Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the number and size of red blood cells or concentrations of hemoglobin fall below the established cut-off value, consequently damaging the blood's capacity to transport oxygen throughout the body. Anemia in pregnancy is a maternal condition with hemoglobin (Hb) levels < 11 gr% in the I and III trimesters while in the second trimester hemoglobin levels < 10.5 gr%. Pregnancy anemia is called "potentional danger to mother and child", which is why anemia requires serious attention from all relevant parties in the health service. Mortality and morbidity of pregnant women, maternity and nifas are still a major problem in developing countries including Indonesia. The WHO estimates that worldwide more than 585,000 mothers die while pregnant or in labor. The purpose of this activity is to help health workers detect HB levels of pregnant women and provide information on the importance of Hb levels in the blood for pregnant women. The method for this implementation activity is carried out by providing health education on counseling about pregnancy anemia and also conducting hb examination directly in pregnant women using HB sahli or HB digitally, this activity is carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation, this activity shows positive things in pregnant women with increasing knowledge about anemia in pregnancy with hb test results carried out.

Abstract

Modern life is greatly impacted by social media, both favorably and unfavorably. Social media is a key element in managing reputation and business growth in the digital era. Using social media for business can encourage development effectively and efficiently. However, social media also has negative aspects, such as important debates around cyber safety and the dangers to children who frequently use social media. Children's social The capacity of a youngster to completely regulate and express their emotions is known as emotional development, both positive and negative. Three factors can affect how a child develops socially and emotionally, namely heredity, environmental factors and general factors. Social media has a significant impact on children's social and emotional development, both positive and negative. The advantages and disadvantages consist of increased social connectedness, learning and creativity, opportunities to share thoughts and feelings, disruption to mental health, dependency and concentration problems, and the influence of unhealthy content. This research uses library research methods. The concept and significance of children's social emotional development, the evolution of social media, and the advantages and disadvantages of social media use for kids' social emotional development are all covered in this study.

Abstract

Masa kehamilan merupakan periode kritis yang menentukan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak, baik pada masa awal kehidupan maupun jangka panjang. Perilaku nutrisi ibu hamil—termasuk pemilihan makanan, pemenuhan mikronutrien, dan kepatuhan terhadap rekomendasi gizi—seringkali belum optimal karena rendahnya pengetahuan, akses informasi, serta pengaruh budaya makan. Penguatan perilaku nutrisi adaptif menjadi strategi penting untuk mencegah risiko gangguan pertumbuhan, stunting, serta masalah kesehatan kronis pada anak di kemudian hari. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan praktik perilaku nutrisi adaptif pada ibu hamil melalui edukasi komprehensif, demonstrasi menu sehat, dan pendampingan intensif. Metode: Program dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan community empowerment dengan tahapan sosialisasi, penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi pembuatan menu bergizi seimbang, konsultasi gizi individual, dan pemantauan praktik nutrisi selama empat minggu. Sasaran kegiatan adalah ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas/Posyandu. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre–post test pengetahuan dan observasi perubahan perilaku makan. Hasil: Kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai kebutuhan gizi kehamilan dan praktik konsumsi pangan bergizi seimbang. Ibu hamil juga menunjukkan perubahan perilaku adaptif, seperti peningkatan frekuensi konsumsi protein hewani, buah, dan sayuran, serta penurunan konsumsi makanan tinggi gula dan garam. Kesimpulan: Penguatan perilaku nutrisi adaptif melalui edukasi dan pendampingan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesadaran dan praktik makan sehat pada ibu hamil. Intervensi ini berpotensi mendukung tumbuh kembang anak yang optimal dan kesehatan jangka panjang, sehingga perlu diintegrasikan dalam program kesehatan ibu dan anak di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

Masalah gizi buruk dan perilaku makan tidak sehat pada anak usia dini menghambat optimalisasi tumbuh kembang fisik dan kognitif, sehingga diperlukan inovasi asuhan yang berfokus pada modifikasi perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji Pendekatan Behavioral Nutrition sebagai strategi asuhan adaptif untuk meningkatkan status gizi dan perkembangan anak melalui intervensi berbasis psikologi perilaku makan. Metode cross-sectional dengan purposive sampling 100 anak usia 2-5 tahun dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan Behavioral Nutrition score (diukur dengan Child Eating Behaviour Questionnaire) terhadap parameter tumbuh kembang menggunakan z-score WHO dan Denver II Developmental Screening Test. Hasil menunjukkan korelasi signifikan (r=0.682, p<0.001) antara penerapan pendekatan ini dengan peningkatan berat badan per umur dan perkembangan motorik halus, terutama pada kelompok berisiko stunting. Implikasi penelitian mencakup rekomendasi program edukasi orang tua berbasis KAB (Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior) untuk pencegahan malnutrisi. Disimpulkan bahwa Behavioral Nutrition Approach dalam kerangka asuhan adaptif efektif mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak secara holistik. (158 kata)
