Abstract

B.IndonesiaKeselamatan adalah salah satu kunci utama pada kegiatan pelayanan penerbangan, agar tercapai tujuan keselamatan penerbangan, dibutuhkan suatu kinerja yang profesional dari setiap personil yang bertugas, yaitu personil yang taat pada peraturan, serta didukung oleh fasilitas yang memadai sesuai standar. Dalam hal ini adalah pelayanan barang kargo di bandara udara. Akibatnya adalah berkurangnya keselamatan dan kenyamanan dari area penyimpanan gudang kargo domestik di akibatkan dari kendaraan GSE yang sering membentur pilar & Pilar Protection di dalam gudang kargo domestik dan menyebakan berkurangnya area penyimpanan untuk menaruh barang akibat pemarkiran dan pergerakan GSE untuk kegiatan Rebuild Up di area penyimpanan. Dengan pembuatan build up area keadaan gudang kargo domestik (outgoing) akan sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Nomer 29 tahun 2005 dan peralatan GSE yang akan melakukan Rebuild Up tidak lagi perlu masuk ke dalam area penyimpanan gudang kargo domestik (outgoing) untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Rebuild Up. Sehingga kondisi di area penyimpanan di dalam gudang kargo domestik terbebas dari pergerakan peralatan GSE yang dapat membahayakan dan mengganggu petugas dan barang kargo. B.EnglishSafety is one of the main keys in aviation service activities, in order to achieve the objectives of flight safety, it requires a professional performance of each personnel on duty, namely personnel who obey the rules, and supported by adequate facilities according to standards. In this case cargo service at the airport. The result is the reduced safety and comfort of the domestic cargo warehouse storage area resulting from GSE vehicles that often hit pillars & Pillar Protection in the domestic cargo warehouse and caused the reduced storage area to place goods due to parking and movement of GSE for Rebuild Up activities in the storage area. With the creation of a build up area, the state of the domestic cargo warehouse (outgoing) will be in accordance with Ministerial Decree No. 29 of 2005 and GSE equipment that will carry out Rebuild Up no longer needs to enter the domestic cargo warehouse storage area (outgoing) to carry out Rebuild Up activities. So that the conditions in the storage area in the domestic cargo warehouse are free from the movement of GSE equipment which can endanger and disturb cargo officers and cargo.

Abstract

Monitoring the presence of FOD in the air operation area of Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado is still done manually or visually and is not carried out continuously, so that the presence of FOD is not detected directly. This can reduce time efficiency which increases the possibility of FOD damaging certain parts of the aircraft, which are feared to have an impact on flight safety. This design is used to simplify the detection of FOD carried out by general engineering officers so that the presence of FOD can be known as early as possible to be immediately removed or cleaned. The design concept of this equipment is to scan the runway surface by utilizing a laser beam and light sensor in the form of an LDR to detect the presence of FOD automatically and continuously. The FOD detection transmitter using a laser beam can detect objects in the runway area. The FOD detector transmits the object data and the position where the object is located, allowing the officer to know the existence of the FOD directly for immediate cleaning.

Abstract

Along with the increasing movement of aircraft in Surabaya Juanda International Airport Terminal 1, the demand for garbarata services as a facility provided for service users has increased. Therefore the Apron Movement Control unit must carry out its two functions both the service function and the air side supervision optimally. This research was compiled based on observations regarding the task description of the Apron Movement Control unit under the Air Side Operations Department in the implementation of the service and supervision functions. The AMC unit in carrying out its job descriptions is more focused on the service function, especially the garbarata service. This has an impact on the oversight function by the AMC unit that is not running optimally so that it affects the violations in the air side. By fulfilling the needs of AMC Terminal 1 human resources, the division of work areas, and the application of strict sanctions are expected to make both AMC unit functions run optimally and minimize the level of violations to ensure the security and safety of flight operations at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya

