Abstract

Kelurahan Duri Kosambi merupakan daerah yang sering terkena bencana banjir. Frekuensi banjir terjadi ketika curah hujan tinggi dan banjir kirimian yang berasal meluapnya kali semanan yang terhubung dengan sungai pesanggerahan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak bencana banjir dengan melakukan pemetaan permasalahan terutama terkait dengan prasarana pengendalian banjir dan kemudian melakukan rembug warga untuk mencoba mencari alternatif solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan banjir tersebut.  Beberapa alternatif solusi tersebut kemudian dimple-mentasikan berdasarkan dana dari Kelurahan dan PNPM Mandiri. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih mengenal lingkungannya dan merubah prilaku yang sering merusak menjadi lebih perduli dan merawat lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggalnya. Kata kunci: penanganan banjir, lingkungan, masyarakat

Abstract

Kelurahan Duri Kosambi merupakan daerah yang sering terkena bencana banjir. Frekuensi banjir terjadi ketika curah hujan tinggi dan banjir kirimian yang berasal meluapnya kali semanan yang terhubung dengan sungai pesanggerahan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak bencana banjir dengan melakukan pemetaan permasalahan terutama terkait dengan prasarana pengendalian banjir dan kemudian melakukan rembug warga untuk mencoba mencari alternatif solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan banjir tersebut.  Beberapa alternatif solusi tersebut kemudian dimple-mentasikan berdasarkan dana dari Kelurahan dan PNPM Mandiri. Abstract

Nickel is one of the natural resources that is currently of concern throughout the world. The number of nickel exports from Indonesia in 2019 reached USD 1.7 billion or with a percentage of 37.2% of total exports in the world. Even with this data, Indonesia is the world's Nickel King. Then in September 2020, the total Mining Business Permits (IUP) and People's Mining Permits (IPR) in Indonesia reached 5,354 IUPs. These data indicate that many IUP holders carry out mining production. With the increasing intensity of production, the need for testing of existing materials also increases. Therefore, RMCR Minerals Consulting will be formed as a surveyor agency to examine the content found in these materials. However, it takes a well-planned marketing to be able to attract cooperation with corporate partners. The purpose of this research is to formulate a marketing plan for RMCR Minerals Consulting. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods by analyzing internal and external factors from RMCR Minerals Consulting using weighting and narrative methods. The result of this research is that RMCR Minerals Consulting is a company that provides mining surveyors for partner companies in the mining sector. In establishing cooperation, of course, a marketing plan is needed to establish relationships with partner companies. In preparing its marketing plan, RMCR Minerals Consulting has a framework starting from implementing the strategy; formulating goals, objectives, and marketing strategies; determine segmenting, targeting, and positioning; formulate a marketing plan; and manage sales marketing.

Abstract

Mixed-use development has become common in many major cities around the world. The use of mixed-use development has also occurred in Indonesia since the 2000s, with the Jakarta Metropolitan Urban Area being one of the cities that has implemented it extensively. The implementation is intended to address urban issues caused by uncontrolled urbanization, such as traffic congestion, the need for proper housing, and the issue of limited land. One of the efforts for land efficiency and becoming a compact and sustainable city is the concept of mixed area development. One of the business areas that has been transformed from a warehouse area to a mixed area is CIBIS Business Park, which spans approximately 12 hectares and is located in the South Jakarta Administrative City area. Mixed area development should ideally meet all of the criteria for mixed area characteristics, but it turns out that there are many mixed area developments that do not meet the mixed area characteristic criteria, resulting in new problems both in the mixed area and surrounding it. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the CIBIS Business Park's concept of mixed-use development meets the criteria for mixed-use characteristics, specifically the diversity of use criteria and design criteria. The research method used in this study is quantitative research, and the evaluation method is based on the plan's concept (ex-ante evaluation). This evaluation method compares the CIBIS Business Park area's site plan to the criteria for mixed-use development characteristics, specifically the diversity of use criteria and design criteria. According to the evaluation results, the CIBIS Business Park development concept in general conforms to the characteristics of a mixed area, with 71.42% meeting the criteria for diversity of use and 57.14% meeting the design criteria

