Abstract

The business world continues to experience very significant developments in the current era. This trend continues to move from one generation to another following the times. In this modern era, beauty manufacturers pamper their consumers by offering a variety of beauty products and all their advantages. This study aims to analyze and examine the role of price, brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions on Indonesian Scarlett Whitening products at Tokopedia. The type of data in this study used quantitative data in the form of an online questionnaire. The sample population used in this study was 110 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is supported by instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient of 3.307. Brand Ambassador has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient of 7.040. Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 with a coefficient of 4.005 and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.028 which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient of 3.297.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher causing companies to be required to be able to increase competitiveness to maintain the survival of the company. Human resources are the biggest capital for the company, therefore in developing human resources the most important factor is improving the performance of its employees first, an employee who has high and good performance can support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. In this study the authors raised the dynamics of employee performance contained in the CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi is engaged in the field of general suppliers, suppliers of materials & safety equipment, suppliers of environmental management materials & equipment, and printing. At present there are still many employees whose performance is not optional in terms of discipline so that there is poor employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. The population in this study were 36 respondents from CV employees. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the work environment, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence variables of occupational health and safety (X1), work compensation (X2), and work motivation (X3), on employee performance (Y) at PT. Intidaya Dinamika. PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati is a company that operates in the fields of Design, Engineering and Service in the industrial and general business sectors. If you look at its business activities, this company is a service company, because the main activity of this company is machine servicing. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this research is 120 employees and the sample taken was 96 employees using a simple random sampling technique and determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The results of this research at a significance level of 0.05% can be partially concluded that work health and safety, work compensation, and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. The Core of True Dynamics. This can be seen based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) that the three independent variables influence the performance of PT employees. Dinamika Sejati's core power is 91.4% and the remaining 8.6% is influenced by other variables such as workload, leadership style and work discipline.

Abstract

Financial problems are caused by individual’s who do not understand financial knowledge and have bad financial management habits. Weak money management can affect behavior, thus making college and female college students more sensitive to financial crises (Rai et al, 2019). The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the variation in financial behavior between male students and female students in Jember city. The research used is comparative research with a quantitative approach. This study will see whether there are differences in financial behavior between male students and female students in Jember city. Based on the findings of this study, there are differences in financial behavior between students and female students in the city of Jember. The novelty in this research lies in the object used in this study by eight university, besides that it lies in the variable, namely financial behavior. Keywords: Financial Behavior, Gender

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of credit management in minimizing non-performing loans at PT. BPR Ambulu Dhanaatha and find out the various factors that cause problem loans. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. From this research, the results obtained (1) PT. BPR Ambulu Dhanaartha implements credit management starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and supervising stages, (2) various factors causing problem loans including a) The account officer made a mistake in analyzing when applying for credit, b) Debtor's business failure, family problems and various other factors which was unexpected. PT. BPR Ambulu Dhanaartha made efforts to minimize problem loans by resheduling, reconditioning, restructuring. Meanwhile, efforts to resolve it are carried out by way of a simple lawsuit to court. Abstract

Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Jember Regency is one of the public financial institutions that functions to manage the finances and regional assets of Jember Regency, for this function, it requires high effectiveness and productivity from each employee involved. However, in reality there are still several problems related to employee performance at BPKAD Jember Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, leadership style and work environment on employee performance at BPKAD Jember Regency. This research method uses quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees with Civil Servant status at BPKAD Jember Regency consisting of 38 people who were used as research samples based on saturated sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that motivation, leadership style and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the implementation of the Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategy implemented by Batik Semboro is in increasing its competitiveness. In this study, researchers used descriptive analysis methods with a qualitative approach, which is a research method for describing, summarizing various social phenomena that exist in society, as well as drawing surface social reality as characteristics, characters, traits, models, signs or descriptions of phenomena. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation using triangulation techniques. The procedure in this study uses data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman including data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that consumers of batik are dominated by female consumers aged 20-30 years with an undergraduate degree who earn less than Rp. 1,000,000.

Abstract

Inovasi Pengadilan Jember untuk mempermudah bentuk-bentuk layanan pengadilan kepada masyarakat Jember semakin bertambah, dimana layanan-layanan tersebut terbukti telah memberikan manfaat setidaknya dalam dua hal. pertama, memangkas waktu dan biaya, dan kedua, semakin memperkuat posisi Pengadilan sebagai institusi pelayan publik yang selama ini dianggap jauh dari kenyataan di masyarakat. Dalam kurun waktu 2-3 tahun belakangan Pengadilan Negeri Jember memfokuskan diri pada layanan persidangan online di desa dalam permohonan perubahan nama yang memungkinkan pencari keadilan tidak perlu datang ke Pengadilan Negeri Jember untuk mendapatkan haknya. Inovasi baru tersebut saat ini bertambah dengan layanan Gugatan Sederhana Prodeo Dalam Program Usaha Mikro Kecil Cerdas Hukum (UMK Cerdas-Kum). Inovasi ini dikhususkan untuk pelaku usaha dengan nilai gugatan maksimal Rp 500.000.000,- (lima ratus juta rupiah) dengan waktu penyelesaian maksimal 25 hari sejak sidang pertama di Pengadilan. Syarat utama bagi pelaku usaha untuk menggunakan fasilitas ini pelaku wajib memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Experiential Marketing on Customer Loyalty of Kedai Pesen Kopi Jember Branch. In this study using quantitative methods, purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Sense has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. These findings mean that a good increase will increase customer loyalty at the Jember Coffee Shop. Feel positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. These findings mean that a good increase will increase customer loyalty at the Jember Coffee Shop. Think positively and significantly towards Customer Loyalty. These findings mean that a good increase will increase customer loyalty at the Jember Coffee Shop. Act positively and significantly towards Customer Loyalty.
