Abstract

Manajemen risiko yang komprehensif, termasuk pemasaran, operasional, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan, menjadi kunci penting bagi PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum (ASH), perusahaan pertanian dan agribisnis di Indonesia, untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko guna menjaga kelangsungan operasional dan memanfaatkan peluang di sektor yang kompetitif. Metodologi Penelitian dalam studi ini melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dan sistem termasuk wawancara dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen risiko sesuai dengan ISO 31000:2018. Menjelaskan proses penilaian risiko, termasuk identifikasi risiko, analisis, dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah PT ASH telah menjalankan proses manajemen risiko yang cermat, membagi risiko menjadi internal dan eksternal, serta memberikan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami pengantar masalah dan urgensi terkait dengan usaha Minyak Atsiri Melati yang dijalankan oleh PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman tentang potensi keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data historis perusahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh data keuangan dan investasi PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum, dan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan pengumpulan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis kelayakan investasi melibatkan perhitungan Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Sementara itu, analisis kinerja keuangan dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi rasio-rasio keuangan seperti Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Minyak Atsiri Melati di PT. Agrindo Sumber Harum memiliki kelayakan investasi yang positif, serta kinerja keuangan yang stabil. Rekomendasi praktis yang dapat diambil adalah perusahaan dapat melanjutkan dan mengembangkan usaha Minyak Atsiri Melati ini dengan strategi yang tepat. Rekomendasi teoritis meliputi pentingnya menerapkan analisis kelayakan investasi dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis untuk memitigasi risiko dan memaksimalkan profitabilitas.

Abstract

Human capital is a crucial element within organizations that reflects their individual competencies, which include knowledge, expertise, ability, and skill. This study aims to analyze the human capital strategies implemented by Pusdiklat Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta, which is striving for autonomy as a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to systematically and accurately depict various phenomena related to the implementation of human capital strategies. The research results indicate that this Training and Education Center is still in the Grow and Build stage, so the main focus of the human capital strategy is on improving the competence and quality of human resources. Several strategies implemented include the development of E-Learning or Learning Management Systems (LMS), engaging and effective internal training programs, and external training such as seminars, workshops, and continuing education. Additionally, recruitment strategies, strengthening organizational culture, and career development are also essential parts of supporting the enhancement of human resource competencies.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Personality Traits, Financial Literacy, and Risk Tolerance on Investment Intentions in environmentally friendly companies with Risk Tolerance as a moderating variable, providing input for environmentally friendly companies so they can be more attractive to investors, and contribute to the science of financial management by developing an understanding of the Investment Intentions variable in environmentally friendly companies. This research used quantitative method. The sample is 280 respondents with purposive sampling technique to the employees of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Data was analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results are personality traits, financial literacy, and risk tolerance had effect on investment intentions and risk tolerance had a moderating effect between financial literacy and investment intentions. With this research, it is hoped that environmentally friendly companies will manage their companies well and do environmentally friendly things included in its annual report so that potential investors are interested in investing in environmentally friendly companies. This research also expected to enrich the knowledge of financial management by providing an understanding of the Investment Intentions variable in environmentally friendly companies. Keywords:environmentally friendly company financial literacy, risk tolerance, investment intentions, personality traits

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risk management in PropTech (Property Technology) business planning, which aims to integrate technology into the property sector to facilitate the process of searching, renting, and managing property. With increasing urbanization and housing needs, this sector faces various challenges, such as market fluctuations, government regulations, and demands for innovation. PropTech presents technology-based solutions to improve the efficiency and convenience of property rental services. To achieve business sustainability and reduce risks that hinder operations, the implementation of comprehensive risk management is essential. Risk management in PropTech follows the ISO 31000:2018 standard, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation through a holistic approach that considers internal and external risks. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on the PropTech business platform through interviews and observations, and involves various stages of risk management, including periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation. The results of the study show the importance of implementing dynamic, structured, and inclusive risk management principles to maintain performance and competitiveness in the competitive property industry.

