Abstract

Equitable distribution of the education curriculum still encounters obstacles that occur in Muara Hungi Village, Batang Alai Timur District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Various geographical factors and supported by the absence of a driving cadre make the quality of education in Muara Hungi Village still weak. the problem indicator is that children in grades 3 and 4 of elementary school still cannot read, therefore the PKM team launched the “CALISTUNG” (Reading, Writing and Counting) program for elementary school children in Muara Hungi Village. The PKM team seeks to accelerate the quality of student literacy through a direct interaction approach with the community to support the program that has been implemented with activities, namely: Book Donation, Calistung Education, Making Reading Corners, Educational Spectacles, competitions commemorating independence day, melamang and evaluation. The implementation of the program was carried out using the live-in method for 60 days, while the program was carried out within 33 days which took place from 29 July to 31 August 2024. The results achieved from the implementation of this program are the improvement of students' calistung skills as seen from the students' ability to read, know how to count correctly and be more skilled in writing. through these activities the PKM team also applies students must be able to teach other friends so that it is believed to be able to have a sustainable impact. In the implication, slowly Muara Hungi Village will have the quality of a generation that is smart and cares about education and is able to maintain the wisdom of the local Meratus culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of credit risk management and the constraints faced at BPR Nusumma Jogja. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and discusses the application of credit management to minimize non-performing loans at BPR Nusumma Jogja. The results showed that the implementation of credit risk management at BPR Nusumma Jogja is carried out by identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling risks. There are obstacles during the implementation of credit risk management, including the lack of coordination between employees, credit officers who do not understand their duties, and lack of employee motivation. BPR Nusumma Jogja improves quality by separating the function between the Account Officer and the section that handles problem loans, socializing credit products to customers, a commitment by the BPR Nusumma Jogja credit team, and equipping all employees to be able to analyze credit problems.

Abstract

Muara Hungi Village, located in the Meratus Mountains, South Kalimantan, faces significant challenges related to health and environmental sanitation. The villagers, who mainly work as farmers and fishermen, maintain a traditional socio-cultural lifestyle. The primary issues include a lack of awareness regarding environmental cleanliness, proper sanitation, and balanced nutrition, particularly for children. This Community Service Program aims to improve the community's health quality through the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS), nutrition education, disease prevention for children, health counseling, and training of health cadres. The local community was actively involved in the planning and implementation process, allowing for an effective transfer of knowledge and skills. Additionally, the program focused on strengthening local institutions, such as community health centers (puskesmas) and schools, to run sustainable health programs. Using a live-in, participatory, cultural, and community empowerment approach, this program successfully fostered greater health awareness among villagers, particularly in schools and community health posts (posyandu). The program outcomes indicated improvements in school cleanliness practices, reduced disease risks, and increased understanding of balanced nutrition to prevent stunting in children. This program had a significant impact on improving the quality of life for the residents of Muara Hungi Village. The program’s success was evident not only in the physical health outcomes but also in the increased community participation in social activities centered on public health. This further highlights the potential for long-term sustainability, with the community acting as the primary driver of change in Muara Hungi Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai ekofeminisme, wujud kesetaraan gender, wujud inklusi sosial dan mempromosikan model pengelolaan lingkungan dan sumber daya alam berbasis ekofeminisme, kesetaraan gender dan inklusi sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Datar Ajab Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion (FGD), dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekofeminisme tercermin dari berbagai proses pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Penerapan ladang berpindah pada aktivitas produksi yang berdampak pada terjaganya sifat alamiah tanah, pengelolaan hutan yang tidak eksploitatif dan pemanfaatan sungai yang tidak menggunakan bahan kimia. Perempuan Dayak Meratus berperan penting dalam menjaga kelestarian dan keberlanjutan ekologi. Sumber daya alam yang dimanfaatkan mengutamakan nilai-nilai femininitas dalam pengelolaannya. Dominasi femininitas muncul akibat utuhnya kesetaraan gender dan terwujudnya inklusi sosial. Perempuan Desa Datar Ajab memiliki keterlekatan yang sangat kuat dengan alam, yang tercermin dari waktu yang mereka habiskan untuk berinteraksi dengan alam

Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this research to determine application of risk management to bad credit at Swamitra under the guidance of KB Bukopin Yogyakarta.Methods – This research used qualitative descriptives analysis method, with the objects research being 17 cooperatives assisted by Swamitra KB Bukopin Yogyakarta. This method uses interview and observation techniques for in-depth observation.Findings – In this research, Swamitra KB Bukopin facilitate transaction and supports the development of savings and loan businesses and contributes to local economic growth. With a focus on financial access and economic development, Swamitra KB Bukopin Yogyakarta strives to provide sustainable financial support through bad credit risk management. Including credit committee policies, 3C evaluation and credit rescue steps.Implication – Swamitra KB Bukopin Yogyakarta can be bridge between financial institutuions and microfinance institutions in terms of distributing financial credit. Originality – This research contributes to the development of mitigating the risk of bad credit in financial institutions that channel it to microfinance institutions, so that it van encourage local economic growth. AbstrakTujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen risiko terhadap kredit macet pada Swamitra Binaan KB Bukopin YogyakartaMetode – Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan objek penelitian ialah 17 koperasi binaan Swamitra KB Bukopin Yogyakarta. Metode ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan pengamatan untuk observasi mendalam.Temuan – Pada penelitian ini bahwa Swamitra KB Bukopin memfasilitasi transaksi dan mendukung pengembangan bisnis simpan pinjam serta berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Dengan fokus pada akses keuangan dan pengembangan ekonomi, Swamitra KB Bukopin Yogyakarta berupaya memberikan dukungan keuangan yang berkelanjutan melalui manajemen risiko kredit macet. Termasuk kebijakan komite kredit, evaluasi 3C dan langkah-langkah penyelamatan kredit.Implikasi – Swamitra KB Bukopin Yogyakarta dapat menjadi jembatan penghubung antara lembaga keuangan dengan lembaga keuangan mikro dalam hal penyaluran kredit keuangan.Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan mitigasi resiko kredit macet pada lembaga keuangan yang menyalurkan kepada lembaga keuangan mikro, sehingga dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.
