Abstract

The prospect of siam oranges (Citrus nobilis var.Microcarva Hoslk) farming development in subdistrict of Samarang, the district of Garut. The objectives of this study is to evaluate : (1) basic of farmer’s consideration in developing their siam oranges farming business, (2) prospect of siam orange farming business development from the view points its investment feasibility aspects, and prospect of siam orange farming business development from the view points of its strength, weaknesess, opportunities and threat. A survey was conducted in this study with a sample consisted of 63 farmers respondent which sorted out through two stage cluster random sampling technique The result of this study indicated that : The Price of orange was mainly considered in developing siam orang in the subdistrict of Samarang. Siam Orange farming business in this subdistrict was profitable as indicated by its Net Present Value (NPV): Rp.209.975.657,81, Benefit cost ratio (B/C) ; 1,63 and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) : 28,83%. Payback periods was reached with the period of 5 years and 7 mounths after planting. Sensitivity analysis indicated that siam orange business still profitable, despite the increase in production costs and a 10% decrease in benefits to the assumption of delay years. SWOT analysis indicated that siam orange farming business in this subdistrict was on the Strength – Opportunity quadrant which mean that this business should be optimally encourged to enter the market.

Abstract

Coffee is an agricultural commodity that is very popular with the people of Indonesia at this time. Many Indonesians lately spend their time just enjoying coffee in coffee shops. The increase in consumers of ready-to-eat coffee in Bandung has resulted in the opening of many coffee shops that offer various types of quality local coffee, supported by comfortable places, affordable prices and delicious coffee flavors. This study aims to determine the effect of the 4P marketing mix on the sale of coffee drinks at Kedai Kopi (Case Study at Kedai Bob's Lounge). The research location is at Jalan Captain Surwono No. 196 RT 03 RW 03 Banjaran District, Bandung Regency. The research location was chosen purposively (deliberately). The sampling method used in this study is accidental sampling method, so the sample in this study is coffee consumers who come and buy coffee to Bob's lounge and are considered suitable to be respondents, namely as many as 40 people. The data collection method was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with consumers who come directly to the shop. Secondary data is obtained from various sources, such as journals, internet, thesis, and data from government agencies. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study of the influence of 4P on consumer purchases of coffee at Bob's lounge coffee shop using the F test showed that the 4P variables (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect. on consumer purchasing decisions for coffee at Bob's Lounge coffee shop, where the value of Fcount is 3,554 > Ftable 3,06. while the most dominant variable in influencing purchases is the price variable, based on the results of the T test, the value of Tcount is 3.106> Ttable is 2.119.

