Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh latihan interval training terhadap daya tahan atlet pencak silat, (2) pengaruh latihan fartlek terhadap daya tahan atlet pencak silat, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan interval training dan fartlek terhadap daya tahan atlet pencak silat. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan teknik undian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet junior putra pencak silat PSHT kabupaten Buleleng Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan interval training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan, dengan hasil thitung = 18,506> ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan, dengan hasil thitung=15,561> ttabel = 2,145, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan interval training dengan fartlek terhadap peningkatan daya tahan thitung=0,047 ttable = 2,145, (2) fartlek on the endurance of pencak silat, with tcount=15,561> ttable = 2,145, and (3) there is a no difference of influence between interval training with fartlek on the endurance of pencak silat with tcount=0,047

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan give and go pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan give and go pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan teknik undian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan drop pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 16,837 > ttabel = 1,7613, (2) pelatihan give and go pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 12,220 > ttabel = 1,7613, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan give and go pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 0,212 ttable = 1.7613, (2) give and go pass training influencing football passing techniques, with results tcount = 12,220> ttable = 1.7613, and (3) there is no difference in effect between drop pass training with give and go pass on football passing technique t count = 0.212

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan smash berpasangan terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan smash individu terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli. Dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan smash berpasangan dan smash individu terhadap kemampuan smash pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMKN 1 Sukasada tahun 2019 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t pada taraf signifikasi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan smash berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli, dengan hasil thitung = 14,379> ttabel = 1,7613.(02) pelatihan smash individu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan smash pada olahraga bola voli dengan hasil thitung= 15,120> ttabel = 1,7613, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode pelatihan smash berpasangan dan smash individu terhadap kemampuan smash pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMKN 1 sukasada tahun 2019. Kata Kunci : pelatihan smash berpasangan, pelatihan smash individu, bola voli. Abstract This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of paired smash training method on smash skills in volleyball sports, (2) the effect of individual smash training method on smash skills in volleyball sports, and (3) the differences between the effect of paired smash training methods and individual smash method on students’ smash skill in volleyball extracurricular at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada in 2019 which amounted 30 people. This study used a quasi-experimental method with the modified pre-test and post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistics at a significance level (α) of 0.05. The result of data analysis (1) paired smash training affect the smash skill in volleyball sport, with the result of t count = 14,379> t table = 1.7613. (02) individual smash training affect the smash skill in volleyball sport,with the results of t count = 15,120> t table = 1.7613, and (3) there is no significant difference in the effect of paired smash training method and individual smash method on the students’ smash skill on volleyball extracurricular at SMK 1 sukasada in 2019. keyword : paired smash training, individual smash training, volleyball.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of crossover dribble and behind-the-back dribble training on the dribbling techniques of male basketball players from the Singa Muda club aged 13 to 14 years. A quantitative approach was used, employing a two-group quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design with 50 athletes. The athletes were divided into two groups: a crossover dribble training group and a behind-the-back dribble training group, each consisting of 25 athletes. Using SPSS, paired and independent t-tests were employed to analyze the data at a significance level of α = 0.05. The study findings indicate that improvements in dribbling technique among male athletes aged 13 to 14 years at the Singa Muda Club were significantly influenced by crossover dribble and behind-the-back dribble training, and there were significant differences between the two types of dribble training. These results indicate that players’ motor coordination, ball control, and dribbling agility can be enhanced through technical instruction that is precise, well-planned, and repetitive. For adolescent basketball players, crossover dribble training may be a more efficient way to improve dribbling technique.

Abstract

Soccer requires players to perform repeated high-intensity actions, rapid changes of direction, and sustained physical effort throughout a match. This study examined the comparative effects of shuttle run and zigzag run training on two specific components of physical performance, namely agility and endurance, among school-level soccer players. The research used a two-group pretest–posttest experimental design. A total of 100 students from SMPN 2 Larantuka were divided into two training groups: 50 students performed shuttle run training and 50 students performed zigzag run training on a sand surface. Agility was assessed using a time-based agility running test, in which shorter completion time indicated better performance, while endurance was measured using the multistage beep test and expressed as level achievement. The results showed that both training methods significantly improved agility and endurance after the intervention. The shuttle run group improved agility from 19.63 to 17.24 seconds and endurance from 4.86 to 7.54 levels, whereas the zigzag run group improved agility from 19.59 to 16.85 seconds and endurance from 4.79 to 7.05 levels. The comparison of gain scores indicated that zigzag run training produced greater improvement in agility, with a mean gain of 2.74 seconds compared with 2.39 seconds in the shuttle run group, because it emphasized multidirectional movement, body control, and repeated change-of-direction actions. In contrast, shuttle run training produced greater improvement in endurance, with a mean gain of 2.68 levels compared with 2.26 levels in the zigzag run group, because it required repeated high-intensity running, acceleration, deceleration, and short recovery cycles that stimulated cardiorespiratory adaptation. These findings indicate that both exercises are effective but have different dominant training effects. Therefore, zigzag run training is more suitable for agility development, whereas shuttle run training is more appropriate for endurance improvement in school-level soccer conditioning programs.   Keywords: shuttle run; zigzag run; agility; endurance; soccer training; sand training; physical performance
