Abstract

Permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is a self-excitation generator using a permanent magnet. PMSG has different slot variations so that it has different efficiencies. This study aims to see the effect of slots on the efficiency of PMSG 12 Slot 16 Pole and PMSG 24 Slot 16 Pole. The research method used is to simulate PMSG 12 Slot 16 Pole and PMSG 24 Slot 16 Pole in Finite Element Method (FEM) based software. In the simulation at a rotating speed of 1000 Rpm with a variable in the form of resistance R = 50 Ω PMSG 12 Slot 16 Pole obtained an output value of 1245.29 Watt with an efficiency of 76% while PMSG 24 Slot 16 Pole obtained an output value of 3919 Watt with an efficiency of 86%.Keywords - Permanent Magnet Synchronous generator (PMSG), Slot, Efficiency.

Abstract

UMKM UD. Andika is a furniture craftsman located in Sidotani Village, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. This UMKM operates in the furniture industry with furniture products for doors, windows, cabinets, chairs and others. Furniture craftsmen must arrange marketing strategies that are considered appropriate to face competition in the market and must be able to analyze and anticipate environmental changes, both internally and externally. The research aims to identify internal and external factors. The use of SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) methods to determine the right company strategy in identifying optimal areas is very important for the development of the company's next strategy. The results showed that the SWOT analysis obtained 8 marketing strategies, namely maintaining quality, being more active in technology, improving management skills, maintaining an image, increasing the number of employees, maintaining excellence, implementing a digital marketing system, following trends in design and innovation. While in the QSPM analysis, the preferred strategy is to implement a digital marketing system in order to compete with new competitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan alih daya di PT Sanghiang Perkasa melalui iklim organisasai dan trait conscientiousness. Pada penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal-asosiatif. Data hasil penelitian di analisa dengan analisa regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sample 85 karyawan alih daya di PT Sanghiang Perkasa. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur OCB menggunakan skala pengukuran OCB dari Organ yang di adaptasi dari Khasanah (2019), untuk mengukur iklim organisasi menggunakan skala iklim organisasi yang diadaptasi dari Indrasari (2017) yang disusun berdasarkan teori Luisser, dan pengukuran trait conscientiousness menggunakan skala BFI versi Bahasa Indonesia (Big Five Inventory) dari Jhon (1990) yang telah di adopsi Ramdhani (2012) dan hanya mengambil dimensi conscientiousness. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan hasil iklim organisasi dan trait conscientiousness memengaruhi OCB dengan hasil pengujian nilai sig 0,00 0,05, menunjukkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan besaran kontribusi 23,8%. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan penggunaan variabel lain yang berkaitan dengan OCB yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi OCB dengan lebih baik, variasi metode penelitian selain metode kuantitatif juga dapat dipertimbangkan.

Abstract

Universitas Amikom Purwokerto has not yet implemented a system for the procurement of facilities and assets, inventory, maintenance, supervision, and evaluation processes. All this time, we have been using a letter of request for goods from one division to another and carrying out other processes manually. Therefore, the process of item requisition and inventory requires the development of an inventory system. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory system using the CodeIgnite framework, while the system development method employs Extreme Programming (XP). The results of the research indicate that the use of the CodeIgnite framework and the Extreme Programming method can be utilized for the development of the inventory system at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, which is used to manage the process of goods requisition and inventory. After conducting black box testing, it was concluded that all system features have been tested, and the results show that the system can operate according to the planning made during the planning stage.

Abstract

Accurate identification of longan (Dimocarpus longan) seedling varieties is essential for agribusiness to select cultivars meeting market and environmental needs, but manual identification is error-prone due to similar leaf textures. This study optimizes grayscale image bit depth using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to enhance longan seedling classification accuracy, addressing a gap in texture-based identification efficiency. Leaf images from five longan varieties (Itoh, Pingpong, Merah, Matalada, Diamond River) were captured with a USB digital microscope and converted to grayscale at bit depths of 4 (0–15), 5 (0–31), 6 (0–63), 7 (0–127), and 8 (0–255). Texture features (contrast, correlation, energy, homogeneity, entropy, standard deviation) were extracted using MATLAB. An ANN model, trained with the traingdx algorithm on 800 training and 200 test images, classified the varieties. The 6-bit and 4-bit depths yielded the highest accuracy (84.5%), followed by 7-bit (84.0%), 5-bit (83.5%), and 8-bit (82.0%), with Matalada achieving 90.0% accuracy. The 8-bit depth introduced texture noise, reducing performance. A 6-bit depth is optimal for longan leaf texture classification, though distinguishing similar varieties like Itoh and Pingpong remains challenging. Future research should incorporate color or morphological features to improve agricultural image processing.

Abstract

Jurnal ini berfokus pada penerapan dua model matematika, yaitu model eksponensial dan model logistik, dalam meramalkan populasi di Kota Palembang. Dengan menggunakan data historis populasi dari tahun 2012 hingga 2021, penelitian ini mencoba untuk memahami dan memprediksi pola pertumbuhan populasi. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menentukan model mana yang paling akurat dalam meramalkan pertumbuhan populasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana model matematika dapat digunakan dalam meramalkan pertumbuhan populasi dan bagaimana hasil ramalan ini dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan oleh pemerintah kota. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berusaha untuk menunjukkan bagaimana teknologi dan pemrograman dapat digunakan dalam penelitian demografi dan bagaimana hal ini dapat membantu dalam memahami dan meramalkan pertumbuhan populasi.
