Abstrak: Al-Qur’an sebagai suatu mukjizat tidak hanya menjadi bahan bacaan meskipun membacanya akan mendapat pahala, melainkan juga untuk difahami, dihayati, dipedomani, diamalkan dan diselidiki rahasia kebanarannya. Pelaksanaan pembinaan Bacaan al-Qur'an dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sorongan yaitu siswa membaca didepan pelatih yang menjadi pengajar dan menyimaknya. Adapun yang menjadi problem dalam pengajaran Baca Tulis al-Qur'an (BTQ) adalah semua komponen pengajaran itu sendiri meliputi materi yang kurang lengkap, kompetensi pengajar kurang, perbedaan kecerdasan peserta, kurangnya media pengajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan-tahapan berikut; 1) elatihan bacaan Al-Qur'an, 2) praktek membimbing tata cara shalat dan berwudhu, dan 3) proses belajar mengajar melalui media tulis dan keterampilan. Adapun upaya yang ditempuh dalam pengajaran Baca Tulis al-Qur'an meliputi berusaha melengkapi sarana prasarana menggunakan metode yang bervariasi.Abstract: The Qur'an as a miracle is not only a reading material although reading it will be rewarded, also to be understood, Dihayati, are, practiced and investigated the secrets of his patients. The implementation of the reading of the Qur'an is done using the method of shove, which is the student reading in front of the trainer who became the teacher and. As for the problem in the teaching of reading write Qur'an (BTQ) is all components of teaching itself covering the material that is less complete, the competence of the teaching less, the difference in the intelligence of participants, lack of teaching media. This activity was carried out with the following stages; 1) The recitation of the Qur'an, 2) practice guiding the Ordinances of prayer and Wudoo, and 3) the process of learning to teach through writing media and skills. As for the effort taken in the teaching of reading, Quran Qur'an includes trying to complement the facilities of infrastructure using a variety of methods.

This study aims to look at the influence of teachers' motivation and teaching skills of teachers on student learning outcomes. Approach is used in this study is ekplanatif. the number of samples from a population of 276 163 high school teachers in the country town Bukittinggi. Data collection for the motivation to teach teachers and teachers' teaching skills using a scale of twigs, while the student learning outcomes derived from the value that has been documented by the teacher. Data analysis technique using path analysis. Research findings that affect the motivation of teachers to teach students learning outcomes and teaching skills of teachers not significant effect on student learning outcomes. Rendahnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap bank syariah, terutama yang disebabkan dominasi bank konvensional, sebuah fenomena bahwa budaya dan persepsi masyarakat mempengaruhi keputusan menabung. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah pengaruh budaya terhadap keputusan menabung; (2) untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah pengaruh persepsi masyarakat terhadap keputusan menabung; (3) untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah pengaruh budaya dan persepsi masyarakat secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan menabung.Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey yang termasuk kategori explanatory research yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan-hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang dan sampel sebanyak 44 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap keputusan menabung di Bank Nagari Cabang Pembantu Syariah Simpang Empat. Budaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. Persepsi masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung.Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya dan persepsi masyarakat secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung dan hipotesis penelitianya teruji. Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) pada penggalian batu pecah memberikan manfaat besar bagi perekonomian, sosial, dan lingkungan masyarakat di Kamang Mudiak Jorong Pauah Sei Dareh. Pemanfaatan penggalian batu pecah oleh msayarakat tersebut perlu ditelusuri lebih dalam lagi terutama masalah etika, karena Islam memberikan seperangkat nilai dan etis dalam memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Alam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis etika pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam penggalian batu pecah di Kamang Mudiak Jorong Pauah Sei Dareh ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian bersumber dari data primer, dengan alat analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pemanfaatan penggalian batu pecah memberikan manfaat pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi, mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Namun pemanfaatan penggalian batu pecah juga terdapat sisi negatif yang merusak lingkungan sehingga tidak sejalan dengan aturan etika secara ekonomi Islam.

This research aims to find out whether Person Organization Fit has an effect on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. There were 53 respondents who participated in this research. Data analysis and processing techniques use regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2). From this research, the results obtained show that Person Organization Fit has an influence on employee performance. This is proven based on the results of the F test where the Fcount value > Ftable value where the Fcount value is 36.521 which is greater than Ftable 4.10, so it can be interpreted that there is an influence between Person Organization Fit on employee performance. And based on the calculation results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), it shows that the Rsquare value of the variation in the dependent variable which is influenced by the independent variable is 12%, while the remaining 88% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

This study examines the roles and challenges faced by cooperatives in the era of Industry 4.0, focusing on adapting digital technologies to enhance member welfare and economic growth. The research employs a comprehensive literature review, case studies, and content analysis of publications from the past decade. Findings indicate that digitalization has increased operational efficiency in cooperatives by up to 40%, expanded market access, and improved transparency and accountability. However, key challenges include the persistence of the digital divide, high initial investment costs, and the need for cultural change within organizations to support digital transformation. Government support, including digital literacy training and access to financing, is crucial in accelerating this transformation process. The practical implications of this study highlight the necessity for broader digital training programs, access to low-interest financing for technology investments, and the development of adequate digital infrastructure. This research underscores significant progress in technology adoption among cooperatives and the positive socio-economic impacts that result from it. As a result, digital transformation within cooperatives holds substantial potential for fostering more inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi non muslim dalam menjadi nasabah di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor yang ada yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat dengan subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang nasabah non muslim yang aktif bertransaksi di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat, Pimpinan Direktur, Account Officer,Funding Officer dan Teller PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat. Untuk Teknik Analisis data adalah teknik analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode berfikir deduktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hal-hal yang mempengaruhi non muslim untuk menjadi nasabah di PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo dapat dilihat dari faktor internal yaitu dari segi pekerjaan,gaya hidup,sosial budaya,sikap dan keyakinan. Sedangkan dalam faktor eksternal nya dapat dilihat dari segi promosi, fee, lokasi dan pelayanan. Dari beberapa hal faktor tersebut, yang lebih dominan karena nya promosi, lokasi yang memadai, fee yang telah ditetapkan dan disepakati kemudian pelayanan yang baik yang telah di sediakan oleh pihak bank PT. BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo Pasaman Barat.

This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were oil palm farmers in Nagari Ophir. The number of salt farmers in Nagari Ophir is 120 palm oil farmers. Sampling was carried out using a random sampling method with a total of 92 oil palm farmers as respondents. The data results were processed using SPSS 16 tools to carry out research instrument tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, determination tests (R2), t tests and f tests. The conclusion of this research is that based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it can be concluded that the variable access to capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of the people of Nagari Ophir, which is shown in the hypothesis t test with t-count (3,370) > t table (1,986) and sign value (0.01 < 0.05). Based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it can be concluded that the productivity variable has a significant positive effect on the income of the people of Nagari Ophir, which is shown in the hypothesis t test with a calculated t-value (3,484) > t-table (1,986) and a sign value (0.01 < 0.05). Based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out, it can be concluded that the variables Access to capital and productivity simultaneously (together) influence the income of the people of Nagari Ophir which can be seen from the results of the F test with the value of F-count (14.140) > F-table (2.71) and sign value (0.000 < 0.05).

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency (BARENLITBANGDA) as a planner in the economic development of Sawahlunto City. The type of research conducted is field research or field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that BARENLITBANGDA of Sawahlunto City as a planning agency in the economic development of Sawahlunto City has a major role, namely planning economic development in Sawahlunto City. The economic development plan that had been prepared by BARENLITBANGDA for Sawahlunto City was submitted to the Mayor and discussed at the Sawahlunto City RPJMD meeting involving all parties related to economic development in Sawahlunto City.