Abstract

Bijih nikel adalah salah satu sumber daya alam yang saat ini menjadi perhatian dunia. Menurut Indonesia.go.id, Indonesia mengekspor nikel senilai US$1,7 miliar pada 2019, atau 37,2 persen dari total ekspor dunia. Bahkan berdasarkan informasi tersebut, Indonesia adalah raja nikel dunia. Dengan meningkatnya produksi pemegang IUP, kebutuhan untuk menguji bahan yang ada sangat besar. Tentu saja, pengujian komponen dari beberapa mineral ini penting, jika bukan yang paling penting, bagi perusahaan pertambangan. Dan inspeksi harus dilakukan oleh otoritas kontrol inspeksi. Dengan menguji bahan baku tersebut, diperoleh informasi yang berbeda tentang perbedaan kinerja bahan mineral yang ditambang. Pengujian bahan baku ini dilakukan oleh beberapa fasilitas pengujian yang ada dan reputasinya ditentukan oleh pemerintah. RMCR Minerals Consulting akan dibentuk sebagai badan survei. Namun dibutuhkan perencanaan SDM yang matang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah RMCR Minerals Consulting merupakan perusahaan penyedia surveyor tambang yang memiliki flowchart untuk merencanakan sumber daya manusianya mulai dari merumuskan tujuan dan sasaran sumber daya manusia, budaya dan nilai perusahaan, struktur organisasi, perencanaan sumber daya manusia, serta anggaran biaya perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Kata Kunci : Tambang, nikel, perencanaan, SDM.

Abstract

The research objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the operational planning of PT Whez Energi Sejahtera (PT WES) in running the British Petroleum Active Mobile Fuel Station (BP Active MFS) service. Starting from the company establishment stage, the regulations and permits required, to the operational design of the company once it is running. This business plan uses a detailed methodological approach, PT WES operational planning is presented using a framework to ensure the British Petroleum Active Mobile Fuel Station (BP Active MFS) can operate effectively and efficiently. The BP Active MFS selection method uses a systematic and objective weighted product method. The findings reveal that well-structured and comprehensive operational planning for the British Petroleum Active Mobile Fuel Station (BP Active MFS) that complies with existing regulations, and can meet customer needs, and can achieve financial viability will be very important for the success of BP Active MFS.

Abstract

A systematic approach to establishing a technology-based property (Proptech) business in Indonesia is an urgent need in the digital era. This research is motivated by the complexity of regulations, operations, and technology faced in establishing and managing a Proptech business. The main problems identified are how to build a strong legal and administrative foundation, integrate technology effectively, and ensure efficient operations to meet market needs. This research aims to develop a Proptech operating model that covers all strategic aspects, from legality, property management, to the application of digital technology in customer service. This study highlights the importance of automation, quality management, and risk management as the keys to the success of Proptech businesses in Indonesia. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of integrated Proptech business policies and create added value for property owners, tenants, and related business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the human resource planning framework, organizational culture, organizational structure, and HR management practices at PT WES, a petroleum retail company operating in Indonesia. The research methodology employed includes documentation analysis, direct observation, and indepth interviews with senior management and operational staff of the company. The findings indicate that PT WES has successfully developed a meticulously structured HR planning framework, encompassing workforce needs identification, employee development, performance management, and career development. Additionally, the company fosters an adaptive organizational culture, empowering employees to innovate and contribute proactively to the achievement of organizational goals. The simple yet effective organizational structure facilitates communication and coordination among business units, while meticulous HR management practices such as selective recruitment, personalized training, and fair reward systems enhance employee performance. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that PT WES has successfully implemented a holistic and values-oriented HR management strategy to support the long-term growth and success of the company in the petroleum retail industry.

Abstract

This study examines the financial planning strategy of a business in the property technology (PROPTECH) sector through a five-stage approach: financial goal setting, planning elements, financial projections, investment feasibility analysis, and financial performance evaluation. This plan aims to ensure financial sustainability and support the strategic and measurable development of PROPTECH's business. These stages involve managing income, expenses, and investments based on short-, medium-, and long-term projections. Analysis of ROI, NPV, IRR, and PP indicate strong investment feasibility, while evaluation of financial ratios such as liquidity, solvency, and profitability confirm PROPTECH's ability to manage capital effectively. The projection results show significant annual revenue growth, with profitability continuing to increase until the fifth year. Thus, this study provides a comprehensive framework to support business success in the PROPTECH sector through integrated financial management.
