Abstract

Syirkah or partnership is a form of cooperation between two or more parties to run a certain business, where there is a distribution of profits and losses based on an agreement that has been agreed upon by the parties concerned. Syirkah is divided into two types, namely syirkah amlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkah amlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. The application of syirkah itself has progressed along with the development of the times. These applications can be found in the banking sector such as project financing and venture capital. Obstacles in the cooperation between the Bank and the customer do not rule out the possibility. Then the alternative that can be used to resolve obstacles or disputes is through deliberation, banking mediation, through arbitration bodies, through courts within the scope of general courts.

Abstract

The family is the smallest component in a nation. If in the nation there is only one family that is weak or damaged then the nation will be weak too. Children are part of a family that really needs guidance from both parents. The guidance includes: fostering the soul of parents, fostering monotheism for children, fostering faith in children and social coaching for children. People who neglect their children's education, do not pay attention to their teachings, instead open the door of their hearts to always love the world and submit to their rule, so that the children disobey them and do not follow the instructions of their teachings, so let him not blame anyone other than himself. Losses always befall people who are negligent and negligent. In this day and age, too many children who are disobedient and do not want to hear the words of their parents are scattered everywhere. If we examine carefully, the cause is none other than the negligence of the parents who have neglected the care of the children since childhood.

Abstract

The explanation of the education of children in the family with an Islamic perspective in Lampung Province, several conclusions can be drawn that education in the family with an Islamic perspective is education based on Islamic religious guidance which is applied in the family which is intended to shape children to become human beings who believe and fear God. The Almighty, and has noble character which includes ethics, morals, character, spirituality or understanding and experience of religious values ​​in everyday life. Islamic religious education for children must be carried out since the fetus is still in the womb. This Islamic religious education is carried out by holding prayers and reading the Quran. When the baby is born, it should be continued with the next Islamic religious education, namely listening to the call to prayer and iqamah, giving a good name, walimatul aqiqah and walimatul circumcision. Patterns of Islamic education that can be practiced by parents are exemplary patterns, customs, advice, attention and patterns of rewards and punishments. The patterns of education that are practiced do not stand alone, but support each other and are related to one another. These patterns are also practiced according to the existing situation and conditions.

Abstract

Prevention of KBGO in children can be done from an early age, one of which is by dialogical assistance in using gadgets in children. As parents, we must wisely sort and choose the right time and spectacle for our children. Next we are encouraged to educate what has been watched earlier. Some of the phenomena that occur today are children over the age of 8 who are addicted to games in which they have to consume advertisements that should be included in the category of adult advertisements, there are even some games that offer to login and use applications such as Tik-Tok, SnackVideo and others whose applications really need extra supervision from parents. Not only that, the presentation of games for children must also be wise and adapted to the age of our children, because not all games are appropriate and good for children, and even children should avoid it because it will affect the character.

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of theachers in increasing motivation and interest in learning for fifth grade students of SDN Tambahmulyo 1. To analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in increasing motivation and interest in learning for fifth grade students of SDN Tambahmulyo 1. This research was conducted because of the low motivation and interest in learning. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive qualitative with descriptive qualitative data analysis. Collecting data in this study were observastion, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the teacher in increasing the learning motivation of the fifth grade students of SDN Tambahmulyo 1 is as an informatory, director, motivator, evaluator, and mediator. Meanwhile, the role of the teacher in increasing student interest in learning in grade V SDN Tambahmulyo 1 is by providing learning facilities, organizing learning, using media, and applying creative ideas in learning. The supporting factors for teachers in increasing student motivation and interest in learning are the desires of the students themselves, infrastructure, the surrounding environment, and thei families. Inhibiting factors for teachers in increasing student motivation and interest in learning, namely the desire of students to learn, the environment and the parenting styles of students’ parents

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the role of Baitul Mal Aceh in managing public finances. Given its very significant role, the Baitul Mal Aceh has the opportunity to be able to re-implement the Baitul Malfunction as in the heyday of Islam. The research method used is the library method with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Baitul Mal Aceh was given the authority to manage and develop zakat, endowments, religious assets to benefit the Ummah and to become trustees/guardians of orphans and/or their assets and to manage inheritance without inheritance based on shari'a at Islam. With the extent of authority granted, Baitul Mal Aceh can be used as a center for regional financial management as a whole without the need for special segregation for the management of religious assets. This institution is like being a special central bank of Aceh and this is a challenge for Baitul Mall, both regulatory readiness and other readiness.

