Abstract

This study aims to determine the biomotor factors needed by talented athletes in roller skating and to determine the biomotor components in roller skating. Roller skating is a sport that requires special skills in balance, strength, speed, flexibility, endurance and agility. Identification of talented athletes at an early stage can help to develop potential in athletes. The formulation of the problem in this research is what biomotor factors are needed by talented athletes in roller skating. This study uses the literature review method. The data source used comes from the results of research publications in national and international journals. The process of collecting data using Google Scholar. The journal used was published in full text, with the results obtained that the number of journals was 50 articles fulfilling the inclusion criteria of 6 articles and then analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the 6 articles agree that biomotor factors are needed to identify seed skate athletes with 6 biomotors, namely agility, balance, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility. is that what is needed by biomotor in talented athletes in the field of roller skating is agility, balance, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility. Thus, the identification of talented athletes can be carried out more effectively and efficiently

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach as an effort to improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing in grade IV students of SDN Bulusari 1. The design of this study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). CAR is a research approach designed to improve learning practices in the classroom with the aim of providing a more comprehensive picture of the situations and practices that occur in the classroom, as well as to improve the overall quality of learning. Data collection in this study was carried out through two cycles, with a total of six meetings. The location of the study was at SDN Bulusari 1, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency, East Java. The sampling used was cluster random sampling where the selection process was carried out randomly. The sample used was grade IV (four) students with a total of 28 students. Analysis of research data on the volleyball underhand passing learning process used the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning underhand passing will show an increase in percentage from cycle I to cycle II, namely from 73.9% to 86.4%. In addition, the percentage of student completion in cycle I reached 57.14%, then increased significantly to 92.85% in cycle II.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) plays an important role in developing students' physical, psychological, motoric, cognitive, and affective abilities, with one of the materials being the long jump which involves the stages of starting, pushing, floating, and landing. A classroom action research (CAR) at SDN Bulusari I, Tarokan District, Kediri, aims to determine the application of the demonstration method in long jump learning for fourth grade students, as well as the extent to which their abilities and understanding have increased. By using the spiral model, this study shows that the application of the demonstration method has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of learning, as evidenced by the increase in the percentage of research results from 84% in cycle I to 87% in cycle II, which indicates that the learning process is going well and students' understanding of the long jump material has increased.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Physical Education, Sports, and Health in grade V students of SD Negeri Bulusari 1, Kediri Regency through the application of the play group method. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach which is implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were all grade V students of SD Negeri Bulusari 1, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency.Based on the observation results in cycle 1, out of 14 fifth grade students of SD Negeri Bulusari 1, there were 5 students who were able to hit the ball correctly. Students are declared to be able to hit the ball correctly if they are able to hit the ball correctly 3 times out of 5 times hitting the ball. During the learning process in cycle 1 related to student attitudes, the percentage results were 68.6%, while the target desired by the researcher was that at least 80% of the number of students must achieve the Minimum Completion Criteria (complete) value. The ability of students to hit the ball in cycle 2 increased from cycle 1, this is indicated by the decrease in the number of students who were able to hit the ball less than 3 times out of 5 times hitting the ball. During the learning process in cycle 2 related to student attitudes, it increased to 91.5% (up 22.9% from cycle 1). This success rate indicates that the learning process of the rounders game with this modification was successful because it had reached the target and even exceeded the target desired by the researcher, namely 80% of the number of students had completed the Minimum Completion Criteria value.Learning the rounders game with modifications received positive responses from students. This can be seen from the results of the student response questionnaire analysis of learning the rounders game with modifications which showed that almost 90% of students felt happy in following the learning process. So it can be concluded that learning the rounders game with modifications is acceptable and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The main objective of incorporating physical activity and sports into education extends beyond enhancing physical fitness; it also aims to foster students' social and emotional development, overall health, critical thinking, mental toughness, and ethical conduct. This study focused on second-grade students at SDN Bulusari 1 during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, involving a total of 32 participants. Data collection techniques included several methods such as tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicated a significant improvement in learning mastery, with 71% of students successfully meeting the achievement standards during the implementation of the first cycle—an indicator of progress in their sprinting skills. Considering the targeted achievement rate of 80%, the second cycle was considered successful and complete, as confirmed by ongoing observations and reflective evaluations. The average sprinting ability score of the students increased to 81.00, indicating that the implementation of the green-black game strategy was proven effective in enhancing their sprint performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of developing a balance training model through the traditional game of hopscotch (engklek) on the academic achievement of first-grade students at SD Negeri Bulusari 1, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a classroom action research (CAR) method. The research sample consists of 32 first-grade students at SD Negeri Bulusari 1, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency. The classroom action research was conducted following the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The developed balance training model is based on the traditional game of hopscotch (engklek). Based on the research findings, the use of the balance training model combined with the traditional game of hopscotch proved effective in enhancing floor gymnastics learning abilities in the Physical Education subject for first-grade students at SD Negeri Bulusari 1, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. Indicators of success were identified through an increase in The mean academic performance ratings of the pupils, initially at 68.2 during the pre-cycle phase, rising to 70.2 in Cycle I, and further significantly increasing to 72.3 in Cycle II. Additionally, this effectiveness was also demonstrated by the improvement in the proportion of learning that is complete, from 71.8% in the pre-cycle to 81.3% in Cycle I, reaching a maximum completeness level of 100% in Cycle II

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah tentang tokoh Bujang Ganong, bagaimana keterkaitan antara tari Bujang ganong dengan olahraga pencak silat, dan mengapa gerakan pencak silat dimasukkan dalam penyajian tari Bujang ganongk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan pengecekan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi data. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bujang ganongmerupakan seorang tokoh dari Ponorgo sebagai sebutan dari murid Ki Ageng Kutu. Tari Bujang ganongmemilki keterkaitan yang erat dengan olahraga pencak silat dimana dalam pementasannya terdapat gerakan pencak silat sebagai sisipan. Olahraga pencak silat sangat penting untuk dapat dimasukkan dalam tari Bujang ganongkarena sebagai penggambaran dari tokoh Bujang ganongyang memiliki ilmu kanuragan.

Abstract

Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah agar para atlit dan pelatih dapat mengembangkan teknik serangan untuk menghasilkan performa yang maksimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kejuaraan pencak silat Piala Ketua Umum IPSI Kabupaten Kediri II – 2023 dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak G sebanyak 4 orang (berat badan 57 kg - 60 kg). Sebanyak empat atlet diteliti oleh penulis dan penelitian hanya melibatkan empat atlet tersebut.. teknik dasar yang digunakan pada saat pertandingan kejuaraan pencak silat Piala Ketua Umum IPSI Kabupaten Kediri II – 2023 Kategori Tanding Kelas G Putra Remaja adalah pukulan lurus sebanyak 60 dengan presentase 50,54%, tendangan lurus sebanyak 16 dengan presentase 13,44%, tendangan sabit sebanyak 15 dengan pre sentase 12,60%, tendangan T sebanyak 17 dengan presentase 14,28%, guntingan sebanyak 8 kali presentase 6,74%, dan bantingan sebanyak 3 kali dengan presentase 2,52%.tendangan T sebanyak 17 kali (15,74%).