Maya Maryanty Flory Bribe, Rancangan Receiver Pendeteksi Foreign Object Debris (Fod) Untuk Membantu Petugas Teknik Umum Di Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Manado, Tugas Akhir, Curug, Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia, 2015. Foreign Object Debris (Fod) Adalah Objek Atau Benda Yang Tidak Seharusnya Berada Di Daerah Pergerakan Pesawat Udara (Runway, Taxiway, Dan Apron). Saat Ini Pendeteksian Fod Di Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Belum Terjadwal Dengan Baik Dan Masih Menggunakan Cara Manual Yaitu Dengan Cara Pengecekan Langsung Ke Area Pergerakan Pesawat Oleh Petugas Teknik Umum Yang Berkoordinasi Dengan Petugas Teknik Umum, Untuk Mendeteksi Dan Membersihkan Area Tersebut Dari Fod, Namun Cara Ini Kurang Aman Dan Tidak Efisien Dalam Hal Waktu Bagi Petugas. Rancangan Receiver Pendeteksi Fod Ini Dibuat Untuk Membantu Petugas Teknik Umum Dalam Melakukan Pemantauan Terhadap Fod Yang Berada Di Daerah Runway. B.Indonesia Dengan tingginya pergerakan pesawat udara pada waktu jam puncak maka dikhawatirkan terjadi waktu tunggu antar pesawat udara yang akan mendarat dikarenakan kurangnya penyediaan kapasitas apron. Demi menunjang kelancaran maka perlu adanya perluasan apron untuk dapat menampung seluruh pergerakan pesawat udara pada waktu jam puncak. Oleh karena itu tugas akhir ini disusun guna menyampaikan bagaimana merencanakan perluasan dan tebal perkerasan apron yang standar dengan mengacu pada Internasional Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) serta penulisan tugas akhir ini digunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Sesuai hasil perhitungan maka pengembangan dimensi apron yang direncanakan adalah 820 x 131,5 m untuk penambahan 20 parking stand dan juga diperoleh tebal perkerasan keseluruhan apron adalah 64,8 cm. Termasuk tebal slab beton 39,4 cm dengan mutu beton K-400 dan tebal subbase 25,4 cm untuk subgrade dengan CBR 6%. B.English With the high airplane movements during peak hours, it is feared that there will be a waiting time between airplanes that will be landing because of the lack of apron capacity. In order to support the smoothness, the apron necessary to be expanded to accommodate all aircraft movements during peak hours. Therefore this final project is structured to convey how to plan the expansion and standard thickness of the apron pavement by referring to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and writing this final project using descriptive analysis method. According to the result of the calculation, the development of the planned apron dimensions is 820 x 131,5 m for the addition of 20 parking stand and obtained the overall pavement thickness of the apron is 64.8 cm. Including 39.4 cm of concrete slab thickness with K-400 concrete quality and subbase 25.4 cm to subgrade with CBR 6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara pemeliharaan genset berkala dengan kinerja genset, guna mendukung tercapainya pelayanan penerbangan yang aman, lancar dan tertub diantaranya sangat diperlukan penyediaan catu daya listrik yang mempunyai kinerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan mengevaluasi hasil pemeliharaan berkala (harian, mingguan, bulanan, triwulan dan semester). Dengan didapatkan berdasarkan pemeliharaan harian, mingguan, bulanan, tiga bulan dan enam bulan. Dan nilai kinerja tersebut berada pada daerah 86-100%, selanjutnya dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pemeliharaan genset di Bandar Udara Internasional Adisutjipto Yogyakarta termasuk katagori baik.

Abstract

Wind conditions affect the stages of take-off, cruising, and landing in flight. To find out the wind conditions, it is necessary to analyze the surface winds, as well as at Budiarto Airport, which is the location of the flying training for several flight schools. One of them is the Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug (PPIC). For efficiency and optimalization of the flight training schedules and for the safety of flight cadets, this research is important to do. This study aims to determine the effect of surface winds at Budiarto Airport on flight training activities for PPIC cadets, to determine the ideal wind conditions for cadets' flight training activities with solo and mutual phases, and to obtain the results of monthly surface wind trends analysis. For this reason, the wind rose method is used. This analytical descriptive study was conducted with stages of observation, problem formulation, data collection, data tabulation, and data processing. Data were collected by calculating and making tables of relative frequency of wind direction and speed. Data processing is done by making a diagram of the direction and speed of the wind using the wind rose method with the help of the WRPLOT application. The result is that the surface wind at Budiarto Airport can be categorized as safe for PPIC cadet flight training. The wind speed with the highest percentage is wind with a speed below 10 knots (94.6%). The wind direction with the highest percentage is from 225° to 255° (13.15%). The recommended time for solo and mutual flight training for PPIC cadets is April to October.