Abstract

Communication is one of the main parts in learning. This communication occurs between teachers and students which makes learning more active. TBLA is a transcript-based lesson analysis that can help uncover an existing problem. The purpose of this study is to analyze communication in class III learning through transcript-based lesson analysis (TBLA). The approach used in this paper is qualitative. The subject of this research is class III SDN Sarimulyo 03. The instruments of this research are documentation and learning analysis sheets with TBLA. The results of this study are the existence of learning communication carried out by the teacher with third grade students making learning activities take place interesting. Good communication makes the quality of students' thinking skills increase. Students are more daring to express their opinion. This condition makes learning activities that take place not only the teacher who dominates. This is due to the participation of students when learning takes place.

Abstract

Banyaknya cerita rakyat lokal yang belum dikaitkan dengan proses pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dasar. Sehingga guru perlu mengaitkan cerita rakyat lokal yang dapat dikaitkan dengan materi cerita non fiksi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrpsikan asal usul cerita rakyat Desa Pulorejo dan mendeskripsikan kaitannya dengan pembelajaran sastra di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan objek penelitiannya yaitu cerita rakyat asal usul Desa Pulorejo. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pencatatan. Instrumen wawancara dilakukan dengan guru dan siswa, observasi dilakukan mengenai proses pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Desa Pulorej sebanyak 3 orang.. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa asal usul Desa Pulorejo bermula pada perjalanan wanita bernama Murah yang berparas cantik dan pandai bernyanyi serta menari. Kelebihan tersebut membuat para pemuda yang melihatnya jatuh hati. Kaitannya cerita rakyat asal usul Desa Pulorejo dengan pembelajaran sastra di Sekolah Dasar yaitu bida menjadi cara lain dalam penyampaian materi cerita rakyat untuk kelas VI SD semester 1 dalam Standar Kompetensi yang menjadi tujuan pembelajaran yaitu “Mendengarkan” menentukan unsur-unsur intrinsik dalam cerita rakyat yang sesuai dengan Kompetensi Dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, maupun penugasan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu cerita rakyat asal usul Desa Pulorejo dapat dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perasaan bosan siswa dalam pembelajaran online. Selain itu, adanya perkembangan teknologi digital yang berkembang pesat perlu diterapkan dalam perkembangan pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan video pembelajaran IPA dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran online kelas V SD N Pulorejo 02. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Daa diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya penerapan video pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada saat pembelajaran online kelas V SD N Pulorejo 02. Adanya media video pembelajaran IPA ini membuat siswa penasaran akan isi materi yang ada di video pembelajaran tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran dalam materi pembelajaran ekosistem untuk kelas V SD di Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan (mixed methods) dengan varian sequensial eksploratori. Subjek yang dipilih yaitu enam guru SD dan delapan belas siswa kelas V SD di Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara untuk mengetahui respon guru dan siswa dalam penggunaannya dan angket respon siswa dalam ketertarikan media pembelajaran. Data angket dianalisis statistik deskriptif, sedangkan wawancara dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru menggunakan media gambar, video, dan lingkungan sekitar pada materi ekosistem. Guru belum menginovasikan media web edukasi. Siswa merasa kurang tertarik dengan penggunaan media gambar pada materi ekosistem. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru dan siswa kelas V SD membutuhkan media pembelajaran dalam materi ekosistem sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran.
