Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the Industrial Revolution 5.0 era has significantly changed various aspects of life, including the education sector. In the midst of the flow of globalization and digitalization in this era, Islamic education is required to maintain Islamic values, while increasing its relevance and quality standards in order to be able to compete globally.The transformation of Islamic education in the 5.0 Era requires a strategic approach to integrate technology with strengthening the principles of quality management in Islamic Educational Institutions. Where, quality management acts as a systematic framework to improve the performance of Islamic Educational Institutions by ensuring that Islamic education not only meets academic standards, but is also socially and spiritually relevant.Technology in the 5.0 era brings many benefits to Islamic Education.Adaptation of technology in Islamic education includes the use of educational software, e-learning platforms, social media, and other digital tools that aim to enrich students' learning experiences.However, in its utilization, the use of technology cannot be separated from negative impacts that need to be anticipated.

Abstract

In a time of political, economic, social, and religious turmoil in both the West and the East, a timeless figure was born who built the power of Islam between two great world empires, in the Arabian Peninsula as a mercy to all mankind, that is Prophet Muhammad SAW. It has been mentioned that the Arab society was filled with darkness, including those who worshipped idols of their own making. Prophet Muhammad was sent with a prophetic mission, teaching that there is no god but Allah, who knows all the actions of mankind and will reward or punish accordingly in the afterlife. The greatness of Prophet Muhammad and his companions is truly remarkable, and therefore, the author will present an article that contains the biography of Prophet Muhammad and the histories of developing, spreading, and advancing the Islamic religion. May the biography of Prophet Muhammad demonstrate the spirit of struggle possessed by him and his companions in upholding the faith.

Abstract

Hadits dan sunnah sebagai sumber ajaran islam kedua setelah al-Qur’an jika dilihat dari segi periwayatan berbeda dengan al-qur’an, Dimana yang kedua setiap kali ayat-ayatnya turun, Rasulullah Saw langsung memerintahkan penulis wahyu untuk menulisnya, sementara untuk hadits nabi Saw, tidak demikian halnya. Dengan demikian lebih banyak berlangsung secara lisan dibandingkan dengan tulisan. Akibat dari larangan Rasulullah Saw secara umum kepada sahabat untuk menulis hadist sehingga khalifah umar bin abdul aziz (salah seorang khalifah bani ummayah) memandang perlunya penulisan dan pembukuan hadits-hadits nabi Saw. Dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai factor, berupa adanya kekhawatiran akan lenyapnya hadits , munculnya hadits palsu akibat pertentangan politik dan madzhab, berpencarnya para sahabat di beberapa kota, serta banyaknya diantara sahabat yang syahid dalam peperangan. Hasil dari Upaya pembukuan hadits itu telah melahirkan kitab-kitab hadits standar sebagai rujukan dalam hal pengamalan sunah Nabi Saw dalam kehidupan muslimin, serta untuk kepentingan penelitian dan pengkajian.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kualifikasi akademik bagi guru SD sebenarnya sudah terwujud dan jelas dikemukakan dalam UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 dan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 yang terwujud dalam visi dan misi pendidikan nasional. Visi pendidikan nasional adalah “Mewujudkan sistem pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa untuk memberdayakan semua warga Negara Indonesia agar berkembang menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sehingga mampu dan proaktif menjwab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah”. Visi tersebut terimplementasi dalam misi pendidkan nasional yang mencakup hal-hal berupa: 1) Mengupayakan perluasan dan pemerataan kesempatan memperoleh pendidikan yang bermutu bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. 2) Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang memiliki daya saing di tingkat nasional, regional, dan internasional. 3) Meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tantangan global. 4) Membantu dan memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi anak bangsa secara utuh sejak usia dini sampai akhir hayat dalam rangkamewujudkan masyarakat belajar. 4) Meningkatkan kesiapan masukkan dan kualitas proses pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan pembentukan kepribadian yang bermoral. 5) Meningkatkan keprofesionalan dan akuntabilitas lembaga pendidikan sebagai pusat pembudayaan ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman, sikap dan nilai berdasarkan standar yang bersifat nasional dan global. 6) Mendorong peran serta masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan berdasrakan prinsip otonomi dalam konteks Negara Kesatuan republik Indonesia. Dengan adanya UU Guru dan Dosen diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas mutu pelayanan pendidikan di masyarakat baik itu negeri maupun swasta. Satu hal lagi yang sangat menggembirakan dalam undang-undang ini adalah adanya 11 item Hak Guru yang tercantum pada pasal 14 adalah bentuk penghargaan pemerintah dan masyarakat kepada guru. Untuk indikator penghasilan guru PNS sudah diatur Pasal 15 ayat 1. Guru berhak untuk mendapatkan tunjangan, yaitu : Tunjangan profesi, Tunjangan Fungsional dan Tunjangan Khusus. Kompetensi yang harus di milki oleh seorang guru sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam undang-undang Nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen yaitu meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi.
