Abstract

Corona virus is a virus that can cause the respiratory tract to become infected, and this viral infection is called COVID-19. This virus spreads so fast that it has spread to several countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, COVID-19 was detected in early March, precisely on March 2, 2020. The uncertain increase in the number of COVID-19 patients will have an impact on society and the country. This condition is compounded by the high number of deaths due to the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze survival based on the healing rate of COVID-19 patients, in order to obtain information about the time period and the factors that cause a person with COVID-19 to survive. The method used in the survival analysis is the Kaplan-Meier test as a counter to the estimated recovery time of COVID-19 patients and the Log-Rank test to test for differences in the survival function of the recovery time of COVID-19 patients in the two groups. Kaplan-Meier and Log-Rank tests are part of the non-parametric method which is a statistical test that does not require any assumptions about the distribution of population data. The data used is data on COVID-19 patients at the Malahayati Hospital from January to May 31, 2021. The conclusion obtained is the survival function curve / length of time on the recovery rate of COVID-19 patients based on gender, age, and positive and suspected COVID-19 patients. with and without comorbidities. However, based on the Log-Rank test with = 0.05, it was concluded that there was no significant difference in the length of time for recovery of COVID-19 patients based on gender, age and positive patients and patients with suspected COVID-19 with comorbid and without comorbidities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jumlah keuntungan dan kapasitas produksi yang maksimal berdasarkan pada 3 jenis produk yaitu paving block segi empat, paving block segi enam, dan paving block segi delapan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu model de novo programming dan pendekatan minimum-maximum (min-max) goal programming. Untuk membentuk model de novo programming dilakukan dengan menentukan jumlah variabel keputusan, fungsi tujuan, dan fungsi kendala, selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan min-max de novo programming pada keuntungan dan kapasitas produksi agar mendapatkan solusi optimal maksimum dan minimum pada tiap fungsi tujuan dan langkah terakhir dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan model goal programming. Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan software LINGO, diperoleh nilai d = 0 artinya keuntungan dan kapasitas produksi maksimal dengan jumlah poduksi paving block segi empat sebanyak 54.060 pcs, paving block segi enam sebanyak 52.700, dan paving block segi delapan sebanyak 49.620 pcs dengan keuntungan maksimum yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 86.936.320.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peramalan penjualan produk. Peramalan penjualan digunakan untuk mengatur perencanaan operasional produksi dan distribusi yang berhubungan dengan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan dalam memproduksi suatu produk. Untuk melakukan peramalan digunakan metode Winter eksponensial smoothing dan event based. Berdasarkan penerapan dari kedua metode tersebut ditemukan bahwa nilai peramalan terhadap 4 varian produk yaitu produk A dengan tingkat akurasi 0,18%, produk B dengan tingkat akurasi 0,9%, produk C dengan tingkat akurasi 0,5 %, dan produk D dengan tingkat akurasi 0,75% yang dihasilkan dari penerapan Winter eksponensial smoothing, sehingga metode Winter eksponensial smoothing lebih baik diterapkan pada penjualan produk di PT. Z untuk menganalisis system penjualan produk.

Abstract

Practical Work (KP) is a direct job training program that is implemented from higher education institutions to students in the work environment, which aims to improve skills and provide experience to students. The problem that occurs at the KP is the lack of BKKBN employees in managing time to upload data in the DJP online application. Therefore, the practitioner tries to use the NWC (North West Corner) method to optimize the time for uploading data in the DJP online application. By using the NWC (North West Corner) method, the optimal time allocation needed for BKKBN employees to upload data in the DJP online application is to make it more efficient, namely 3.72 hours/day.

Scheduling is very important in teaching activities, especially for teachers who have been certified to fulfill their teaching obligations at least 24 hours a week. So it is necessary to prepare an appropriate schedule. This research aims to optimize teacher scheduling at SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Labu using the linear programming method. The data used is data on the number of teachers and classes at SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Labu. Completion of the simplex method, determining the optimum and feasible solution is obtained if the values in the Z row are all positive. Based on the research results, it was found that the minimum number of teachers needed in 1 period (6 days) was 69 teachers, with the minimum number of teachers starting work on the second day being 5 teachers, the minimum number of teachers starting work on the third day being 6 teachers, the minimum number of teachers There were 5 teachers who started working on the fourth day and the minimum number of teachers who started working on the fifth day was 5 teachers.

Abstract

The use of office stationery (ATK) plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of administrative activities within government agencies, particularly within the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). As an agency responsible for supervising and evaluating state financial management, the availability of adequate and timely ATK is a crucial supporting factor in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of BPKP. Unavailability of ATK can hamper administrative processes, while excess stock can lead to budget waste and inefficiency in logistics management. This study aims to implement an inventory control system for ATK use at BPKP using the Min-Max Stock method. This method is used to determine the ideal minimum and maximum limits for ATK inventory, with the aim of minimizing overstock and stockouts. With this approach, agencies can manage ATK procurement more efficiently based on actual needs and existing usage patterns. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Min-Max Stock method provides significant results in inventory management. For the type of ATK in the form of F4 size HVS paper, the minimum and maximum values are set at 12 reams. Meanwhile, for A4-sized HVS paper, the minimum quantity is 72 reams and the maximum is 98 reams. For other types of stationery, such as printer ink, the minimum and maximum quantities are set at 74 and 92 bottles, respectively. For BPKP logo folders, the recommended minimum is 240 sheets and the maximum is 325 sheets. By implementing this method, BPKP can optimally manage stationery inventory, thereby minimizing the risk of stockouts that could disrupt operations and preventing inefficient stockpiling. This approach contributes to more orderly, transparent, and cost-effective logistics governance within the government.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the distribution of 3 kg LPG cylinders at PT Arafizza Sikumbang, Medan Selayang District, Medan City. Efficient distribution is important to prevent shortages and reduce operational costs. The company serves 12 bases using Colt Diesel vehicles. The Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) model with the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm was applied to improve delivery route efficiency. The data used was secondary data from December 2024, including distribution center locations, demand, vehicle capacity, and transportation costs, processed using Google Maps API and Microsoft Excel to create distance matrices and savings matrices. The initial route of 110.1 km with a cost of Rp 74,868 was successfully optimized to 90.9 km and Rp 61,812, achieving savings of 17.44% in distance and 17.4% in cost. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm in improving LPG distribution efficiency and are relevant for application in similar logistics cases.

Abstract

An increase in population will cause an increase in the amount of processed blood reserves. Therefore, it is necessary to forecast the amount of production within a certain period of time to see the number of blood bags that may be needed in order to meet demand correctly and in the appropriate amount. The method used is Mamdani fuzzy with data sourced from the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Unit Deli Serdang Regency from January 2019 to January 2020. This study shows that the Mamdani District fuzzy method can be implemented for forecasting the production of blood bags in January and February 2020.
