Abstract

This research was aimed to know the result of learning process by project based learning in the matter of Indonesian language form and structure of its morpheme. This research was a classroom action research with the stages constructing action plan, implementing, monitoring, and reflecting towards the execution process of the action, which was implemented in two cycles. The subjects of the research were 31 students of study program of Indonesian language. While, the data collection methods were observation and test, afterwards the data were processed by descriptive statistic. Base on the analysis result, it was found that average students learning activities in first cycle are 2.71, belonging to the active categories. While, it was found that the percentage of students learning mastery in the cycle 1 was 35.48%. In cycle II the average students learning activities was 77.42%. Due to the students learning mastery in cycle II was higher than 75%, and the students learning activities belonging to the active categories, therefore the mastery in cycle II was achieved.Keywords: project based learning; form; and structure of its morpheme.

Abstract

Pragmatism could be understood as an approach whose position is equal to the other approaches in literary studies. Pragmatism focussed discussion on the role and readers functin totally. Cultural studies has to do with the whole aspects of human’s life as a method to undertand cultural changes and its effect in social life. The Text of Wasiat Renungan Masa-Pengalaman Baru as literary objection this research was understood in cultural changes and the previous phenomenon was a prat of field discusiion of cultural studies wich could be done by decoding organic structure which shapes it (diction), function (das sein=reality), and the meaning (das sollen=idealisme). Research data ws collected trough transcription tehnique because the text of Renungan Masa-Pengalaman Baru is a lingual symbol (forms) to understand meaning and function. Analysis and data interpretation used phenomenology approach. It was conclued that the pragmatism of Wasiat Renungan Masa-Pengalaman Baru composed by Hamzanwadi was understood through pattern realtions function and meaning.  Culture decentring was someone’s emotion expression to keep expectation to one he loves, communication for a reality which have to be faced, satire toward unconciousness on life reality. Pragmatism constituted idea guidance and good deeds, direction and goal of noble strugle, warning to the unappropriate events, inspirations the new appropriate  one, basic and good behaviour standard in choosing and selecting life struggle instruments.  Key words: Wasiat Renungan Masa-Pengalaman Baru, Pragmatism, Culture Studies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model reciprocal teaching terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Rumbuk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 4 Rumbuk kecamatan Sakra, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 23 peserta didik. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel bebasnya model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching, sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Instrumen tes yang digunakan sebanyak enam soal uraian yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro Wilk dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T-tes. Berdasarkan data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Rumbuk

Abstract

Abutment adalah bagian struktural jembatan, dapat mempengaruhi pola aliran air di sekitarnya, yang berpotensi meningkatkan kecepatan aliran dan risiko erosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh abutment jembatan terhadap aliran sungai melalui uji model laboratorium. Model saluran terbuka digunakan untuk mereplikasi kondisi sungai nyata. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan data aliran sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan abutment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan abutment menyebabkan peningkatan kecepatan aliran pada beberapa titik pengukuran, terutama di area yang dekat dengan abutment. Peningkatan kecepatan ini berdampak pada nilai Froude, yang menunjukkan peralihan aliran menuju kondisi kritis atau superkritis. Fenomena ini meningkatkan risiko erosi dan turbulensi, khususnya di sekitar abutment. Hasil ini penting dalam konteks desain dan pengelolaan jembatan, di mana diperlukan perhatian khusus untuk mencegah dampak negatif terhadap aliran sungai dan lingkungan sekitarnya

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in Batu Ke'de Village, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological research type. The results of the research conducted showed that the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Batu Ke'de Village, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency saw from aspect 1.) the input in its implementation had been supportive, both in terms of supporting resources, facilities and infrastructure and sufficient human resources. 2.) The implementation process starts from the initial meeting, verification of commitment and assistance is in accordance with PKH implementation guidelines. 3.) Outputs in the implementation of PKH provide the expected results such as utilization in the fields of education and health. 4.) the resulting outcome is that the community is greatly assisted in the field of education in supporting the needs of school children

Abstract

Studi ini didasarkan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya perjuangan advokasi Greenpeace bersama Pemuda Adat Papua (PAP) atas masyarakat adat Awyu yang mengalami suboridinasi di tengah pembangunan neoliberal. Terdapat dua pertanyaan kunci yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, bagaimana agenda dan praktik pembangunan neoliberal yang dijalankan melalui struktur governmentality pada gilirannya mengeksklusi dan mengalienasikan keberadaan suku Awyu? Kedua, bagaimana upaya advokasi di tingkat akar-rumput? Penelitian ini menunjukkan pengeksklusian terhadap masyarakat adat suku Awyu tidak dapat dilepaskan oleh struktur sentralistik bergaya neoliberal dijalankan oleh negara. Praktik governmentality dapat diamati melalui kontrol langsung kepada masyarakat adat melalui beragam modus-modus pendisiplinan lewar ide pembangunan yang kian privat. Posisi Awyu lantas berada sebagai pihak the others atau sebagai pihak subaltern yang berujung pada marjinalisasi dan eksploitasi melalui program pembangunan sentralistik. Sebagai bentuk resistensi dari ketimpangan yang ada, lahirlah upaya advokasi secara domestik dan transnasional guna mewakili pihak sub-altern tersebut. Forest Defender Camp dan seruan #AllEyesonPapua adalah salah satu contoh gerakan kolaborasi yang dilakukan Greenpeace dan pemuda adat Papua serta seluruh elemen Masyarakat dalam perjuangan dari adanya ketidakadilan yang terjadi.   Kata Kunci: Advokasi, Governmentality, Neoliberalisme, Suku Awyu

