Abstract

aspek manajemen yang ada di kantor kecamatan Jagakarsa.Jakarta Selatan Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini senagai informan yaitu Sekretaris Camat, Kasi Kependudukan, Kasubbag Umum dan Kepegawaian, dan Kasi Pembangunan. Teknik pengumpulan data nenggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, tahap analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang mengetahui bahwa perencanaan arsip meliputi penciptaan arsip, pelayanan arsip, jenis arsip, ruang dan tempat penyimpanan arsip. Pengorganisasian arsip meliputi pembiayaan arsip, peralatan dan perlengkapan arsip, penerimaan dan pencatatan arsip, sistem penyimpanan arsip, asas penyimpanan arsip. Pengendalian arsip meliputi mengidentifikasi kerusakan arsip, pengamanan arsip, perawatan arsip, penyusutan dan pemusnahan arsip, peminjaman dan penemuan arsip. Pengawasan arsip meliputi evaluasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang menangani langsung masalah pengarsipan.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide assistance in Deepening Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Features to Produce Quality Scientific Publications with the Association of Indonesian Young Lecturers (ADMI). This community service activity is a form of cooperation between Gunadarma University and the Association of Indonesian Young Lecturers (ADMI). This community service activity was carried out during the COVID 19 pandemic, so most of it was carried out through online and offline meetings. The target output for this semester's community service is focused on increasing the application of science and technology in the community on the basis of communicative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in-depth training and adding a simulation of Multiple Inier Regression. The result we hope is to be able to help fellow human beings and to ease the burden of life for the community in terms of statistical needs in the fields of Information Systems, Psychology, Computer Engineering, Accounting which are used for work and daily life as a new tourist destination in the city of Bekasi.

Abstract

As an archipelagic country with more than 17,000 islands, Indonesia relies heavily on-air transportation for efficient inter-regional mobility. The aim of this study is to examine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between service quality and perceived value on customer trust. This study used a quantitative method with 215 respondents. Data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that customer satisfaction, service quality, and perceived value have a significant effect on customer trust. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has been proven to mediate the relationship between service quality, perceived value, and customer trust. This study is expected to provide empirical evidence for future research and contribute to the development of knowledge in marketing management, particularly regarding the variables of customer satisfaction, service quality, perceived value, and customer trust. The practical implication suggests that customers will be satisfied when the quality of service meets their expectations.

Abstract

Karyawan adalah aset penting bagi perusahaan. Kepuasan karyawan mendorong mereka memberikan yang terbaik. Absensi kehadiran memainkan peran penting dalam setiap pekerjaan. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan masih menggunakan absensi manual dengan kertas, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, ketidakefektifan, kelupaan, ketidakakuratan laporan, kehilangan kertas, dan manipulasi data. Menggunakan sistem informasi aplikasi presensi dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Dengan aplikasi presensi, karyawan hanya perlu menggunakan smartphone untuk absen, memudahkan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan absensi karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini muncul karena PT Globalindo Telematika mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan dan penghitungan penyusutan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis mengembangkan modul odoo menggunakan metode garis lurus pada odoo versi 14. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyederhanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan penyusutan persediaan, mengurangi ketergantungan pada perhitungan penyusutan manual, dan memantau nilai persediaan dan masa manfaat. Manfaat yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan efisiensi operasional, akurasi dalam perhitungan penyusutan, dan kemampuan pemantauan dan manajemen inventaris yang lebih efektif, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi pengendalian dan proses internal. Dengan mengimplementasikan odoo versi 14 ini di PT Globalindo Telematika diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the implementation and effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) strategies in enhancing employee engagement within Indonesian digital start-up companies. The research employed a comprehensive qualitative methodology, including semi-structured interviews with 12 participants across various roles and company sizes within the start-up ecosystem. Data collection involved in-depth interviews, thematic analysis, and examination of HRM practices through multiple lenses. The findings reveal that successful employee engagement in digital start-ups is achieved through strategic implementation of flexible work arrangements, continuous learning programs, digital communication tools, and transparent leadership practices. Key themes emerged around the importance of work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and innovation culture in driving engagement levels. The study demonstrates that start-ups with fully implemented HRM strategies, particularly those emphasizing employee autonomy and career growth, achieve significantly higher engagement scores and job satisfaction rates. Digital transformation in HRM practices, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automated performance management systems, contributes substantially to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. The research concludes that effective HRM strategies in digital start-ups require a holistic approach that integrates technology adoption with human-centered practices, emphasizing the critical role of leadership engagement and organizational culture in fostering sustained employee commitment
