Abstract

The 1945 Constitution explains that sovereignty is in the hands of the people and is implemented according to the Constitution. The embodiment of sovereignty in the hands of the people means that those who have the right to choose the leader or government are the people and as a logical consequence those who choose are the people, so the leader must be responsible to the people. In choosing leaders, the people need an institution, in this case the general election commission which is regulated in the 1945 Constitution. The task of the General Election Commission is to carry out or hold general elections to elect leaders. So that election results can be carried out directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly, supervision is needed, in this case the general election supervisory body. On this basis, the results of the general election produce leaders who can properly carry out their duties in accordance with the needs of the people they represent.

Abstract

Sistem administrasi pada Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) melibatkan penggunaan dua pendekatan utama antarmuka grafis (GUI) melalui web console dan antarmuka baris perintah (CLI) melalui terminal. Penelitian ini membahas keuntungan dari kedua jenis pendekatan adminsitrasi sistem pada Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) dari browser web. Dengan menggunakan metode IT-IL V3 memberikan panduan tentang bagaimana merencanakan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola layanan TI secara efektif, dengan fokus pada kualitas layanan, menghemat biaya, dan pengelolaan risiko. Web console GUI menyediakan sistem pengelolaan yang lebih ilusi dan visual melalui web browser, sementara terminal CLI menawarkan penghentian dan kontrol yang lebih mendalam melalui penggunaan perintah baris. Fleksibilitas ini memungkinkan administrator untuk mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, melakukan debug sistem yang kompleks, dan menyesuaikan pengaturan sesuai kebutuhan spesifik organisasi mereka. Dalam konteks pengelolaan keamanan, web console GUI dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih visual tentang pengaturan SELinux dan manajemen kebijakan keamanan, sementara CLI memberikan akses langsung ke perintah seperti sestatus dan setenforce yang diperlukan untuk penyesuaian dan pemecahan masalah lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa selain grafik dan teks perbedaannya terdapat pada penyesuaian kebutuhan sistem administrasi yang kompleks dan efektif.

Abstract

Universitas Amikom Purwokerto has not yet implemented a system for the procurement of facilities and assets, inventory, maintenance, supervision, and evaluation processes. All this time, we have been using a letter of request for goods from one division to another and carrying out other processes manually. Therefore, the process of item requisition and inventory requires the development of an inventory system. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory system using the CodeIgnite framework, while the system development method employs Extreme Programming (XP). The results of the research indicate that the use of the CodeIgnite framework and the Extreme Programming method can be utilized for the development of the inventory system at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, which is used to manage the process of goods requisition and inventory. After conducting black box testing, it was concluded that all system features have been tested, and the results show that the system can operate according to the planning made during the planning stage.

Abstract

The learning style approach significantly impacts education, particularly in the Education 4.0 era, where both educators and institutions must innovate to enhance student outcomes. This study explores the use of artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT, in education. It integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone & McLean models to examine how System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality influence Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and technology acceptance. Data from 100 respondents analyzed using SmartPLS shows that System, Information, and Service Quality positively affect Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Service Quality, however, does not influence Perceived Ease of Use. Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use positively affect Attitude Toward Using, which in turn influences Behavioral Intention to Use. Finally, Behavioral Intention positively impacts Actual System Use. The model achieved an accuracy of 54.9%.

Abstract

AbstrakPenulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan suatu elemen yang memegang peranan sentral dan vital dalam ekosistem penelitian dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Seorang dosen ataupun pihak yang mempublikasikan suatu penelitian dapat dikatakan memiliki kapasitas atau kualitas yang tinggi apabila mampu mempublikasikan penelitian dalam jurnal nasional dan jurnal internasional yang bereputasi. Pengindeks Scopus dipandang sebagai tolok ukur yang signifikan bagi jurnal ilmiah, dan kuantitas serta kualitas jurnal yang terindeks di Scopus dapat berdampak pada penulis, perguruan tinggi dan negara. Oleh karena itu, keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah yang baik dan pemahaman mendalam tentang persyaratan SCOPUS menjadi sangat penting bagi dosen. Banyak akademisi maupun peneliti mungkin merasa terhambat dalam proses menulis artikel ilmiah yang memenuhi kriteria Scopus. Hal ini seringkali melibatkan tantangan dalam memahami prosedur, teknik penulisan yang efektif, dan kriteria yang diperlukan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal Scopus. Agar artikel ilmiah di jurnal internasional bereputasi yang terindeks Scopus, harus melewati berbagai persyaratan. Teknik, sistem dan metodenya harus benar-benar diikuti. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah international bereputasi. Tujuannya meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam membuat artikel ilmiah internasional bereputasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dosen mengenai cara penulisan artikel ilmiah yang memenuhi standar internasional bereputasi. Kata kunci: pelatihan; artikel ilmiah; internasional Abstract Writing scientific articles is an element that plays a central and vital role in the scientific research and development ecosystem. A lecturer or party who publishes research can be said to have high capacity or quality if they are able to publish research in reputable national and international journals. The Scopus indexer is seen as a significant benchmark for scientific journals, and the quantity and quality of journals indexed in Scopus can have an impact on authors, universities and the country. Therefore, good scientific article writing skills and an in-depth understanding of SCOPUS requirements are very important for lecturers. Many academics and researchers may feel hampered in the process of writing scientific articles that meet Scopus criteria. This often involves challenges in understanding procedures, effective writing techniques, and the criteria required to publish in a Scopus journal. In order for scientific articles in reputable international journals to be indexed by Scopus, they must pass various requirements. The techniques, systems and methods must be strictly followed. To overcome this, it is necessary to carry out community service activities, training in writing reputable international scientific articles. The aim is to improve lecturers' abilities in creating reputable international scientific articles. The results of service activities have increased lecturers' knowledge regarding how to write scientific articles that meet reputable international standards. Keywords: training; scientific articles; international
