The process of life begins with the family, and the process is different in every family. In general, a child's personality is a reflection of the family. Having a good personality requires a long process, and requires good cooperation between members. A good personality usually starts from good habits from an early age that start from parental parenting, and along with the passage of time, good habits will become a character and become part of a child's personality. The growth of a child's character is determined by the assistance of parents through the parenting style that is given every day in their lives. The better the parenting style, the better the social growth of a child. The purpose of this study is to see how the parenting style of children and how the parenting pattern affects the social behavior of children. This research method is a quantitative type of survey. The results were found through questionnaire data on the type of parenting and children's social behavior. The type of parental parenting that is dominant in children is permissive parenting, which tends to give freedom to children.

ABSTRACTCooperatives are associations of people who work together guided by the rules in a law mentioned in Article 44 of Law Number 25 of 1992. These rules are based on the idea of kinship, meaning they want to help each other. When people make agreements in a cooperative, they must follow certain legal rules. This research aims to find out and explain the settlement of debts and receivables between the Lentayon Bunge Senye cooperative and cooperative members and the obstacles and efforts made during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses empirical juridical legal research. The research results show that settlement of debts and receivables between the Lentayon Bunge Senye cooperative and cooperative members during the pandemic can be achieved through mutual cooperation Member Meetings (RA). This meeting involves the chairman of the cooperative and other relevant stakeholders. After going through tough discussions, an agreement was reached regarding the settlement of these debts, where it was agreed that 50% of the debt amount would be paid. This agreement will be stated in a written agreement signed by all parties involved. The obstacles faced are non-payment of cooperative members' debts due to the large number of unemployed, reduced harvest yields and decreased business turnover due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Efforts were made by the Lentayon Bunge Senye Cooperative to resolve this problem through deliberation with all cooperative members to reach an agreement to ease the burden on cooperative members by providing payment relief to cooperative members by paying Rp. 150,000,- (Fifty Thousand) per month. The Lentanyon Bunge Senye Cooperative is expected to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the feasibility of the business owned by its cooperative members.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh : (1) kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa di kelas IV SDN 017119 Desa Gajah masih rendah; (2) metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru kurang bervariasi; (3) hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada pelajaran bahasa Indonesia rendah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan sampel 23 siswa kelas IV. Hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus termasuk kategori kurang (buruk) dengan 21,74 %. Setelah siklus I terjadi peningkatan menjadi 43,48% dan siklus II 86,96 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode SQ3R dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa.

This study aims to determine the This study aims to determine the effect of the Quantum Teaching model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in Class VA of SD Negeri 067245 Medan Selayang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain the required data, a test instrument of 20 questions and a questionnaire of 25 items were used. The number of research samples was 25 students based on random sampling technique. To find out the initial ability of students, the study conducted a Pretest with an average score of 42.8 which was included in the failed category. The results of the Pretest had an increase from the results of the Posttest given previously with an average student score reaching 84.8 with a very good category. It can be said that the level of success of student learning outcomes using the Quantum Teaching model increased and had a strong effect, as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation obtained r_count ≥ r_table with a result of 0.728 ≥ 0.380. Furthermore, the hypothesis test compares the value of t_count ≥ t_table. The value of t_count = 5.097 while t_table = 1.708. Because t_count ≥ t_table (5.097 ≥ 1.708) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Quantum Teaching learning model (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

The study was entitled œ Analysis of Class Teacher Learning Communication with Class VI Students SD N 6 Onanrunggu Learning Year 2022/2023. This research was carried out to discover how Class Teacher Learning Communication With Class VI Students. The research method used is a qualitative method with the approach in this study is a case study approach to produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the subject/actors and behaviors that can be observed with the aim of knowing deeply and trying to find the underlying meaning regarding Class Teacher Learning Communication with Students. Learning communication is a reciprocal relationship between teachers (communicator) who deliver messages to students ( comunicant) as recipients of messages through media that accumulate certain effects. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data display and verifiying. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that in general Class Teacher Learning Communication With Class VI Students SD N 6 Onanrunggu is not yet maximum.

The research method that the author uses in this research is a qualitative method with the approach in this research is a case study approach to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from subjects/actors and behaviors that can be observed with the aim of knowing in depth and trying to find the underlying meaning regarding students' initial reading difficulties. There were 7 informants in the interview where 2 people became key informants, namely students who had difficulty reading at the beginning, 2 parents of students, 1 homeroom teacher of grade III students and 2 friends from grade III became supporting informants. To find out students' difficulties in beginning reading, researchers made direct observations and conducted interviews. After conducting interviews, the researcher obtained information that of the 32 third grade students at SD Negeri 047166 Sukadame that there are 12 students who already have good reading skills and 20 students who have difficulty in reading. Factors that cause students to have difficulty in beginning reading are physiological, intellectual, environmental and psychological factors.
