Abstract

Employee engagement in Indonesia is still relatively low at 13%, the low level of employee engagement has an impact on many things such as employee performance, therefore special attention is needed so that companies are able to increase employee engagement, and than This research intended to find out effectof Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisory Support on the employee engagement in Banten. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive design, research data collected using questionnaires and data analys is using multiple linear withthe SPSS IBM 20. program and based on the resulst of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, it is obtained that Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisor Support have an influence on Employee Engagement in manufacturing at Banten. With a total contribution of the R2 valueof 0.240. Keywords: Supervisor Support; Employee Engagement; Compensation Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Loyalitas Kerja dan Pay Satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek perusahaan PT Samator Gas Industri Cilegon. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah IBM SPSS V25. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji parsial t, dan uji simultan F. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel Loyalitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel pay satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan nilai F hitung > F tabel (3.898 > 2.859) dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan tingkat signifikan 0,016 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X1), Loyalitas Kerja (X2) dan Pay Satisfaction (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y)

Abstract

At this time the existence of a pioneer library is an important thing that must be improved in quality and quantity for the purposes of scientific development. Especially during the pandemic, school children tend to prefer playing games using gadgets or cellphones rather than reading books. Therefore, it is necessary to increase reading interest and literacy development for school students, including PAUD students. The lack of availability of books and other supports is the main reason for the lack of interest in reading and the development of literacy. Community service begins with conducting interviews with PAUD leaders and identifying the situation in PAUD, then continuing with providing motivation, assistance in improving literacy and donating reading books and other supports in order to form a pioneer library for students. The creation of a library is intended for students with the guidance of teachers and parents of students. Currently there are 4 teachers and 25 students. Before the service at PAUD there was no library with adequate books and supports. After the implementation of the program, teachers and students became increasingly enthusiastic about increasing book reading activities and improving overall literacy. In the future, it is hoped that the library will continue to grow through the cooperation of universities, government and local government officials.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of using audio-visual media in enhancing the activity and listening comprehension skills in the Indonesian language learning theory among fifth-grade elementary school students. This study adopts the classroom action research approach. The participants consist of 17 fifth-grade students from a selected elementary school chosen purposively. Each cycle comprises four stages: (1) planning, involving the development of a lesson plan focusing on the utilization of audio-visual media; (2) implementation, encompassing the execution of the lesson plan and the incorporation of audio-visual media in the learning process; (3) observation, which includes monitoring student activities and their responses to the audio-visual media; and (4) reflection, involving the evaluation and adjustment of teaching strategies for the subsequent cycle. The average listening comprehension score for fictional stories in Cycle II was 78.38, showing an increase of 15.74 compared to Cycle I, which was 62.64. The number of students meeting the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) also increased. In the first meeting of Cycle I, only 6 out of 17 students, or 35.29%, met the KKM. Subsequently, in the second meeting of Cycle I, there was an increase of 16 students, or 48.23%, meeting the KKM. In the second meeting of Cycle II, there was an increase of 15 students, or 88.23%, meeting the KKM.

Abstract

Background: Pneumonia is an infectious lung disease that can affect anyone, such as children, adolescents, young adults, and the elderly. One of the appropriate treatments to overcome the problem of pneumonia is physiotherapy using Chest Physiotherapy and Thoracic Expansion Exercises (TEE). Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of chest physiotherapy and thoracic expansion exercise in pneumonia patients Method and Materials: In this study, a literature review was used to obtain information regarding the effect of Chest Physiotherapy and Thoracic Expansion Exercise (TEE) on patients with pneumonia. A thorough study was conducted on 2 topics: (1) Pneumonia (2) Chest physiotherapy and Thoracic Expansion Exercise (TEE) pneumonia. The inclusion criteria were (1) the sample was a patient suffering from pneumonia (2) in a pneumonia patient the therapeutic modalities were chest physiotherapy and Thoracic Expansion Exercise (TEE). Effective search was deliberately limited to English, with interesting studies in pneumonia patients and published in the last 9 years. Literature research was conducted on the PubMed and Google Scholar electronic databases, for the period between January 2013 and January 2022. Result: Meta-analysis of 3 articles showed that after the intervention, the P value was very significant.Conclusion: The provision of physiotherapy interventions in the form of Chest Physiotherapy and Thoracic Expansion Exercise (TEE), can have a significant effect on pneumonia patients.
