Abstract

AbstrakDesa Sidomekar merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Semboro, sebelah baratKabupaten Jember. Menurut Statistik Indonesia (BPS) Jember 2018, Desa Sidomekar merupakansalah satu desa dengan potensi terbesar sebagai produsen jeruk Siam yang menjadi ciri khas daerahtersebut. Sesuai dengan visi dan misi, pada tahun 2018 Desa Sidomekar sedang berusaha untukmerintis Desa Wisata melalui wisata alam, air, kuliner, dan sejarah. Oleh karena itu, strategi untukmengembangkan potensi desa Sidomekar diperlukan untuk menjadikan desa wisata yang dapat terustumbuh dan menarik perhatian wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodestudi pustaka dari jurnal penelitian sebelumnya, serta menggunakan Strenght, Weakness,Opportunity and Threat Analysis sehingga dapat dikenali kekuatan dan kelemahan desa serta untukmelihat peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi untuk merintis Desa Sidomekar menjadi Desa Wisata.Kami juga memiliki inovasi untuk membuat aplikasi pemandu wisata (Tour Guide Online) untukmembantu jalannya kegiatan pariwisata menjadi lebih mudah dengan adanya pemandu lokal daridaerah. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa desa Sidomekar harus memilikirencana pengembangan destinasi pariwisata yang potensial, meningkatkan fasilitas pariwisata,meningkatkan promosi destinasi pariwisata, dan juga melibatkan masyarakat dalam manajemenpariwisata dengan mengembangkan potensi ciri khas Desa Sidomekar.Kata Kunci: Desa Wisata, Pariwisata, Sidomekar, SWOT analisis

Abstract

Locus of control and competency are factors that can affect employee performance. Organizational culture is one of the factors that can strengthen or weaken influence so that it acts as a moderating variable. This study aims to determine the influence of Locus of Control and Competence on Employee Performance and the influence of organizational culture in moderating the influence of Locus of Control and Competence on Employee Performance. This research is explanatory research with 42 respondents. Sampling using non-probablity sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that Locus of Control and Competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational Culture is proven to moderate the influence of Locus of Control on employee performance and moderate the effect of Competence on Employee Performance at Telkomsel Branch Sidoarjo. Implementation of organizational culture in building employee self-management and competence is important in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This explanatory study aimed to examine the mediating role of consumer trust in influencing information quality and perceived security on intention to invest using the Ajaib Application. The data obtained by the distribution of online questionnaires. The sample used is 160 students in university. The data analysis conducted with SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that both the information quality and perceived security, had a positive and significant effect on intention to invest. The results also indicate that consumer trust significantly mediates information quality and perceived security on intention to invest. It is recommended for companies to maintain the quality of existing information and improve application security in order to build the user trust so that they can encourage their intention to invest using the Ajaib application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Justice, Work-Life Balance (WLB), and Employee Engagement on Employee Satisfaction, as well as to examine the moderating role of employee engagement in the relationships between organizational justice and WLB with employee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from respondents who are employees in an organization and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that organizational justice, WLB, and employee engagement positively and significantly impact employee satisfaction, indicating that perceptions of fairness, balance between work and personal life, and emotional attachment to the job directly enhance employee satisfaction. However, employee engagement did not prove to be a significant moderating variable in the relationships between organizational justice and WLB with employee satisfaction. This finding suggests that organizational justice and WLB alone are strong enough to influence employee satisfaction without the need for employee engagement as a moderating factor. This study provides important implications for organizations to improve employee satisfaction through the implementation of fair policies, support for work-life balance, and fostering employee engagement.

Abstract

Desa Kertonegoro memiliki potensi alam dan sumber daya manusia yang melimpah. Dengan lahan perkebunan yang luas dan mayoritas penduduknya sebagai petani, desa ini baru memaksimalkan lahan pertanian. Padahal, banyak pekarangan rumah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dibentuklah program Rumah Hijau yang berpusat di Dusun Kertonegoro Selatan. Program ini bertujuan mendorong warga memanfaatkan pekarangan dengan menanam tanaman hortikultura sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Secara teknis, program ini membagikan bibit sayuran, seperti terong dan cabe berusia 4 minggu, kepada warga untuk ditanam di rumah masing-masing. Inisiatif ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat ekonomi, pemanfaatan lahan, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Program Rumah Hijau ini memiliki fungsi ganda, yaitu melestarikan lingkungan melalui penanaman dan menghasilkan produk yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of employee performance and sustainability research globally, covering a 25 year span from 2001 to June 2025. The study’s primary purpose is to identify emerging trends, research gap between employee performance and sustainability practices in business, including unexplored key research themes and future directions to provide valuable insights for academics, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to understand and advance employee-related sustainability practices. We employed a bibliometric approach, collecting 573 articles from the Scopus database. Analysis of the data was carefully done using Microsoft Excel, OpenRefine, VOSViewer, RStudio, and Biblioshiny to allow for extensive citation, content, and network analysis. As a result, we identify four research clusters which include First, environmental sustainability and green hrm practices. Second, employee performance and organizational behavior. Third, strategic sustainability and innovation, and Four general linking themes. Furthermore, we found several research gaps for future exploration, such as exploring innovation as a mechanism linking sustainability efforts and employee performance. This offers clear directions for early-career scholars in the field of employee performance and sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the mediating role of perceived value and tourist satisfaction on the influence of the destination's image on word of mouth at Blitar Chocolate Village as an educational tourism destination. This explanatory research used incidental sampling techniques to determine tourist respondents who were on educational tour visits as many as 130 people. The data is analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze the data.. As a result, Perceived value is not able to mediate the image of the destination to word of mouth, but tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the image of the destination to word of mouth Blitar Chocolate Village. For further research, other variables can be added to find out updates and developments regarding factors that can affect perceived value, tourist satisfaction, and word of mouth.
