Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh citra merek dan kesadaran merek terhadap loyalitas merek pada konsumen merek kosmetik lokal Sariayu di Kota Mataram. Meskipun industri kosmetik lokal memiliki potensi yang signifikan, meningkatnya persaingan mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan strategi yang mampu menyentuh aspek emosional guna membangun loyalitas merek yang kuat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel, baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama, terhadap loyalitas merek. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, dengan nilai koefisien beta (β) yang mengindikasikan bahwa citra merek merupakan prediktor paling dominan dalam model. Selain itu, kesadaran merek juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, meskipun pengaruhnya tidak sekuat citra merek. Oleh karena itu, Citra merek dan kesadaran merek sama-sama memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek kosmetik lokal Sariayu. Oleh karena itu, manajer disarankan untuk memfokuskan strategi pemasaran mereka pada pembangunan citra merek yang kuat dan positif, serta peningkatan kesadaran merek, agar tetap relevan di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

Understanding the concept plays a very important role in learning, so that it becomes the basis for achieving learning outcomes. Choosing the right learning model can affect students' understanding of a concept. The product-based Science Technology Society (STS) learning model is likely to improve students' conceptual understanding. This study is a qualitative study with a pre-experimental method and a pre- and post-test using a single-group design. An observation point and a test device were used as research tools. The results showed that students' understanding of the concepts improved significantly with the implementation of the product-based Science Technology Society (STS) model. This is taken into account by the T-test results where the t-table results are less than the t-number. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of product-based models of science technology and society (STS) significantly affects students' understanding of concepts.

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers is a chronic nutritional problem caused by lack of nutritional intake due to feeding that does not meet basic needs. UNICEF data in 2024 shows that the infant mortality rate for toddlers is 48 per 1,000 live births and the neonatal mortality rate is 23 per 1,000 live births. Conditions that cause mortality and morbidity in infants and toddlers include malnutrition, sepsis, pneumonia, and premature birth (WHO, 2023). Factors that cause stunting include nutrition, health, environment, and socio-economy, such as malnutrition in pregnant women and children, recurrent infections, poor sanitation, and limited access to health services and nutritious food (Sari, 2023). The effects of stunting include brain development inhibitions, weakened immune systems, delayed psychosocial and motor development, and suboptimal physical growth. Based on a preliminary study at the Sungai Raya Dalam Health Center, there were 134 children under five who were stunted. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal nutritional status during pregnancy and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 0–24 months. The research design used case control with a retrospective approach, involving 58 mothers with toddlers aged 0–24 months. The results showed that mothers with nutritional status with KELK had a higher risk of giving birth to stunted toddlers (72.7%) compared to mothers with good nutritional status (19.1%). The Fisher Exact test yielded a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and the incidence of stunting.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertema “Kegiatan Bersih – Bersih Sungai Unus di Kota Mataram Dalam Menjaga Kelestarian Lingkungan”. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, untuk mencegah terjadinya banjir dengan menghilangkan sampah yang menyumbat aliran air, menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan ekosistem sungai serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya tidak membuang sampah sembarangan ke sungai. Pengabdiaan Masyarakat ini, menggunakan dua metode dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu: (1) Persiapan Kegiatan Bersih – Bersih Sungai Unus di Kota Mataram, (2) Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Bersih – Bersih Sungai Unus di Kota Mataram yang sangat bermanfaat untuk mencegah terjadinya banjir, menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan ekosistem sungai serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya tidak membuang sampah sembarangan ke sungai. Kegiatan bersih – bersih Sungai Unus di Kota Mataram ini, menjadi sarana untuk mempererat kerjasama antar pemerintah dan warga masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of omnichannel marketing on purchase intention at Alfamart, with electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable. The study used quantitative methods with a sample size of 152 respondents.Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale to measure omnichannel, purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth.Structural Equation Modeling approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software was used toproduces information related to the Loading Factor, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values, and Hypothesis Testing Output both directly and indirectly. The results of the study indicate that all relationships between variables are proven positive and significant. Omnichannel has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (T-Statistic = 3.805; P-Values ​​= 0.000), omnichannel has a positive and significant effect on E-WOM (T-Statistic = 11.133; P-Values ​​= 0.000). In addition, E-WOM also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (T-Statistic = 4.277; P-Values ​​= 0.000). Mediation analysis shows that E-WOM positively and significantly mediates the effect of omnichannel on purchase intention (T-Statistic = 3.834; P-Values ​​= 0.000). These findings indicate that effective omnichannel implementation not only directly increases purchase intention but also encourages the formation of digital reviews and recommendations, further strengthening purchase intention at Alfamart. Based on the research results and implications, several recommendations can be made for future research, including expanding the research object to various types of retail outlets, adding mediating variables, and combining research methods to provide more accurate respondent information. Omnichannel integration needs to be continuously optimized so that consumers can move seamlessly between physical stores and digital channels. Practically, companies need to improve the quality of digital services, such as easy access to product information, clarity of product availability, and ease of transactions, to encourage positive consumer reviews..

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of the Interacty digital learning media based on deep learning in improving students’ conceptual understanding of ecosystem material at the junior high school level. Technology-based media are highly needed to help students grasp abstract concepts related to ecosystems. However, the media commonly used so far, such as PowerPoint and YouTube, are considered insufficient to fully support deep learning because they lack interactivity and do not encourage in- depth conceptual analysis. This condition is further exacerbated by students’ low learning motivation, limited school facilities such as the absence of laboratories and minimal practicum tools and learning activities that remain dominated by conventional lecture-based methods. This study employed a weak experimental design, characterized by the use of a pretest administered before treatment and a posttest after treatment. Data were collected through tests and observations. The pretest and posttest results were analyzed using a manual paired t-test to determine the significance level of students' learning outcomes after using Interacty media based on deep learning. The statistical analysis produced a paired t-test score of t = 14.88 with p below 0.001, indicating that the Interacty media is highly effective in improving students’ conceptual understanding.
