Abstract

This study aims to find out how the collaboration between Development Actors in realizing Mandiri Village in Bongki Lengkese Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai District. The realization of Mandiri Village is inseparable from collaborative and balanced collaboration between development actors, namely (Village Government, Community and Business Groups) in the village. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study method, for the purposes of collecting data, the researcher conducts observations and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration of development actors in Bongki Lengkese Village shows social security in the form of mutual cooperation that is still well preserved by the community, although it has not shown results in economic resilience, especially self-sufficient food for some people, as well as electrical energy etc. Nonetheless, over the past few years it has demonstrated the efforts of development actors in taking on the role as economic drivers of the local community. This is evidenced by the development of a Joint Business Group (KUB) in the form of Goat KUB, Melati KUB, Cow and Blacksmith Fattening, Horti Farmer Group development in this case an increase in chilli production even though the development of Food Farmers Group has not shown optimal results.

Abstract

This article serves to Determine the impact of the transformation of Siri 'Na Pacce culture in public service at Kantor Satu Terintadu Satu Pintu (KPTSP) Kabupaten Takalar. Siri 'na Pacce Culture is the identity and character of the Bugis-Makassar people. This study used a qualitative approach, with case study method and critical inculturative ethnography, for the purposes of data settlement, the researcher conducted observation and in-depth interview. The results showed that the culture of society greatly affects the quality and quality of service. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dampak dari transformasi nilai budaya Siri’ Na Pacce dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (KPTSP) Kabupaten Takalar. Budaya Siri’ na Pacce merupakan identitas dan watak dari orang Bugis-Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus dan etnografi kritis inkulturatif, untuk keperluan pengumpulan data maka peneliti melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai budaya Siri’ na Pacce dalam pelayanan publik sangat berdampak bagi peningkatan mutu dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media sosial TikTok dalam pengembangan Karakter Siswa ADEM Repatriasi Malaysia di SMK Islamic Village Kabupaten Tangerang Banten. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok dalam pengembangan karakter siswa ADEM Repatriasi Malaysia memberikan hasil yang positif dan negatif. Pada aspek positif (1) keperluan kognitif, siswa memanfaatkan TikTok untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan untuk meningkat wawasan dan skill. (2) Keperluan integratif individu, siswa menggunakan TikTok sebagai media identifkasi diri dimana media berperan dalam pengembangan karakter siswa yaitu dengan mengakses konten penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan motivasi melalui video yang mereka tonton. (3) Keperluan integratif sosial, siswa menggunakan TikTok untuk memperluas jaringan pertemanan (4) Keperluan afektif dan pelepasan, siswa menggunakan TikTok sebagai sarana hiburan dimana media yang berfungsi dalam mengatasi kejenuhan pada saat belajar. Sedangkan pada aspek negatif dari penggunaan TikTok siswa sering mengikuti trend bahasa gaul dan kurang bisa menempatkan diri dalam menggunakan bahasa tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya membentuk karakter yang baik, guru dan kakak pengasuh sudah berupaya untuk menanamkan karakter baik pada siswa. Upaya yang mereka lakukan adalah memberikan nasihat, contoh teladan, pembiasaan dan juga pemberian punishment jika siswa berperilaku buruk.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the work motivation and performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit and the Enrekang District Fire Department and to find out how much influence motivation on the performance of employees in the Office. The method used in this study was a quantitative method using statistical formula to help process data and analyze data obtained from the results of the study by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires as many as 40 questionnaires to 25 Satpol employees and 15 Damkar employees with a total of 40 respondents. This study used a simple linear regression formula to find out whether there was a relationship between motivation and performance, then proceed with the determination coefficient to determine the results of the effects caused. The results showed that motivation had a relatively moderated relationship with employee performance. Based on the analysis results that had been described then Motivational variables significantly influence employee performance variables in the Civil Service Police Unit and Enrekang District Fire Department.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ethics in e-KTP making services at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach using data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This research was conducted for approximately 2 months. It is hoped that the results of the research will provide an in-depth understanding of ethics in e-KTP making services at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office in terms of 4 (four) aspects of research observation which include efficiency, impersonal, personal system, responsibility. It is hoped that this research can be used as input for government officials in efforts to improve bureaucratic ethics in serving the community and provide a contribution of knowledge for future researchers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the quality of public services in the Office of The Village of Tunggaliru Subdistrict Ujung Pandang Makassar City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The number of informants is 5 people. Data collection is done using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using data reduction measures, data presentation, data verification, and using the application of triangulation data, namely source triangulation, technique and time. The results showed that the quality of public services applied in the Village Office of Tunggaliru Subdistrict of Ujung Pandang Makassar City is still less qualified when viewed from several indicators of the main dimensions in the quality of public services according to Parasuraman (2012): the only dimensions of physical appearance (tangibles) such as office facilities that are still less comfortableKeywords: Quality of Public Service, Village.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe the decision making of the panel of judges in divorce cases in the religious court of Sidrap Regency. This study used a case study with qualitative research. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation. Data validation was carried out by source trigulation, techniques, and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the decision making of the panel of judges in divorce cases in the religious court of Sidrap district was based on 3 (three) indicators, namely the intelligence stage was  in accordance with the systematics of the trial in making decisions of the Panel of Judges in divorce cases in the Religious Court of Sidrap Regency, then the design stage was completed. In accordance with the identification steps and in the formulation of problem solving related to divorce cases and the election stage, there were two alternative choices of decisions, namely the accepted or not accepted options, but there were still the plaintiffs or defendants who objected to the decision of the panel of judges Keywords: Decision Making, Panel of Judges, Divorce Case

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of policies applied to the Smart Indonesia Program; Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) at SMA Negeri 2 Barru. This study used a qualitative research using 4 informants. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the Implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in SMA Negeri 2 Barru was quite good. Through several indicators of implementation in this study, namely: 1) policy standards and targets, very helpful for underprivileged students in education, 2) human resources, both facilities and infrastructure were quite good, 3) communication between organizations and strengthening activities, communication between implementers had been good in encouraging the success of PIP policies, 4) Characteristics of implementing agents, existing SOPs were in line with policies, 5). The condition of the PIP policy environment had the support of the school and parents, 6) the disposition of the implementor had implemented the policy implementation well because he understood the existing SOPs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the outsourcing employee compensation system from PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera who was placed at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera in this case the leadership of PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera pays little attention to the welfare of outsourcing employees. This is very unfavorable for the outsourcing employees because the amount of compensation that is lacking starting from overtime work is still there but oevertime pay is eliminated, and tips are also only given from the kindness of the permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar, granting leave for whichthe salaries of outsourcing employees will begin to be deducted when the maximum limit of 5 days for employee permission to take leave is ranted, and operational vehicle facilities are not provaded to outsourcing employees.  Keywords: Compensation, Outsourcer

Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of leadership style on the organizational commitment of official social of Gowa regency. The approach was taken by this research is the quantitative approach with a sample of 50 employees were taken by incidental sampling. The test instrument which is used in this research are validity and reliability test. While for analizing quantitative data used is a simple linear regression analysis. The result of the research from regression analysis reveals that leadership style have a positive effect and significantly on organizational commitment of official social of Gowa regerency. The measurement test result reveals that the most dominant variabel of official social of Gowa regerency is the leadership style (X), this is because the variable has greatest value of the cronbach’s alpha and it has smallest significance value of the other variables. The result from the research of leadership style at the District Social Service Gowa showed that the directive style was the most dominant applied. Whereas the organizational commitment found in the dominant employee is an ongoing commitment. The result of the study found there a significant effect between leadership style on organizational commitment.
