Abstract

Kampung Melayu Batu Besar Batam adalah salah satu desa wisata yang terdapat di Kota Batam. Kampung ini terletak tidak jauh dari Bandara Udara Hang Nadim Batam. Terdapat salah satu wisata yang terkenal di kampung ini yaitu Pantai Melayu. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan yang berfokus pada pelatihan pengemasan produk dan membentuk Komunitas Usaha Wanita di Kampung Melayu Batu Besar Batam. Adapun manfaat Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dari Jurusan Manajemen ini antara lain manfaat memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi remaja putri dan ibu-ibu di Kampung Melayu Batam untuk menciptakan pengusaha-pengusaha baru yang mandiri sehingga dapat memperbaiki taraf hidup dan perekonomian keluarga dan menciptakan Komunitas Usaha di Kampung Melayu yang berkelanjutan dan dimonitoring oleh Politeknik Negeri Batam agar dampak kewirausahaan yang diberikan menjadi nyata dan secara langsung berguna untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan Kampung Melayu.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between brand image and price and how it affects customer loyalty for Somethinc products and customer satisfaction as intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, collecting primary data via questionnaires using survey methods. In the research sampling, the purposive sampling technique was used. A total of 200 people who used Somethinc product made up the research sample. The Smartpls application was then used to evaluate the survey data using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. According to the study's findings, brand image and price affect customer satisfaction, but brand image have no bearing on customer loyalty. Price and customer satisfaction, on the other hand, have an affect on consumer loyalty. Additionally, this study's findings show that customer satisfaction is proven to be able to mediate the indirect effect of brand image and price on Somethinc's customer loyalty

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital in the Indonesian economy, especially in Batam City. The culinary sector, as one of the drivers of the creative economy, needs help in terms of business management and business legality. Bizhub Polibatam as a Center of Excellence in Business & Community Service under Polibatam to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support the growth of MSME business foundations, especially in Batam Island. This community service activity aims to assist culinary MSME players in Batam City in designing business models using the Lean Canvas method and facilitating making Business Identification Numbers (NIB). This program involves 20 culinary MSMEs in Batam City. The activity results showed an increased understanding of MSME players about business models and the importance of business legality, with 100% of participants successfully assisting in making NIB and creating a Lean Canvas model in their business.

Abstract

The background in this research is that there is no method used to manage and control the quantity of raw material supplies at PT XY. This situation causes problems in ordering raw materials so that ordering costs and costs for storage will not be optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the EOQ method to the total cost of raw material inventory at PT. XY. Raw material inventory costs can be minimized by applying the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. This method can show the economic order quantity, optimal purchase frequency, time to reorder/ROP (Re-Order Point), and the amount of safety stock. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques related to observation inventory documents and interviews with several informants, for data analysis using EOQ by calculating total inventory cost, ROP, reorder frequency and safety stock. The results of calculations and data analysis using the EOQ method show that the total cost of inventory is lower than the company's actual method.
