Abstract

AbstrakProses pengecoran dengan isilah lain foundry merupakan proses dasar dalam pengembangan di dunia industri. Negara korea sekarang ini merupakan negara yang sangat maju dalam dunia industri. Hal ini dikarenakan teknologi pengecoran atau foundry yang pertama kali mereka kuasai pengecoran merupakan salah satu proses pembentukan bahan baku/bahan benda dimana pengendalian kualitas benda kerja dimulai sejak bahan masih dalam keadaan mentah. Cacat kake atau cacat produk yang disebabkan karena adanya sisa alumunium yang lengket di area cavity hal ini dapat menyebabkan adanya cacat kake. Data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan terutama data produksi dan data produk rusak kemudian diolah menjadi tabel secara rapi dan terstruktur. Jenis-jenis defect yang terjadi pada proses die casting yang ada di pt tmmin adalah diantaranya sebagai berikut , kajiri, ibutsu, yumawari, yujiwa, crack, pin patah dan kake. Di analisis kembali dengan metode 4m. Dengan metode ini, implementasi perbaikan akan lebih jelas dalam pemberian gambaran-gambaran dalam upaya perbaikan tersebut.Kata kunci: Analisis cacat kake, cylinder blok, Die casting,PT TMMINAbstractThe casting process with another term foundry is a basic process in development in the industrial world. Korea is now a highly developed country in the industrial world. This is because foundry or foundry technology, which they mastered for the first time, casting is one of the processes for forming raw materials/object materials where quality control of workpieces begins when the materials are still in a raw state. Foot defects or product defects caused by the presence of sticky aluminum residue in the cavity area can cause kake defects. The data obtained from the company, especially production data and damaged product data, is then processed into tables in an orderly and structured manner. The types of defects that occur in the die casting process at pt tmmin are as follows, kajiri, ibutsu, yumawari, yujiwa, crack, broken pins and kake. Re-analyzed with the 4m method. With this method, the implementation of improvements will be clearer in providing descriptions of the improvement efforts.Keywords: Kake defect analysis, cylinder block, Die casting, PT TMMIN

Abstract

The main problem often faced by barbershop businesses is the manual booking process, such as through phone calls or direct visits. This leads to long queues, scheduling errors, and inefficiency in customer data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based barbershop booking information system that facilitates customers in making reservations and assists barbershop staff in managing service schedules effectively. The software development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The analysis technique used is PIECES, aimed at identifying weaknesses in the old system and formulating the needs of the new system. The result of this study is a web-based booking information system that provides features such as user registration, service and barber selection based on time, schedule management, and automatic notifications. Black Box testing showed that all system functions work as expected. The system successfully reduced queues by up to 70% during a three-day operational simulation and improved service efficiency at the barbershop.

Abstract

Regional autonomy provides additional authority for regional governments to manage all regional affairs and interests in a more independent manner. This autonomy policy gives authority to the regions to regulate and manage the interests of the local community, explore sources of finance and local revenue for the city of Probolinggo. Market retribution is a form of payment charged to users who occupy shops to carry out economic transactions in the market area. The E-levy policy is a solution provided by the government in managing fees by implementing an internet-based information technology system. The type of research used is qualitative by using the method of observation and direct interviews with respondents. So it can be seen that the implementation of E-levies in the mutual cooperation market in increasing financial income and regional assets of the city of Probolinggo is not optimal. The focus of this research was conducted on Gotong Royong Market traders in Probolinggo City who occupy Bedak. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the implementation of the Gotong Royong Market E-Retribution policy in Probolinggo City. While the factors that influence the sustainability of implementing the e-retribution program in the mutual cooperation market are only influenced by the factor of traders who lack awareness in paying levy taxes.
