Abstract

Linear fractional programming is a special case of nonlinear programming which the objective function is a ratio of two linear function with linear constraints. Linear fractional programming is used to optimize the efficiency of the activities  of the other activities. In some case, coefficients of the objective function is uncertain. Therefore, It can be selected the interval numbers as coefficients. First step in solving linear fractional programming with interval coefficients in the objective function is transforming it into linear programming using the Charnes - Cooper method. The result of the transformation is linear programming with interval coefficients (LPIC). To solve the LPIC is used method proposed by K Ramadan. In this method, LPIC converted into two linear programming that obtains the best optimum solution and the worst optimum solution, respectively. This optimum solution is the optimum solution for linear fractional programming problem with interval coefficients in the objective function.

Abstract

Measles is the disease that caused by paramixovirus that infected to the humans by direct contact with infected person. Measles in Semarang was still as endemic disease. The aim of this study is analyze the SVIR (Susceptible Vaccinated Invected Recovered) model of the spread of Measles. This model is a system of nonlinear differential equation which solved by numerical solution with Euler’s method. The study use the data from Semarang Health Department, from the SVIR model generated , disease free equlibrium . If the vaccination rate is increasing, so susceptible people will be decreased and increasing the recovered people. Based on the result of analysis SVIR model in the strategy to control the spread of Measles can be done by developing the program of Measles’ vaccination.

Abstract

In the linear programming there is one of the certainty assumptions, where each parameters has been known with certainty, but in this real life, the parameters is often can not be stated with certainty, so that the linear programming developed into fully fuzzy linear programming (FFLP). This paper discusses the problem solving FFLP problem with Multi Objective Linear Programming Algorithm. FFLP problem will be converted to MOLP problem with three objective functions by using a new lexicographic ordering on triangular fuzzy numbers and then it is solved by lexicographic method. The value of the fuzzy optimal solution obtained is used to find the optimal value of fuzzy objective function and then do defuzzification to obtain crisp optimal solutions

Abstract

The problem of inventories commonly facing the company is determining the optimal order quantities so the demand must be fulfilled. In transaction betwen seller and buyer specified delay of payment is offered by the seller, so given one of alternative the inventory model an Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) with consider partial delayed payment on the partial backordering system. In the inventory model, retailer allowed to make partial payment at the beginning of the period to supplier and the remaining amount can be paid at the end of the period has been determined. There are two condition of stockout are stockout on the condition of lost sales  and stockout on the condition of backorder . Based on the inventory model can determined when the period to make order and how many should be order, so the total cost of inventory issued to be minimum and total profit can be maximum.

Abstract

Simulation model is built for simulating the residual chiller which has now become hot water discarded through an outlet to Tanjung Emas harbor pond. The discarded water is called “thermal effluent” and will cause changes in sea temperature in surrounding areas. The figuring of the casual relationship among those factors is carried out by developing a subsystem model and building it from the model’s subsystems to make a big system. It shows the complexity of the water effluent model. To know the immensity of the effect of each factor and relationship with the simulation of the model. One chooses an approach in the analytical method of dynamic system which uses the program “Powersim version 2.01” copyright 1993 – 1995 ModellData U.S.A. The result of model simulation showed that the temperature effect on the physical-chemical characteristics will improve the water condition with diversity index and will decrease according to the temperature condition with respect to time.

Abstract

Anemia pada kehamilan didefinisikan sebagai keadaan ibu hamil dengan kadar Hb kurangdari 11 gr%, anemia pada kehamilan memberi pengaruh buruk pada ibu dan janin. Status gizi ibuhamil menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada kehamilan. DiPuskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya pada tahun 2012 didapatkan sebanyak 63 (10,18%) ibuhamil mengalami anemia dan sebagian besar (60%) dari ibu hamil yang anemia memiliki statusgizi buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengankejadian anemia pada ibu hamil.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancang bangun analitik observasional cross sectional. Populasipada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang periksa di Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding bulan Mei2013 sebesar 45 ibu hamil, sedangkan sampelnya adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang periksa hamil diPuskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding pada bulan Mei 2013 sebesar 45 ibu hamil yang diambilmenggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Variabel bebasnya adalah status gizi ibu hamil danvariabel terikatnya adalah kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Instrumen pengumpul datanya adalahmetlin dan Hb meter. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji eksak dari Fisher dengan tingkatkemaknaan 0,05.Hasil penelitian di Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya didapatkan bahwa ibu hamildengan status gizi baik sebagian besar tidak mengalami kejadian anemia dan dari ibu hamil yangmemiliki status gizi buruk sebagian besar mengalami anemia. Berdasarkan uji statistikmenggunakan uji eksak dari Fisher didapatkan hasil maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan kejadiananemia pada ibu hamil. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan statusgizi ibu hamil diperlukan, dapat melalui konseling dan pengawasan antenatal (Antenatal Care),sedangkan dalam pencegahan dan mengatasi anemia perlu pengawasan dalam pemberian tabletFe minimal 90 tablet dan dapat dibuat peta sasaran pemberian tablet Fe pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

The main problem often faced by barbershop businesses is the manual booking process, such as through phone calls or direct visits. This leads to long queues, scheduling errors, and inefficiency in customer data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based barbershop booking information system that facilitates customers in making reservations and assists barbershop staff in managing service schedules effectively. The software development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The analysis technique used is PIECES, aimed at identifying weaknesses in the old system and formulating the needs of the new system. The result of this study is a web-based booking information system that provides features such as user registration, service and barber selection based on time, schedule management, and automatic notifications. Black Box testing showed that all system functions work as expected. The system successfully reduced queues by up to 70% during a three-day operational simulation and improved service efficiency at the barbershop.
