Abstract

Social media is very important to control the development of issues that occur today. With social shifts and changing societal values, polygamy has become a complex issue and attracts the attention of many people around the world discussed through social media platforms. This research contributes to the field by applying a sentiment analysis approach to automatically detect and analyze public sentiment regarding polygamiy content on Twitter, particularly in the context of Islamic-Muhammadiyah views. This study used decision tree classification methods, support vector machines, and random forests with the best analysis accuracy obtained at SVM 77.4%. Furthermore, the results of the sentiment class obtained were analyzed according to the views of Muhammadiyah. The results obtained in the analysis 77% commented negatively and 23% commented positively. In addition, this research can be used as a reference for future research on sentiment analysis cases to training and testing classroom models.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of cultural da'wah based on the values of the Progressive Islamic Treatise at the University of Muhammadiyah Gombong. Progressivism in this context refers to adaptation and renewal efforts in the delivery of da'wah, by emphasizing the application of Islamic values that are relevant to the needs of the times and local contextualization. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through field studies and documentation studies related to da'wah activities on campus. The findings of the study show that the implementation of cultural da'wah at the University of Muhammadiyah Gombong has shown progressivity in responding to the challenges of the times, with the integration of the values of the Progressive Islamic Treatise which includes moderation, inclusivity, and openness to differences. This study also identifies the Relevance of Cultural Da'wah in the Framework of Progressive Islamic Treatises, Implementation Strategies and Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Cultural Da'wah, as well as providing strategic recommendations for optimizing the implementation of cultural da'wah in the university environment from the perspective of Progressive Islamic Treatises. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of a more effective cultural da'wah model in accordance with advanced and contextual Islamic values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the concept of change management from PAI curriculum development at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping. The method used in this research is field research which was developed with a qualitative approach model. Called field research because the data that the authors collect comes from the field. Curriculum development itself is related to the preparation of all dimensions of the curriculum, starting from the foundation, the structure of the composition of subjects, the scope, the sequence of learning materials, the outline of the learning program, to the development of implementation guidelines. In addition, curriculum development is a planning process, resulting in better tools based on the results of the current curriculum assessment, to provide better teaching in learning conditions. This means that curriculum development is an activity to produce a new curriculum through the preparation of the curriculum itself or the basis of the results of the assessment carried out within a certain period. Therefore, it is important to evaluate and develop curriculum changes accurately to the existing educational process to achieve common and comprehensive goals, including what happened and was done by SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping.

Abstract

Religion-belief in God fundamentally that has been held and believed by the majority of people. Religion is the one that governs all lines of life and procedures. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they were then asked about how religion responded to it. The fiqh disaster study is one of the answers that are quite important to consider. The importance of understanding fiqh has implications for legal development which is intended to build a goal, namely to attract maslahat and reject mafsadat. The method used in this study is library research which shintesizes the literatures related to this concern issues. The religious response is in the form of a fatwa issued by the Ulama which actually absorbs the principles of ushul fiqh (as one of the sources) which can be combined with the education-neuroscience pattern. The correlation of the religious response in this case regarding the study of fiqh principles with Islamic-neuroscience education is that jurisprudence is able to open the human mindset regarding the problems at hand, including the Covid-19 pandemic. This concept is able to change the existing worship patterns in society. From those who initially performed worship in congregation at the Mosque (for Muslims), then switched to worship which was carried out independently in their respective homes. This proves that in a situation like this, people are required to be aware of the importance of reviewing the science of religion (Islam) as a guide in carrying out life in various situations. This is as a purpose of the concern study currently when the global infacted the Covid-19 pandemic and how Islam as a religion gives solution for these problems accurately by following the quran and hadith that covered in the concept of fiqh disaster