Abstract

Nilai Tambah adalah pertambahan nilai suatu komoditas karena mengalami proses pengolahan, penyimpanan, pengangkutan dalam proses produksi. Pada proses pengolahan nilai tambah dapat didefinisikan sebagai selisih antara nilai produk dengan nilai biaya bahan baku dan input lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui keuntungan dari industri rumah tangga rengginang di Desa Cikoneng Kecamatan Ciparay. (2) Untuk mengetahui besar nilai tambah rengginang beras ketan pada industri rumah tangga di Desa Cikoneng Kecamatan Ciparay. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak April 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2023 dan berlokasi di Desa Cikoneng Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perhitungan usaha pengolahan rengginang di Desa Cikoneng Kecamatan Ciparay kabupaten Bandung menguntungkan untuk diusahakan. Rata-rata pendapatan pengusaha rengginang sebesar Rp 27.308.916,93 dalam satu bulan proses produksi dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2,21. Pada tingkat penjualan rengginang sebanyak 1.426 kg dengan harga Rp 35.000,00 per kg. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan 1 kg beras ketan menjadi rengginang adalah Rp 14.050,00 per kg, dengan ratio nilai tambah yang diperoleh adalah 38,9 %. Kata Kunci : Analisis, Nilai Tambah, Beras Ketan, Rengginang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh meningkatnya kedai kopi di Kabupaten Bandung serta diselaraskan dengan tingginya tingkat konsumsi kopi diseluruh kalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Siki Coffee Berkah Alam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 responden yaitu seluruh karyawan di PT Siki Coffee Berkah Alam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,895 atau 89,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Siki Coffee Berkah Alam. Kata Kunci: Kedai Kopi, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk humat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko dan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi yang tepat sehingga memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Bumiwangi Kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan ketinggian tempat 650 meter di atas permukaan laut (m dpl), dengan curah hujan 2.417,40 mm/tahun, pH 7,09 tanah (netral). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dan diulang empat kali. Adapun perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk Humat yaitu : A (0 g/l air), B (0,5 g/l air), C (1,0 g/l air), D (1,5 g/l air), E (2,0 g/l air) dan F (2,5 g/l air) Ukuran petak adalah 150 cm x 200 cm dengan jarak antar petak 30 cm dan jarak antar ulangan 50 cm. Jumlah tanaman per plot adalah 48 tanaman termasuk 4 tanaman sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsentrasi 1 g/l air pupuk Humat memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik pada jumlah polong per tanaman dan bobot polong per plot tanaman edamame varietas Ryoko. The experiment was carried out in Bumiwangi Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. With an altitude of 650 meters above sea level (m asl), with a rainfall of 2,417.40 mm/year, soil pH 7.09 (neutral). The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD), which consisted of six treatments and was repeated four times. The concentrations of Humic fertilizers were: A (0 g/l air), B (0.5 g/l air), C (1.0 g/L air), D (1.5 g/l air), E (2.0 g/l water) and F (2.5 g/l water) The plot size was 150 cm x 200 cm with a distance between plots of 30 cm and a distance between replicates of 50 cm. The number of plants per plot was 48 plants including 4 plants as samples. The results showed that the concentration of 1 g/l humic fertilizer had a better effect on number of pods per plant, and pod weight per plot edamame plant Ryoko variety. Abstract

Subang is one of the mangosteen production centers in West Java Province that conducts export activities. Laksana Barokah Farmer Group is a group that exports mangosteen even though farmers feel that the return on investment in mangosteen farming is uncertain. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of mangosteen farming carried out by a farmer in the Laksana Barokah Farmer Group, Sagalaherang Village, Sagalaherang District, Subang Regency, and to determine the profit and payback period of mangosteen farmers. The research method used is the case study method, which determines the location and sample intentionally (purposive). The respondents selected were 1 farmer which has an existing mangosteen plant aged 30 years and a land area of 2 hectares. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, direct interviews, and literature studies. The results of the analysis show that mangosteen farming activities carried out by farmers in the Laksana Barokah Farmer Group in Sagalaherang Village are feasible to run and develop with the value of investment criteria, namely, R / C Ratio of 4.59; Net B/C Ratio of 12.04; Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 363,227,997; Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 10%; and Payback Period (PP) for 9.04 years. What needs to be improved by other farmers in this area is to improve the production system through the application of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) and renewing land certification every 2 years so that the selling value of mangosteen increases.

Abstract

Tilapia is a widely cultivated freshwater fish species in Indonesia, with well-established cultivation technology and high production levels. Among the commonly farmed varieties are black tilapia and red tilapia. The market potential for tilapia remains significant, both domestically and internationally, especially in fillet form, with export destinations including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Hong Kong. This study aims to analyze the economic feasibility of red tilapia grow-out farming at P4S Al-Mukhlis by identifying (1) the total cost and revenue generated, (2) the profitability of the business, and (3) the break-even point (BEP) of the operation. The research was conducted from February to April 2023 at P4S Al-Mukhlis, Banjaran, using a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews, discussions, and field observations. The results showed that the total production cost amounted to Rp 11,076,027.75, while revenue reached Rp 17,745,000 from the production of 507 kg of red tilapia. The R/C ratio was 1.60, indicating a profit of Rp 0.60 for every Rp 1.00 invested, thus confirming the business’s profitability. The break-even point was achieved at a production volume of 214 kg, with a selling price of Rp 21,800 per kg, requiring a minimum revenue of Rp 7,472,400. These findings demonstrate that red tilapia grow-out farming at P4S Al-Mukhlis is economically viable and profitable.
