Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of Sufism education according to Jalaluddin Rumi, and its relevance to character education in the digital era. The method used in this research is library research. Primary sources are Jalaluddin Rumi works, secondary sources are books and works that are relevant to the discussion of the concept of spiritual education. The data analysis technique uses content analysis method. The results of the discussion of this study indicate that education according to Jalaluddin Rumi is the ability to transcend everything that is born (visible) with the aim of obtaining the inner meaning behind it, related to character education. Rumi emphasizes education in the realm of spirituality (heart) because character is a reflection of the human heart. Facing a digital era marked by being fast and instantaneous, Rumi warns all of us not to forget the process, because something valuable can only be produced from a maximum process. On the other hand, Rumi also emphasized the importance of awareness, this is because character is marked by "one's attitude towards others", awareness here means being aware that other people are also human as they are God's creatures, meaning that they must be able to respect other people without any restrictions of identity.Keywords: Sufism Education, Jalaluddin Rumi, character education, the Digital Era

Abstract

Planning to improve the quality of graduates is the obligation of educational institutions, especially schools as an effort to realize the ideals of national education. Improving the quality of graduates in schools is usually carried out through the policy of the school principal who acts as a leader who mobilizes the school community to realize the school's vision, mission, goals and objectives through programs that are implemented in a planned and gradual manner. The goal to be achieved from quality improvement planning is produce quality graduates to prepare graduates to face their future. The preparation of quality improvement plans in schools is usually carried out in two stages, namely: preparation of a work program and preparation of a curriculum. This article aims to analyze plans to improve the quality of graduates along with their derivative discussions carried out by schools. This study uses library research methods. The findings of this article are that planning to improve the quality of graduates in schools is still oriented towards quantity and has not yet touched the quality dimension. The quality of graduates is only measured through numbers such as report cards, test scores, and the number of students who pass. The dimensions of quality as mandated in the law such as creative, responsible, independent and so on must also be considered. With regard to the increasingly high demands and competition in the world of work, this cannot be answered without solid personality qualities. One of the main personality qualities is creativity.

Abstract

Humans cannot be understood through their outward aspects (eksoteric), so also religion. if humans consist of the dimensions of the soul and body then religion also consists of the outer and inner dimensions, also called the spiritual dimension which in Islam is known as tasawuf. This article aims to describe the Sufism approach in Islamic studies that focuses on the wahdatul wujud of Hamzah Fansuri thought. Hamzah Fansuri is known as the first Sufi to introduce the doctrine of wahdatul wujud in the Archipelago. The teachings of wahdatul wujud focus on the process of defeating the ego (negating oneself) through self-purification, by imitating God's character as much as possible so that it can reach the stage of perfection called insan kamil. This research is a literature study that utilizes various relevant references using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study say that the process of the journey of the human soul from beginning to end according to Hamzah Fansuri can be concluded with the process of tajalli and taraqqi through certain stages.

Abstract

Technological advancements in the digital era reflected in social media have influenced almost every aspect of human life. In addition to bringing benefits to life, it turns out that social media also includes effects that endanger individual self-authenticity. This article presents some of the impacts of social media that potentially threaten self-authenticity, and the author offers several alternative ways to maintain self-authenticity in the digital era. This article is based on qualitative research with a literature study as the data collection method. The data is obtained from current literature relevant to the research problem in the form of books, journal articles, and other research results. The data analysis method used is content analysis. This study found that six impacts of social media have the potential to endanger self-authenticity, which narrowed down to two fundamental impacts. On that basis, this article offers two alternative ways for individuals to maintain self-authenticity in social media: being authentic and responsible and thinking critically and reflectively about self-existence.

Abstract

Pembelajaran semestinya menjadi sarana bagi siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dan menjadi kesempatan untuk belajar dan berkembang. Namun, dalam realitanya, siswa sering kali merasa terasing dalam pembelajaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari keterasingan siswa dalam pembelajaran, untuk selanjutnya menawarkan beberapa alternatif meminimalisir rasa keterasingan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Data diperoleh dari sumber sekunder berupa buku, artikel ilmiah, pemberitaan di media online, dan laporan ilmiah yang relevan dengan judul penelitian. Analisis isi (content analysis) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa terdapat empat faktor yang menyebabkan keterasingan pada siswa yaitu kurilukum yang tidak relevan, metode pengajaran satu arah, kurangnya hubungan emosional guru dengan siswa, dan tekanan sosial. Faktor-faktor tersebut memunculkan beberapa dampak keterasingan yaitu menurunnya motivasi belajar, terganggunya kesehatan mental, minimnya keterlibatan siswa dalam kelas, dan resistensi terhadap otoritas. Alternatif tawaran dalam artikel ini meliputi kontekstualisasi pembelajaran, meningkatkan hubungan positif guru dengan siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang inklusif.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji konsep etika bisnis Islam dan relevansinya dalam memperkuat Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pemerataan kesejahteraan, tetapi masih menghadapi persoalan etika, keterbatasan modal, dan rendahnya daya saing. Etika bisnis Islam menawarkan solusi normatif sekaligus praktis melalui prinsip kejujuran (ṣidq), amanah, keadilan (‘adl), larangan riba, gharar, dan maysir, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, yaitu menelaah sumber-sumber primer serta sekunder untuk menganalisis relevansi, tantangan, dan model implementasi etika bisnis Islam pada UMKM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islam berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen, keberkahan usaha, distribusi yang adil, dan pemberdayaan kelompok lemah. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi syariah, keterbatasan akses pembiayaan syariah, dan orientasi profit jangka pendek. Artikel ini menawarkan model penerapan etika bisnis Islam yang integratif, meliputi internalisasi nilai syariah dalam operasional, penggunaan akad keuangan syariah, penerapan prinsip halal dan thayyib, strategi pemasaran etis, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Dengan demikian, etika bisnis Islam tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai landasan moral, tetapi juga sebagai strategi efektif dalam memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM di era global.
