Abstract

The lack of train station facilities influences the passengers' deviant behavior. This paper aims to analyze the Pattern of Commuter Line passengers' behavior in Duri Station. In collecting data regarding the passengers' behavior, we observed the passengers using the Place Centeres Mapping method. This observation technique aims to understand how people utilize or accommodate their behavior at a particular time and location in the train station. This research model is divided into two stages. The first stage consists of observation and semi-structured interviews with the passengers. The second stage examines the passengers' behavior based on location within the train station. In this study, we analyzed the data through data triangulation and spatial analysis, along with several theoretical discussions about where, when, and why the passengers conduct deviant behavior. The results showed that passengers' deviant behavior was based on three components of the station zones: the arrival zone, main facilities zone, and platform zone. The main facilities and platform zones are more prone to passengers' deviant behavior. The most common deviant behaviors are pickpocketing and verbal harassment, whereas the least deviant is sitting on the platform floors. These deviant behaviors occur mainly due to the fact that during peak hours, there are less security guards than there are passengers.

Abstract

Agricultural drought occurs in various irrigation areas in Indonesia, one of which is the Jatiluhur Reservoir’s irrigation area. Agricultural drought in this area occurs due to several factors, including the natural phenomenon of climate anomalies which causes the length of the dry season, and also due to less optimal irrigation networks, damaged networks and other obstacles. But, not all agricultural land in the irrigated area experiences drought. Agricultural land affected by drought is important to know its spatial and temporal distribution to determine priority locations in drought disaster management, especially on agricultural land. Therefore, this study aims to examine the spatial pattern of agricultural drought in the irrigation area of the Jatiluhur Reservoir from 2000–2020. The index used in this study is the Normalized Difference Drought Index (NDDI). MODIS image version MOD13Q1 is used by dividing the dryness class into three classifications, namely dry (>0.5), rather dry (0-0.5), and normal (<0.5). The results showed that the most extensive drought in rice paddy fields occurred in 2015 with a dry index of 8574.19 Hectares. Meanwhile, agricultural drought in this area occurs on average from June to September, especially in the Jayalaksana Village and Setialaksana Village, Bungin Sub-District, Bekasi Regency. These two villages are affected by agricultural drought every single year. The spatial pattern of agricultural drought shows that it follows the pattern of the irrigation network. It is necessary to investigate the correlation between agricultural drought and irrigation network in the next research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the number of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), workers in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and domestic investment (PMDN) on Indonesia's economic growth, both in the short and long term. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 1993 to 2023, obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the World Bank. The analysis was conducted using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The result showed that in the short run the number of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMeS), worker MSMeS, and domestic investment is positive and significantly effect economy growth of indonesia in the long run the number of micro, small and medium (MSMes), worker MSMeS, and domestic investment are also positive and significantly effect economy growth of indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate and clarify how three independent factors—marketing strategy, service quality, and customer experience—affect the dependent variable, specifically the fashion product purchase choices at Ayu Citra Fashion Store located in Jombang Regency. Employing a purposive sampling method and administering Likert-scale questionnaires, 80 respondent samples were collected for the research. IBM SPSS version 25 software was employed to apply different linear regression methods and hypothesis testing, including the F test (simultaneous test) and the T test (partial test), to analyze the collected data. The research results indicated that the three separate elements—marketing strategy, customer experience, and service quality—significantly influenced consumers' choices to purchase fashion products at Ayu Citra Fashion Store in Jombang Regency. The outcomes of partial/single tests show that customer experience greatly influences purchase decisions, service quality does not significantly affect them, and marketing strategy has a substantial effect. Keywords : Marketing Strategy, Service Quality, Customer Experience, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine (1) the income potential of partnered and non-partnered coffee farmers and (2) the factors that affect the income of partnered coffee farmers in Baroko District, Enrekang Regency. Methodology: This research used both qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The population consisted of all partnered and non-partnered coffee farmers in the Baroko District. A total of 80 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Both primary and secondary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and income analysis methods. Results: The findings revealed that the partnership model applied in Baroko District follows a general trade partnership scheme. The factors that significantly affect the income of partnered coffee farmers include production costs, production quantities, partner prices, length of partnership, and experience with the partner. In contrast, variables such as farmer age, education level, and deferred amount did not show a significant influence on income. Conclusion: The study concludes that partnership arrangements can significantly enhance coffee farmer income when supported by appropriate cost control, stable production output, and beneficial partner pricing schemes. Non-partnered farmers tend to earn lower incomes due to less structured support and access to markets. Limitations: This study is limited to partnered and non-partnered coffee farmers in one district and used a relatively small sample. Contribution: This research provides important insights into partnership-based farming and can serve as a reference for policymakers and agricultural institutions in improving farmer income through structured cooperation models.