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan keruangan (spatial approach) lengkap: 1) Spastial Pattern Analisyst dengan metode Complete Spatial Randomness (CSR) dari tolls Analisyst Nearest network (ANN), 2) Voronoi Analisyst, 3) Breaking Point Analisyst, 4) Service  Area Analisyst, dan 5) Location-Allocation Models, untuk menganalisis kontribusi penerapan sistem zonasi sekolah terhadap pemerataan akses pendidikan secara spasial di Kota Parepare, model spasial zonasi sekolah untuk pemerataan akses pendidikan di Kota Parepare, dan kontribusi zonasi sekolah terhadap pembentukan struktur ruang di Kota Parepare. Sistim Zonasi sekolah berkontribusi positif dalam mendistribusikan responden peserta didik pada wilayah administratifnya dan liputan zonanya masing-masing. Pola random dari distribusi sekolah SMA Negeri di Parepare dengan rerata jarak 1.794,89 meter, pola cluster dari distribsi spasial untuk cluster pemukiman dengan jarak rata-rata 345.7139 Meter, dan pola cluster dari distribusi responden peserta didik SMA dengan jarak rata-rata 113.9075 Meter, menunjukkan adanya equalitas dan opportunitas spasial yang baik, diperkuat dengan mayoritas objek berada pada jangkauan dibawah 3000 Meter dari pusat zona. Secara demografis dan Angka Partisipasi Sekolah, Kota Parepare membutuhkan 2 hingga 4 buah sekolah SMA untuk mengakomodir 12,847 jiwa penduduk usia 15-19 tahun dari data penduduk tahun 2021, sementara kenyataannya Kota Parepare memiliki 31 buah SMA/SMK sederajat, sehingga banyak diantaranya kekurangan peserta didik dan akhirnya tutup. Sementara itu deliniasi zona dengan pertimbangan spatial analisyst complit  dengan Voronoi Analisyst, Breaking Point Analisyst, Service Area Analisyst, dan Location-Alocation model menghasilkan distribusi liputan zona  seluas 1.883.177 M2  untuk zona UPT SMAN 1 Parepare, 46.829.400 M2 untuk zona UPT N 2 Parepare, 31.960.090 M2 untuk zona UPT SMAN 3 Parepare, dan 16.196.590 M2 untuk Zona UPT N 4 Parepare. Sistim zonasi juga berperan terhadap pembentukan struktur ruang di Kota Parepare pada fungsi kegiatan kota terutama pada karakteristtik struktur layanan fasilitas pendidikannya dengan cakupan layanan fasilitas yang terdiri dari 4 pusat zona SMA Negeri yang melayani 13 SMP Negeri, dan 95 sekolah dasar dalam hirarki layanannya. Dalam menghubungkan pusat-pusat layanan dan cluster pemukiman menuju ke pusat zona, struktur jaringan transportasinya menghasilkan 10 koridor rute transportasi untuk perencanaan jaringan transportasi penunjang mobilitas harian pelajar dalam mendukung sistim zonasi sekolah SMA Negeri di Kota Parepare. By using a complete spatial approach: 1) Spatial Pattern Analysis with Complete Spatial Randomness (CSR) method from tolls Analyst Nearest network (ANN), 2) Voronoi Analyst, 3) Breaking Point Analyst, 4) Service Area Analyst, and 5) Location-Allocation Models, to analyze the contribution of the application of the school zoning system to spatial distribution of access to education in Parepare City, school zoning spatial model for equal distribution of access to education in Parepare City, and the contribution of school zoning to the formation of spatial structure in Parepare City. The school zoning system contributes positively in distributing student respondents in their respective administrative area and zoning coverage. The random pattern of the distribution of public senior high school in Parepare with an average distance of 1,794.89 meters, the cluster pattern of spatial distribution for residential clusters with an average distance of 345, 7139 meters, and the cluster pattern of the distribution of respondent to high school student with an average distance of 113, 9075 meters. It indicates the existance of good spatial equality and opportunism, It is reinforced with the majority of objects located at ranges below to 3000 meters from the center of the zone. Demographically and school enrollment rates, Parepare needs 2 to 4 high school to accommodate 12.847 people aged 15 to 19 years from the average population in 2021, while in reality the city of Parepare has 31 senior high school and vocational high school, so that many of them lack students and eventually close. Meanwhile, the delineation of zones with consideration of spatial analysis is complete with Voronoi analysis. Breaking Point Analysis, Service Area Analysis, and Location-Allocation model resulted in a zone coverage distribution of 1,883,177 M2 for the UPT SMAN 1 Parepare zone, 46,829,400 M2 for the UPT N zone 2 Parepare, 31,960,090 M2 for the UPT SMAN 3 Parepare zone, and 16,196,590 M2 for the UPT N 4 Parepare zone. Zoning system also plays a role in the formation of spatial structure in the city of Parepare on the function of urban activity especially in the characteristics of its education facility service structure with a facility service coverage consisting of 4 senior high school zone centers serving 13 public junior high school, and 95 primary school  in the service hierarchy. In connecting service centers and residential cluster to the zone center, the transportation network structure produces 10 transportation route corridors for transportation networking planning to support student’s daily mobility in supporting the zoning system of the senior high school in the city of Parepare