Abstract

Bijih nikel adalah salah satu sumber daya alam yang saat ini menjadi perhatian dunia. Menurut Indonesia.go.id, Indonesia mengekspor nikel senilai US$1,7 miliar pada 2019, atau 37,2 persen dari total ekspor dunia. Bahkan berdasarkan informasi tersebut, Indonesia adalah raja nikel dunia. Dengan meningkatnya produksi pemegang IUP, kebutuhan untuk menguji bahan yang ada sangat besar. Tentu saja, pengujian komponen dari beberapa mineral ini penting, jika bukan yang paling penting, bagi perusahaan pertambangan. Dan inspeksi harus dilakukan oleh otoritas kontrol inspeksi. Dengan menguji bahan baku tersebut, diperoleh informasi yang berbeda tentang perbedaan kinerja bahan mineral yang ditambang. Pengujian bahan baku ini dilakukan oleh beberapa fasilitas pengujian yang ada dan reputasinya ditentukan oleh pemerintah. RMCR Minerals Consulting akan dibentuk sebagai badan survei. Namun dibutuhkan perencanaan SDM yang matang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah RMCR Minerals Consulting merupakan perusahaan penyedia surveyor tambang yang memiliki flowchart untuk merencanakan sumber daya manusianya mulai dari merumuskan tujuan dan sasaran sumber daya manusia, budaya dan nilai perusahaan, struktur organisasi, perencanaan sumber daya manusia, serta anggaran biaya perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Kata Kunci : Tambang, nikel, perencanaan, SDM.

Abstract

Rapid urbanization in Jakarta has accelerated the growth of settlements, including Kampung Guji Baru, which is categorized as an uninhabitable area. According to the Governor of DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 90 of 2018, the settlement was designated as a priority location for integrated improvement and underwent restructuring in 2022. Despite its strategic location near the economic center and public transportation, the condition of the settlement still requires further government attention. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of Kampung Guji Baru based on the concept of a livable settlement. The research is intended to identify the community’s main needs and problems while emphasizing the role of community participation. A quantitative descriptive method with a rationalistic approach was applied, using observation and questionnaires with the Guttman scale technique. The findings reveal that the settlement faces several major issues. These include high building density, reaching 185 units per hectare, limited open space, and inadequate infrastructure, such as wastewater management, availability of TPS 3R, and fire protection facilities. Nevertheless, the accessibility of education, health, worship, and public transportation facilities is considered highly suitable, with a percentage of 91.67%. Community participation, however, remains relatively low at 43.51%, primarily due to limited involvement in decision-making and insufficient gender participation. Overall, the assessment of the liveable settlement concept indicates that Kampung Guji Baru achieves a total suitability score of 60.98%. This rating categorizes the settlement as “in accordance,” highlighting the need for continuous improvement to achieve a more sustainable and inclusive living environment.

Abstract

Banjir di Kota Tangerang, khususnya di Kelurahan Pedurenan dan Pinang, telah terjadi berulang sejak tahun 2002 akibat luapan Kali Angke dengan ketinggian air mencapai 50–150 cm. Meskipun berisiko, banyak warga tetap memilih bermukim di kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi masyarakat terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan masyarakat untuk tetap bermukim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert dan observasi lapangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan perhitungan mean rank terhadap 14 indikator utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga faktor utama yaitu interaksi sosial antarwarga (8.97), ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan (8.81), dan keterjangkauan terhadap pusat kota (8.39). Interaksi sosial yang kuat mencerminkan solidaritas dan dukungan antarwarga saat banjir, sementara akses terhadap fasilitas kesehatan serta lokasi strategis dekat pusat kota mendukung kemudahan aktivitas ekonomi. Dengan demikian, keputusan bermukim tidak hanya dipengaruhi faktor fisik, tetapi juga ikatan sosial dan ekonomi yang memperkuat keterikatan masyarakat terhadap lingkungan tinggalnya.
