Abstract

Penelitian terkait Struktur Pasar Komoditas Kentang ini dilaksanakan di Desa Gronggongan Kecamatan Sirampok, Kabupaten Brebes. Penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (sengaja) didasarkan atas beberapa pertimbangan antara lain adanya petani dan pasar yang menjual komoditas kentang. Dari total masyarakat yang bertani dan menjadi pedagang kentang diambil 40 sampel, sampel pedagang pengumpul sebanyak 7 orang dan pedagang pengecer 13 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Snowball Sampling. Struktur pasar diukur secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Secara kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pangsa pasar dan Konsentrasi ratio. Sedangkan, analisis struktur pasar secara kualitatif, meliputi analisis hambatan masuk keluar pasar dan tingkat pengetahuan atau informasi pasar. Hasil penelitian secara kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa struktur pasar kentang adalah struktur pasar persaingan sempurna. Perilaku pasar kentang membentuk tiga saluran pemasaran yaitu : Saluran pemasaran I (Petani, konsumen), Saluran pemasaran II (Petani, pedagang pengecer, konsumen), dan Saluran pemasaran III (Petani, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang pengecer, konsumen). Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa perilaku pasar pada pemasaran kentang sebagai akibat terbentuknya struktur pasar persaingan sempurna yaitu penetapan harga kentang ditentukan oleh mekanisme pasar. Hal ini terbentuk dikarenakan oleh tidak adanya hambatan pasar bagi siapa saja, kebebasan pedagang baik dari dalam maupun dari luar desa yang bisa keluar masuk ke pasar, para petani yang tidak memiliki keterikatan pada salah satu pedagang, petani bebas menjual kentangnya ke pedagang yang mereka sukai, dan selanjutnya jenis produk kentang yang dijual pun jenisnya sama, hanya ukuran yang membedakan besar kecilnya kentang, dimana kentang yang dipasarkan merupakan produk yang homogen. Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the mechanisms employed in the remuneration system at PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Pundu Estate. The fundamental method used in this research involves a descriptive analysis utilizing both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research sample consists of 32 employees, comprising 8 staff members and 24 non-staff members, selected from the Microbiology Laboratory unit. The data collected encompasses primary information concerning the remuneration system, allowances, and other numerical data that can be processed. Secondary data is obtained through the collection of documents associated with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Remuneration for staff members is determined based on their tenure, position, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and negotiations. In contrast, the remuneration for non-staff employees is established according to attendance records, job descriptions, responsibilities, and incentives.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of transporting fresh palm fruit bunches (FFB) at PT. Serba Huta Jaya, analyzed the performance of transporting FFB from the harvesting site (TPH) to the palm oil mill (PKS), analyzing the obstacles in transporting FFB from TPH to PKS. The research method used in this research is mixed methods. According to Sugiyono (2015), mixed research methods are a research method between quantitative methods and qualitative methods to be used together in a research activity, so that more comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective data is obtained. The sample in this study was 10 FFB transport drivers and 20 loading and unloading workers. The results of this research indicate that FFB transportation management at PT. Serba Huta Jaya is still not doing well because there are frequent delays in FFB deliveries resulting in fruit being left on the trucks. There are several things that must be considered, namely road access for transporting FFB, the speed of harvest employees in cutting fruit, and damage to trucks in the field. The average performance of transporting FFB from TPH to PKS is 2.08 tonnes/hour and the average cost for one transport is Rp. 62.96/kg. The obstacles faced when transporting fruit from TPH to PKS were that the roads were still damaged at several points and the trucks were damaged while in the field.

Abstract

The existence of oil palm plantation companies cannot be denied to have an influence on the surrounding community, this influence can be in the form of positive and negative impacts. Vice versa, the views or actions of the community around the company can affect the sustainability of a company in a particular area. How does the existence of PT Sapta Karya Damai's oil palm plantation affect the socio-economic conditions of the community in Natai Baru Village, Utara Mentaya Hilir District, Timur Kotawaringin Regency. The method used in the research is the Mix Method method is a research method that combines quantitative methods with qualitative methods to be used together in a research activity. Social Conditions, before the existence of oil palm plantations (PT. Sapta Karya Damai) the education level of respondents in Natai Baru Village was low. But along with the company, the level of children's education is classified as good because there are already supporting facilities and infrastructure. Community leadership and participation in organizational membership in Natai Baru Village is good, because there are several people who participate. It can also be seen from changes in Economic Conditions, the existence of oil palm plantations in Natai Baru Village not only opens up employment opportunities, but has a direct influence on the income of people who work in oil palm plantations. The fixed income obtained by the community is of course very helpful for people's lives, such as increasing community income and fulfilling their life needs. Not only that, the community also has ownership of valuable assets such as private house ownership, ownership of motor vehicles and cars and most of the community already owns electronic assets.

