Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand equity (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty) on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat products at Muhammadiyah University Jember students. Honda Beat products are now quite a trend among young people, especially students. Brand equity or brand equity is the variable raised in this study because it is a set of brand assets and liabilities related to a brand, its name and symbol, which increase or decrease the value provided by an item or service to the company or the company's customers. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study were students from the Muhammadiyah University of Jember who used Honda Beat motorcycles. The sample used was 75 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that brand equity (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty) has a significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat products for students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kemudahan, kemanfaatan, dan risiko terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Jember. Mobile banking adalah tindakan melakukan transaksi keuangan online dengan bantuan perangkat telekomunikasi mobile seperti ponsel atau tablet. Melalui ponsel, pengguna perbankan dapat mengakses layanan keuangan dan nonkeuangan seperti manajemen rekening, informasi saldo, pemindahan, pembayaran tagihan, perubahan PIN dan permintaan buku. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan kemanfaatan dan risiko berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Jember.

Abstract

The development of the internet in the world is getting wider so that many companies are trying to create products and services to meet the wants and needs of the community. Companies must create new marketing strategies in order to survive and attract larger consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality using e-service quality on shopping customer satisfaction at Tokopedia. The population in this study are Tokopedia consumers. The number of samples used is 150 respondents and selected by purposive sampling and data collection methods through questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is the SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study show that efficiency (x1), privacy (x2), fulfillment (x3), site aesthetic (x4), responsiveness (x5) and easy of use (x6) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The process that has the most influence on improving the quality of Tokopedia's online shopping services is the improvement of service quality which affects the customer as a determinant of success in customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variable non bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) (Studi Kasus Pada Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Balung Jember). Bauran pemasaran adalah perangkat pemasaran yang baik yang meliputi produk, penentuan harga, promosi, distribusi, digabungkan untuk menghasilkan respon yang di inginkan pasar sasaran, perusahaan atau organisasi yang bergerak di bidang jasa menggunakan bauran pemasaran jasa. Namun fenomena yang ada pada pemasaran UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Ini penelitian lebih cenderung mengambil non bauran dikarenakan pemasaran pada UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Ini kurang mengenal dan memahami perilaku konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen dari Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya, social dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial sedangkan pribadi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya.

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan organisasi biasanya sering mengalami perubahan eksternal dan internal yang menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan yang penuh perubahan, tantangan dan persaingan. Organisasi harus mampu bertahan dalam segala situasi yang tidak menentu untuk terus bertumbuh dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, organisasi harus dijalankan oleh sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan kompetitif dalam menghadapi segala situasi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah para pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Jember sebanyak 46 responden. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan (uji f) kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini memberi penekanan pada pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam aktivitas organisasi dengan faktor-faktor pendukung yang harus menjadi perhatian sehingga dapat mempertahankan ataupun bahkan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja para karyawan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in national economic development, including in the rapidly growing bakery sector in Banyuwangi Regency. However, in facing increasingly intense competition, many business actors continue to encounter challenges such as weak managerial capacity, low entrepreneurial competence, and suboptimal utilization of digital technology. This study aims to analyze the influence of business capability, entrepreneurial competence, and digital capability on the development of bakery businesses in Banyuwangi Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 115 bakery business owners located in three districts Bangorejo, Jajag, and Purwoharjo using the total sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. The results show that business capability and entrepreneurial competence have a significant effect on bakery business development, while digital capability does not show a significant influence. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening managerial and entrepreneurial aspects in enhancing the competitiveness of bakery MSMEs, as well as the need for strategic assistance to optimize the integrated use of digital technology. This research provides implications for business actors, training institutions, and local governments in formulating more effective and sustainable MSME empowerment programs and policies.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai tujuannya, perusahaan memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai elemen penggerak yang utama. Tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapaipada saat sumber daya manusia dikelola dengan baik, efektif, dan efisien. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan loyalitas pada kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pujer Bondowoso. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi berupa seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Pujer Bondowoso yang berjumlah 45 orang, di mana teknik sampel jenuh digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis dengan regresi linier berganda, serta dilakukan uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji f, uji t, dan uji determinasi yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan loyalitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pujer Bondowoso.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of role ambiguity, role conflict, and work placement balance on employee performance at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember. The method used in this research is quantitative. The objects of the research were employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember with a population of 133 employees. The sampling technique used was probability sampling so that the sample taken in this research was 71 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and measured using SPSS24. The research results show that role ambiguity, role conflict, and job placement balance have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression of role ambiguity and conflict show a significant negative influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of job placement suitability show a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Activities in the world of work, especially in the banking sector, where banking development must continue to develop every year, causing intense competition in achieving organizational goals. To gain a competitive advantage. It is very important to achieve management efficiency by improving human resources and improving employee performance in the organization. To further increase productivity, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia also increases employee performance which can be improved in various ways, including by instilling an optimal work culture that influences work behavior so that it will increase individual job satisfaction and the productivity of the unit itself which will ultimately influence employee performance. the company as a whole. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of workload, work stress, and work environment on the performance of BSI KC Jember employees. This type of research is causality research. The population in this research is BSI KC Jember employees. The sample used was 55 respondents using probability sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that workload, work stress, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of BSI KC Jember employees.
