Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial variabel kompetensi, komitmen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UDD (Unit Donor Darah) PMI kabupaten Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai UDD (Unit Donor Darah) PMI kabupaten Jember yang berjumlah 42 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen data, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat sig sebesar 0,001 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,509 > t tabel 0,304, variabel komitmen (X2) menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat sig sebesar 0,011 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,658 > t tabel 0,304, dan variabel disiplin kerja (X3) menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat sig sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 4,667 > t tabel 0,304 dan nilai Adjusted R Squere sebesar 0,720, hal ini menunjukkan 72% variasi variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kompetensi, komitmen dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the online world continues to progress very rapidly. Especially entering the modern era, there are very many people who use the internet as a marketing and business media so that there are many marketplaces that have developed in Indonesia, one of which is the Shopee marketplace. The number of marketplaces makes competition tighter, therefore every marketplace is required to do the best strategy to attract consumer interest. This study aims to determine the effect of price, sales promotion, and advertising appeal on impulse buying decisions at the Shopee marketplace. This research includes a quantitative approach using numerical or numerical data. The sample in this study were 150 people who live in the Jember City area who live in Sumbersari District and are Shopee members. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sampling technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form. Hypothesis testing in this study using a partial test (t test). The results showed that Price (X1), Sales Promotion (X2), and Advertising attractiveness (X3) partially had a significant effect on impulse purchases (Y).

Abstract

Technological advances that are increasingly stringent employees are expected to make their best contribution to the agency. Employees who have good performance are human resources needed by an organization and company to achieve company goals. In this study, the researcher had the opportunity to carry out research at the Padang Health Center, Lumajang Regency. This study aims to analyze the improvement of the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center in Lumajang Regency with variables of work motivation, work discipline and work environment. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was carried out by census (saturated), the number of samples in this study was 63 respondents. The data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and library data. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The variable of work motivation can be concluded that work motivation affects the performance of Puskesmas employees, then it can be concluded that work discipline affects the performance of Puskesmas employees by 28.2%. The work environment variable has a significance of the T test value of 0.025 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work environment affects employee performance partially with an influence of 11.5%. The conclusion of this study is that work motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center of Lumajang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Donat-Roti Ciliwung Pagah Jember Branch customers. The quantitative approach method was used in this study. Examining was done by purposive sampling, the number of samples in this study was 105 respondents. The analysis used in this study used a variance-based SEM test or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warp PLS 7.0 program. The results of the study prove, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty,  Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, there is an indirect influence both from the variables of brand image, price and service quality on customer loyalty through intervening variables of customer satisfaction. With the value of indirect influence is small than the direct influence.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors that determine an organization's effectiveness in achieving goals, especially in the public sector, such as the BAPPEDA Jember Regency. However, challenges such as weak motivation, suboptimal implementation of organizational culture, and non-integrated leadership styles often become obstacles to achieving maximum performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of Spiritual Leadership Style, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at BAPPEDA Jember Regency. The research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to all BAPPEDA Jember Regency employees using a total sampling technique with 53 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that, partially, spiritual leadership style and motivation have a significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant influence. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 79.9% (R² = 0.799). This research concludes that strengthening motivation and implementing leadership based on spiritual values ​​is very important to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, the development of a more adaptive organizational culture needs to be strengthened to support sustainable organizational performance.

Abstract

The role of lecturers is very important in improving the performance of tertiary institutions. The performance of tertiary institutions can be seen from the university accreditation scores in certain periods. This study aims to analyze and determine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture (X1) and professionalism (X2) on performance through organizational citizenship behavior based on spirituality (Z) as an intervening variable at Muhammadiyah University in East Java. The population in this study were all lecturers teaching at Muhammadiyah University in East Java (UM Surabaya, UM Gresik, UM Ponorogo, UM Jember, UM Sidoarjo), totaling 1,242 people. This study determined a sample of 200 lecturers using the proportional simple random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) -AMOS and the Sobel test. The results showed that organizational culture had no significant positive effect on lecturer performance. Lecturer professionalism has a significant positive impact on performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on spiritual-based OCB. Lecturer professionalism has a positive effect on spiritual-based OCB. Spiritual-based OCB has a significant positive effect on performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on performance through spiritual-based OCB. Lecturer professionalism has a significant effect through spiritual-based OCB on performance.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada hakikatnya merupakan salah satu modal yang sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan tidak dapat tergantikan serta dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi, dan SDM merupakan kunci dari perkembangan suatu perusahaan atau instansi. Fenomena yang terjadi pada karyawan perempuan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yakni pada hal kehadiran karyawan dan kinerja karyawan yang kurang maksimal ataupun sering mengalami keterlambatan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember (UNMUH Jember). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh sebanyak 66 responden, dengan menggunakan elektronik survei yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perempuan yang ada di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Hasil penelitian ini pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dapat di simpulkan secara positif dan signifikan bahwa lingkungan kerja, budaya kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) bahwa ke tiga variabel independent berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,872 dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti iklim organisasi, lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

Permasalahan loyalitas dan kepuasan kinerja guru-guru merupakan faktor yang terpenting sebagai ujung tombak dalam pendidik. Pemahaman guru tentang manajemen SDM mencakup perencanaan, seleksi, penempatan, pengembangan dan evaluasi. Namun lingkup manajemen ini belum semua guru memahaminya bahkan belum diterapkan secara efektif dan efisien. Sehingga berdampak kinerja guru sehari-hari di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan pada Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah yaitu MIS Muhammadiyah Balung dalam bentuk pelatihan pada semua guru-guru dan karyawan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan menerapkan 3 tahapan yaitu pertama, perencanaan dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan mitra untuk menentukan jadwal pelaksanaan, peserta serta materi yang tepat untuk disampaikan, Kedua, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di madrasah MI Muhammadiyah Balung dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 12 terdiri dari guru, tendik dan kepala sekolah. Pelatihan ini berusaha membuka wawasan untuk diimplementasikan di MIM balung. Ketiga, evaluasi kegiatan dengan cara merefleksi apa yang telah dilakukan oleh Madrasah serta melakukan perubahan yang lebih baik untuk perbaikan loyalitas dan kepuasan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing, diskon, dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific di TikTokShop dengan studi kasus pada masyarakat konsumen di Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden, diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Influencer Marketing (X1) memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 7.644 > ttabel 1.985 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Diskon (X2) memperoleh thitung sebesar 3.436 > 1.985 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Online Customer Review (X3) menunjukkan thitung 2.954 > 1.985 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,717 menunjukkan bahwa 71,7% variabel keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen, sementara sisanya sebesar 28,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini memperkuat bahwa strategi pemasaran digital sangat relevan dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era e-commerce.
