Abstract

Waqf is a sunnah order in Islamic law that lasts until now, waqf has been transformed into a digital platform. then the kitabisa platform emerged as a waqf manager from the community because Islamic law orders must be in accordance with the principles of the Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative method with a living qur'an approach to find out the principles and practices of al qur'an in the kitabisa platform. Data were collected through literature studies on waqf and the kitabisa platform, as well as websites and annual reports owned by the kitabisa platform. This research is only limited to the kitabisa application and its waqf programs. This research shows that the kitabisa platform is in accordance with the principles of the Qur'an regarding waqf because it uses the appropriate Qur'anic arguments and also gives the impact of waqf to the wider community. For example, to the poor, orphans and the environment.

Abstract

This study explores the intersection of students, entrepreneurship, and empowerment through a case study of the humane entrepreneurship strategy implemented at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang City. In response to the increasing need for economic independence and the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit among students, Bahrul Maghfiroh has developed a unique approach that integrates ethical business practices with educational goals. This research employs a qualitative case study method, gathering data through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. Findings reveal that the boarding school adopts a humane entrepreneurship model characterized by prioritizing student welfare, ethical management, and community engagement, while fostering practical entrepreneurial skills. Through various business units and training programs, students are not only educated in Islamic knowledge but are also equipped with real-world business competencies, contributing to their personal development and future economic resilience. This study highlights how humane entrepreneurship can serve as a powerful tool for student empowerment in Islamic educational institutions, offering a sustainable model for other boarding schools seeking to combine education, character-building, and economic independence.

Abstract

This article will discuss Islamic boarding schools which were initially as centers for Islamic studies and then innovated as social economic centers by developing entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools and then analyzing them from the perspective of sharia maqashid. This research is a qualitative research, with the type of field research (field research). The data sources in this study consist of two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Using three data collection techniques: Observation, interview, and observation. The results of the study show that the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has played a dual role, both as an Islamic educational institution and as an economic role in improving the welfare, both internal and external of the Islamic boarding school by operating and developing Islamic boarding school business units in various fields such as trade, services, agriculture, and religious tourism. And it can be concluded that the entrepreneurship applied by the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to the welfare of the community has fulfilled the five principles of maqasid sharia or commonly known as kulliyat al-khamsah (five general principles). The five maqashids are: hifdzu din (maintaining religion), hifdzu nafs (maintaining the soul), hifdzu 'aql (maintaining the mind), hifdzu maal (maintaining property), and hifdzu nasab (maintaining offspring).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine in more depth the strategy for accelerating economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic through the development of the halal industrial sector. This paper uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is content analysis, which is an analysis carried out by conducting an in-depth discussion of the information found. The results of this study accelerate economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic through the development of the halal industry, including policies and models for developing human resources, analyzing training needs, developing halal knowledge and skills, developing halal skills training institutions, halal industry training programs, developing halal entrepreneurship. , collaboration, inter-related institutions and continuous evaluation.
