Abstract

The Jayakarta Daira hotel is one of  a kind stars hotel in palembang city, that moves on check in and serves for every guests to stay, and ofcourse the goals is to give the best service to the consumers with the facility sides, serving, and even for the prices. Consumers satisfaction is an evaluation of the most critical value that the hotel always be prepare to make the constumers feel the best services than they imagine. Although the costumers unsatisfaction show up if the result that the costumers hope more far from they really hope. So that,  to make it better  the hotel should be more prepare from that situation to make it all the services in all kind of works in hotel more best for all costumers. And finally make the customers feel really serve after checking out. From the observation can be concludes that the quality of services can be attracting customers loyality to be more exiciting to the Jayakarta hotel palembang. It can be seen from the cooficience regression for variable of service quality is 0,309 also give a constanta point for 23,294 the same regression linear is Y= 23,294 + 0,309 X The result of cooficience correlation is 0,310 or 31%,  with this big result it is shows that there is a significant positive correlation between variable quality of service and costumers loyality, also with the cooficience of determination is 0,087. the result of testing hypotheses with t for the test, the result of thitung   shows quality of service is 3,233 and for the value of sigt the result is 0,002. Key Word : Service quality, Customer Loyality

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of physical tangible, reliability, and responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the decision of customers staying at the Hotel Amaris Palembang, to analyze the dominant variables affecting the decision customers who stay at Amaris Hotel Palembang, so the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing consisting of partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the value of sig <0.05. this means that the five dimensions of service (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) significantly influence customer decisions. From the results of the analysis of the dimensions of service namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy show that the dimensions of service provided by Amaris Hotel Palembang can provide decisions to customers, the results of an analysis of the five dimensions of service then the dominant variable affecting customer decisions is assurance ( guarantee). This appears in the value of the regression coefficient = 0.192 and the value of t arithmetic = 3.640 which is greater than the other variables, besides that the smallest value of reliability sig is equal to 0,000. It can be said that the smaller the value of pvalue, the greater the effect on customer decisions. Keywords: Service Dimensions, Customer Decisions

Abstract

"The Effect of Motivation and Leadership Against Employee Performance Cooperative Beringin Jaya Palembang " The purpose of the research conducted to find out and prove : 1 ) The effect of motivation and leadership together on Employee Performance Cooperative Beringin Jaya Palembang 2 ) The effect of motivation on employee  performance  Cooperatives  Beringin  Jaya Palembang 3 ) Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance Cooperative Beringin Jaya Palembang . The calculations show that the regression coefficient for the variable Motivation ( X1 ) 0.173 , Leadership ( X2 ) 0.376 , and also produces a constant value of 23.916 so that multiple regression equation of this study are as follows : Y = 23.916 + 0.173 X1 + 0.376 X2 + e means constant for 23.916 states that if you ignore the Motivation and Leadership Performance score is 23.916 . Regression coefficient of 0.173 X1 states that each additional ( for + sign ) one unit scores Motivation ( X1 ) will improve performance score of 0.173 to keep the score Leadership ( X2 ) constant . X2 regression coefficient of 0, 376 states that any additions ( due to the + sign ) one unit of Leadership score  ( X2 ) will improve performance score of 0.376 to keep the motivation score ( X1 ) constant. There is also a correlation coefficient of 0.676 and Koefien of determination ( R2 ) is 0.457 . This means that 45.7 % variation in the value of the variable performance score can be explained jointly by Motivation and Leadership in the regression model. The remaining 54.3 %  is explained by other variables ( e )  among others, Oversight, workculture, workenvironment, discipline, communication.Test results hypothesis test F above can be seen that the F value is 13.052 and 0.000 sig . From the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05 which means that there is an influence motivation and leadership together to Performance . Of Linear Regression Analysis table it can be seen that the value for the variable sig Motivation is 0.036 , the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05 which means that there is an influence on the Performance Motivation and Leadership sig for variables is 0.000 , the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05, which means there is a leadership influence on performance .  Keywords : Motivation , Leadership , Performance

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Office of Lawang Kidul urban village of Palembang, the number of employees as many as 31 people and entirely sampled. The result of regression between Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) to Performance (Y) variable is 20,782, stated that if there is no increase of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and variable Discipline (X3) on Performance (Y) then the value of performance of 20.782. The regression coefficient of 0.319, 0.185 and 0.202 states that each addition of a score of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) variables will give a score increase of 0.319, 0.185 and 0.202 for Performance (Y) so that the form of multiple regression equation are as follows : Y = 20.782 + 0.319 X1 + 0.185 X2 + 0.202 X3. Correlation between variables Leadership (X1), variable Motivation (X2) variable Discipline (X3) with variable Performance (Y) obtained R value of 0.628. The acquisition value of correlation coefficient (R) means that if the Leadership variable (X1), Motivation Variable (X2) and Discipline variable (X3) have a very close relationship to Performance (Y). Coefficient of determination equal to 0,394 or 39,4%. Coefficient of determination used to know the percentage of influence of independent variables (Predictors) to changes in the dependent variable. From the processed processed data obtained value of determinant coefficient of 0.394. This means that the contribution of leadership variables, motivation and discipline to performance variables is 39.4% while the remaining 60.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Leadership style, Motivation and work discipline
