Abstract

Creativity is the capacity of an individual to generate innovative and valuable ideas or products that result from imaginative thinking or the synthesis of diverse thoughts and not merely by summarizing previous information. This creative ability can be fostered and nurtured through the school's craft program, which is an extensive program that trains students to use natural resources to create artistic works. Craft activities aim to develop students into independent, creative, and innovative individuals who can create art that is both interesting and beneficial to their environment. The research methodology used in this study is a comprehensive literature review, which involved searching through databases such as Researchgate and Google Scholar for relevant articles and books, both print and online. The findings suggest that the school craft program can be an effective tool for enhancing student creativity. It provides space for students to explore their imaginations and innovate freely.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize centralized financial management for MSMEs in the Mbulak Wilkel tourism area of Bantul through a local wisdom-based approach, specifically the concepts of "Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi," along with the "Tri Pantangan" teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara. This community service program, involving students and faculty from Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa, emphasizes a one-door cashier system to enhance financial efficiency and transparency. The methods employed include socialization, training, and the implementation of simple digital technologies such as MokaPOS to facilitate transaction recording. The results indicate that local-based approaches and community cooperation significantly encourage resident participation in more professional and effective centralized management.

Abstract

UMKM kuliner berbasis tradisi seperti Sate Klatak Pak Untung di Wonokromo, Bantul, merupakan bagian dari kekayaan lokal yang dikelola dengan pola manajemen non-digital dan berbasis pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik manajemen tradisional yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha. Metode utama yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen berbasis ingatan, keterlibatan tenaga kerja keluarga, ketergantungan pasok, dan ketiadaan legalitas usaha menjadi tantangan yang nyata. Namun, kekuatan utama usaha terletak pada konsistensi kualitas rasa, loyalitas pelanggan, dan pengakuan budaya dari masyarakat dan pemerintah lokal. Dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC), ditemukan bahwa penguatan usaha dapat dilakukan melalui pencatatan manual sederhana, pelatihan manajemen berbasis budaya, serta diferensiasi nilai budaya sebagai strategi bersaing. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan adaptif bagi keberlanjutan UMKM kuliner tradisional.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang umum terjadi pada remaja perempuan dan berdampak pada kesehatan jangka panjang, terutama saat memasuki usia reproduksi. Rendahnya tingkat konsumsi tablet zat besi (Fe) menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab yang diperparah oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja terhadap pentingnya pencegahan anemia. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik remaja perempuan dalam mengonsumsi tablet Fe melalui pendekatan edukatif yang partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Dusun Ngangkruk, Desa Selokaton, Kecamatan Gondangrejo, Kabupaten Karanganyar dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang anemia dan pentingnya tablet Fe, serta adanya perubahan sikap dan praktik konsumsi tablet Fe yang lebih baik dibandingkan sebelum intervensi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sosialisasi yang disampaikan secara interaktif mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku remaja dalam mencegah anemia. Diperlukan kolaborasi lebih lanjut dengan sekolah dan tenaga kesehatan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan ini. Kata Kunci: anemia, perilaku, remaja perempuan, sosialisasi

Abstract

Implementation of Discharge Planning in Patients with Moderate Brain Injury in the Inpatient Room, Jember District Hospital. Discharge planning is an interaction process that occurs in multidisciplinary health workers, patients and their families who collaborate in providing and planning the continuity of care needed by patients. The purpose of this scientific work is to determine the implementation of discharge planning by nurses in the Inpatient Room. This writing method used a descriptive observational case study method. In this scientific work, it was found that discharge planning was carried out immediately after the patient entered and when the patient was going home. The implementation was done collaboratively and adapted to existing resources and facilities. The activity had been structured and carried out properly in accordance with the SOP and written on the discharge planning sheet of the room. It was concluded that the implementation of discharge planning in the Inpatient Room was carried out properly and in accordance with existing theories, so that the quality of nursing services could increase. Therefore, it was recommended that nurses in the treatment room could carry out discharge planning properly so that the nursing care provided would be higher quality.