Abstract

Nowadays, the role of women farmers is no less important in the family's economic activities. Apart from economic conditions and the status of women farmers who are also wives and mothers, many other factors make women farmers involved in family activities. This research aims to: 1) find out the role of women farmers in improving the family economy, and 2) find out the factors that influence the role of women farmers in improving the family economy. This research was carried out in Purwobinangun Village, Pakem District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta on February, 2024. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative with a census method, namely using the entire existing population as the research sample. The results of this research showed that the role of women farmers in improving the family economy was high. Factors that influence the role of women farmers in improving the family economy are age and education.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency. The aims of this research are (1) To find out the role of women farmer groups (KWT), in supporting tourist villages, (2) To find out the monthly income of KWT, (3) The obstacles faced by KWT in running a business. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Determining the sample using a census is an approach that requires every element of the population you wish to study to be included in the research, namely the total number of KWT members is 30 people. The results of this research show that the role of KWT Sarana Rejeki in supporting tourist villages includes managing agrotourism, providing facilities and promoting tourist villages, KWT Sarana Rejeki members earn an income of Rp. 500,000-1,000,000 for one month from the results of managing strawberry gardens and managing Klangon Hill tourism, the obstacles of KWT Sarana Rejeki are lack of wider market access, limited knowledge and skills in business management.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the sources of capital used by snack food of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kapanewon Kalasan, Sleman Regency, as well as analyzing the influence of internal and external capital sources on the profits of these MSMEs. This research used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 43 snack food MSMEs in the area. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression method to determine the relationship between the independent variables (internal and external sources of capital) and the dependent variable (profit). The research results show that snack food MSMEs in Kapanewon are reluctant to obtain capital from various sources, both internal and external. Internal capital sources include personal or family capital, while external capital sources are obtained from bank loans, Forkom MSMEs cooperatives, and loans from extended families. Based on regression analysis, it was found that internal capital sources have a significant positive influence on increasing MSME profits. This shows that the use of own capital can significantly improve the financial performance of MSMEs. Apart from that, external capital has also been proven to have a significant positive influence on MSME profits, indicating that access to external funding sources, such as banks and cooperatives, can help MSMEs increase income and expand their businesses. The conclusion of this research is that both internal and external capital play an important role in supporting the success of snack food MSMEs in Kapanewon Kalasan. Therefore, efforts are needed to facilitate MSME access to funding sources, both from the internal and external sectors, in order to encourage business growth and sustainability. Keywords: MSMEs; internal capital sources; external capital sources; profit   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber modal yang digunakan oleh UMKM makanan ringan di Kapanewon Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman, serta menganalisis pengaruh sumber modal internal dan eksternal terhadap laba UMKM tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 43 pelaku UMKM makanan ringan di wilayah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen (sumber modal internal dan eksternal) dengan variabel dependen (laba). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM makanan ringan di Kapanewon Kalasan memperoleh modal dari berbagai sumber, baik internal maupun eksternal. Sumber modal internal meliputi modal pribadi atau dari keluarga, sementara sumber modal eksternal diperoleh dari pinjaman bank, koperasi Forkom UMKM, dan pinjaman dari keluarga besar. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, ditemukan bahwa sumber modal internal memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap peningkatan laba UMKM. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan modal sendiri mampu meningkatkan kinerja finansial UMKM secara signifikan. Selain itu, modal eksternal juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap laba UMKM, menandakan bahwa akses terhadap sumber pendanaan eksternal, seperti bank dan koperasi, dapat membantu UMKM meningkatkan pendapatan dan memperluas usahanya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa baik modal internal maupun eksternal memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan UMKM makanan ringan di Kapanewon Kalasan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya untuk mempermudah akses UMKM terhadap sumber pendanaan, baik dari sektor internal maupun eksternal, guna mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan usaha.
