketapang, dan 1000 g/plot bokashi batang pisang. Faktor kedua konsentrasi MOL nasi terdiri 4 taraf perlakuan 100 ml/l air/plot, 150 ml/l air/plot dan 200 ml/l air/plot. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah buah pertanaman, berat buah perplot, berat buah perbuah dan jumlah buah sisa pertanaman. Data pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara intraksi pemberian berbagai jenis bokashi dan MOL nasi memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada pemberian bokashi batang pisang 1000 g/plot dan konsentrasi MOL nasi 200 ml/l air/plot. Pengaruh utama pemberian berbagai jenis bokashi berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada penggunaan boksahi batang pisang dosis 1000 g/plot. Pengaruh utama pemberian MOL nasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Perlakuan terbaik yaitu MOL nasi 200 ml/l air.
