Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how Customer Satisfaction, Adjusted Expectation, Perceived Value and Perceived Usefulness To Online Repurchase Intention affect Shopee customers in East Jakarta. The research design uses descriptive and causal research by measuring all variables using a Likert scale consisting of 5 points. This study uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling method which was done by distributing questionnaires to 262 respondents. In this study using statistical methods with SMART PLS 3.2.9 as a test tool. The results of this study indicate that Customer Satisfaction has no effect on Online Repurchase Intention, whereas Adjusted Expectation, Perceived Value and Perceived Usefulness effect on Online Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

The community service program aims to explain and train the candidates of OSIS members including the chairs, the concept of leadership and GRIT. The program was implemented on January 20, 2025 at SMK Tarakanita Jakarta. The speakers and trainers involved two lecturers from STIE Trisakti (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Trisakti) and two senior students. The participants were 37 students intended to be the members of OSIS. The program was divided into lecturing and interactive sessions. The lecturing session was presented by the lecturers explaining the concept of leadership, GRIT, and the qualities of good leaders. During the lecturing session, the speakers also convey some questions to the students to confirm the comprehension of the participants. Subsequent to the lecturing session, two senior university students held the interactive sessions. In this session, the speakers shortly talked about personality and personality test such as MBTI. Participants were again asked some questions and answers some quizzes. The students were then given prizes for the best answers. Future community service program could further the leadership issues by conducting role play methodology.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to elaborate the importance of entrepreneurship and to motivate the students of Sekolah Lansia Bekasi to become more independent after undergoing pension. The theme of the community service activity is Entrepreneurship and was conducted on 22 January 2025, 09.00 until 11.30 in kecamatan Rawa Lumbu, Kotamadya Bekasi. The activity was attended by 270 students. The activity was opened by opening speech by the headmaster of Sekolah Lansia Bekasi, Ibu Sri Kustini. After that the Secretary for the Center of Research and Community Service Trisakti School of Management (TSM), Regi Muzio Ponziani, delivered a speech. Only then did the speakers that were also the lecturers of TSM delivered the community service materials.
