Abstract

Pendidikan ekonomi memainkan peran krusial dalam memberdayakan perempuan dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Artikel ini menyelidiki strategi dan dampak pendidikan ekonomi pada pemberdayaan perempuan dan kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan ekonomi. Strategi yang dicakup dalam kajian ini melibatkan peningkatan akses dan partisipasi perempuan dalam pendidikan ekonomi formal dan informal. Fokus pada peningkatan akses perempuan terhadap pendidikan tinggi dalam bidang ekonomi, manajemen, dan bisnis menjadi salah satu poin utama dalam strategi pemberdayaan perempuan. Dampak dari pendidikan ekonomi terlihat pada tingkat individu, di mana perempuan yang terlibat dalam program ini memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mencapai kemandirian ekonomi, meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, dan mengatasi diskriminasi gender di pasar kerja. Pendidikan ekonomi juga berdampak positif pada tingkat masyarakat, meningkatkan produktivitas dan menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang lebih beragam dan inovatif. Pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pendidikan ekonomi juga dihubungkan dengan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama dalam hal mengurangi kesenjangan sosial dan kemiskinan. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas pentingnya dukungan kebijakan, seperti kebijakan keseimbangan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, serta pemberdayaan finansial, dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perempuan untuk tetap terlibat dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan sektor swasta juga diangkat sebagai elemen penting untuk menciptakan program pendidikan ekonomi yang holistik dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan ekonomi bukan hanya merupakan investasi pada tingkat individu, tetapi juga strategi yang cerdas untuk mencapai pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang peran kunci pendidikan ekonomi dalam menciptakan perempuan yang berdaya, yang pada gilirannya, memberikan dampak positif pada masyarakat dan pembangunan ekonomi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative correlation research approach, which aims to examine the relationship between two main variables: Islamic work ethics and employee performance at the State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar. The study covered a population of 218 individuals, with a sample size 66 employees selected through simple random sampling method. Data collection was conducted through the administration of questionnaires, and the data collected was further analysed using assessment techniques. The analyses included the application of product moment correlation test, F-test, Two-sided hypothesis testing, and Chi-square test. Based on the findings detailed in the previous section of this study, the conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Islamic work ethics and the employee performance of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This conclusion is evidenced by the significant value of 0.00, which is greater than 0.05, along with Fcalculate = 17.048 compared to Ftable = 3.98. As a result, H1 is accepted, while H0 is rejected. This confirms the significant influence between Islamic work ethics and employee performance.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with a majority Muslim population has an urgency to develop a sharia-based economic system as a just alternative in facing conventional economic dynamics. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the merger policy of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in supporting the strategy of revitalizing economic development based on sharia principles and improving community welfare. The method used is normative qualitative research with a social approach and descriptive analysis of secondary data in the form of regulations, institutional documents, and academic publications on Islamic economics. The results of the study show that BSI as a combination of three state-owned Islamic banks is not only able to strengthen the national sharia economic structure, but also become a motor for digital transformation, strengthening human resources, and financial inclusion for middle-to-lower business actors. Thus, BSI's merger policy can be declared effective. This research contributes to the development of an Islamic economic development model that is oriented towards the benefit of the ummah and emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the state, financial institutions, and society in realizing welfare based on sharia values.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the green investment paradigm in Morowali’s mining industry based on the principles of maqasid al-shari‘ah. The research method used was a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis through literature studies, interviews with mining industry stakeholders, and observations of the environmental impacts caused by mining activities. The data were analyzed using the maqasid al-shari‘ah approach to evaluate the extent to which the mining industry in Morowali had implemented sustainability principles in its operations. The results showed that although some companies had adopted environmentally friendly practices, such as land reclamation and the use of waste processing technologies, many aspects still did not align with maqasid al-shari‘ah. Excessive resource exploitation, environmental pollution, and social inequality remained, which impacted the welfare of the local community. In conclusion, the application of green investment in the mining industry of Morowali still required optimization based on maqasid al-shari‘ah, particularly in the areas of hifẓ al-bī’ah (environmental protection), hifẓ al-nafs (protection of life), and hifẓ al-māl (protection of wealth). Within the framework of contemporary Islam, this study emphasized the importance of revitalizing maqasid al-shari‘ah as an ethical and strategic foundation for sustainable investment. The academic contribution of this research lies in the integration of maqasid al-shari‘ah in the analysis of green investment in the mining sector, which has been limited in previous studies. This study provides a new perspective on Islamic economics by highlighting how the principles of maqasid al-shari‘ah can serve as an ethical framework for sustainable investment.
