Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional dan dinilai mampu menjadi tulang punggung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Persaingan pada lingkungan yang kompetitif dan keadaan yang terus berubah menjadi tantangan bagi UMKM. Untuk dapat terus bertahan dan tumbuh dalam segala tantangan yang selalu terjadi adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja. Entreprenerial marketing dan network relationship dinilai menj adi dua faktor utama yang memengaruhi kinerja UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang data nya bersumber pada kuesioner dari 150 pelaku UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa entrepreneurial marketing dan network relationship memengaruhi kinerja UMKM baik secara parsial maupun simultan

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze what factors influence tourist satisfaction in tourist destination Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran. Research methods: This is a quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis, and the use of SPSS 23 in processing data. The data collected using google form with 70 respondents from tourists who visited Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran. Results and discussion: The findings of this study indicate that tourist destinations influence the tourist satisfaction positively. Meanwhile, this study finds that amenity and accessibility in tourist destinations need to be improved. Implication: This research was conducted to provide developments in the Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran. This research suggests that this destination should further improve existing amenities and accessibility to increase visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Masyarakat Saung Eling di Kampung Wisata Lembur Sawah Mulyaharja, Kota Bogor, melalui peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran digital berbasis fotografi. Meskipun memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang kaya, tingkat kunjungan wisatawan masih rendah karena keterbatasan masyarakat dalam menguasai teknik pengambilan dan pengeditan foto/video yang menarik, serta pengelolaan media sosial dan website yang belum optimal.  Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan intensif mengenai metode fotografi yang estetik, keterampilan mengedit foto dan video, serta pendampingan dalam pengelolaan konten media sosial dan website agar informasi wisata selalu terbarui dan akurat. Diharapkan, peningkatan kapasitas ini akan menghasilkan konten promosi yang lebih profesional dan menarik, sehingga meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kampung Lembur Sawah. Dampak akhirnya adalah peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat, serta penguatan identitas Kampung Wisata Lembur Sawah di ranah digital.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the site selection of incentive travel destination as a key decision for Incentive travel housess and corporations in Indonesia, for both domestic and international markets. Site selection is a crucial aspect of planning because the destination serves not only as an event venue but also as a symbol of recognition, exclusivity, and corporate image for incentive participants. This study used a qualitative approach, combining field observations, semi structured interviews, and documentation study to identify location attributes for incentive destination. The findings indicate that Bali, Jakarta, and Yogyakarta have advantages in creating experiences and operational readiness, while Labuan Bajo, with its diverse natural resources, can create memorable experiences but requires significant operational improvement. Incentive travel housess and corporate buyers assessed that the domestic market's perspective favors destination selection based on accommodation, destination image, novelty, extra conference opportunities, and risk. However, for international market, there is more emphasis on accessibility, accommodation, destination image, uniqueness, extra conference opportunities, and risk. Only the Accessibility factor is the differentiator between the domestic and international markets, other attributes are not the main factors in either market but are supporting factors that complement the smoothness of incentive travel. The implication of this research is that it will make it easier for Incentive travel housess and corporations to make the right destination decisions for the domestic and international markets in Indonesia. In addition, this can serve as a recommendation to the Indonesian government for developing strategic policies and promoting other destinations as incentives.
