Abstract

Studi Kelayakan sangat penting dilakukan pada suatu usaha yang sedang berjalan sebagai tolak ukur apakah usaha ini layak dijalankan atau tidak, dan tentunya untuk menghindari adanya kerugian besar yang disebabkan oleh kegagalan usaha.Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari pembayaran Shopee Paylater pada Online Shop Senantiasa, dan kelayakan dari Online Shop Senantiasa itu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan subjek Online Shop Senantiasa dan Objek kelayakan Pembayaran Shopee Paylater. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis dari dua aspek yaitu aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial. Aspek non finansial berupa aspek hukum, aspek pemasaran, aspek teknik, dan aspek manajemen.Shopee Paylater bagi pengguna Sedanagkan aspek finansial menggunakan metode Payback Periode (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Indeks (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR) dan juga dengan menghitung biaya cicilan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil kelayakan usaha Online Shop Senantiasa dari aspek pemasaran, aspek teknik dan aspek manajemen dinyatakan layak, karena sebagian besar kritetia penilaian usaha yang digunakan terpenuhi, namun dari aspek hukum dinyatakan tidak layak dikarenakan belum mempunyai ijin usaha apapun. Ditinjau dari aspek finansial usaha Online Shop Senantiasa dinyatakan layak karena memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang ada dalam persyaratan kelayakan sebuah usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe influence of integrated marketing communications partially and simultaneously on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using quantitative research. The results showed that advertising had a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.196. Sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.173. Public relations and publicity have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.186. Direct marketing and interactive marketing have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.169. Marketingword of mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.214. Personal selling has a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.204. Advertising, sales promotion, public relations and publicity, direct marketing and interactive marketing, marketingword of mouth and personal sales have a simultaneous effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a contribution of 82.5%.

Abstract

Community participation in nation building has a very deep meaning, because a prosperous nation depends on the welfare of its people. A prosperous society is a situation where people are able to improve the quality of their independence in overcoming problems in life. Community development in development implies that humans are placed in the position of actors and beneficiaries of the process of finding solutions and achieving development outcomes. The formation and change of good behaviour in the dimensions of all aspects of human life which includes the range of welfare from material to non-material in the dimensions of short-term to long-term time. In terms of community empowerment through the development and utilization of local products, one of them is by taking part in the proud national movement to use Indonesian products so that growing and increasing love for domestic products is one of the efforts to build national independence, which contributes to supporting the development of the nation.
