Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine the effectiveness of LCC planting methods on replanting areal and to determine the best growth of LCC between lining, digging and broadcasting methods. This research was conducted in Ukui sub-district, Pelalawan district, Riau. This research was conducted by experimental method which was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The first factor is the method of planting which consists of lining system, digging system and broadcasting system. The second factor is land condition which consists of hilly area, flat area and low area. Each treatment combination with 3 replications. The data of the research were analyzed by analysis of variance at level of 5%. If there is a real difference, then tested by DMRT at 5% confidence level. The results showed that planting system gave the same effect to LCC growth. While the best condition of land for LCC growth is on flat area and low area than hilly area. Abstract

The heart is a muscle that is divided into four chambers, namely the right and left atria (atria) at the top, while two more chambers are located at the bottom, namely the right and left ventricles. In practice, in the world of medical education, medical record data for heart disease is often stored for the purpose of learning or processing it into knowledge. On the website https://www.kaggle.com/, there are many datasets that are stored and processed for learning purposes, including disease datasets, population datasets or other types of datasets. However, in reality, processing medical record data into knowledge is not easy, because the large number of recorded medical record data makes it impossible for humans to process it. In addition, conventional medical record data management has a poor level of accuracy so that the conclusions drawn will certainly be different and not so accurate. Because of these problems, it is necessary to apply data mining techniques in the medical field, especially medical record data management. In this study, the data mining algorithm used is Decision Tree C4.5. This algorithm was chosen because it is quite accurate and complex in the process of managing medical record data. The results showed that the application of the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm was quite accurate in predicting heart disease medical record data where the test results obtained an accuracy of 96%.

Abstract

Evaluasi terhadap kurikulum yang dilaksanakan pada setiap sekolah sangat perlu untuk perkembangan pendidikan. Proses evaluasi program kurikulum merdeka bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa efektif pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru mata pelajaran sejarah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bagian sarana prasarana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dengan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMAN 2 Pandeglang diantaranya: Evaluasi konteks, sudah baik dan sudah sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah. Evaluasi input, sudah cukup dilihat dari perencanaan yang jelas dan mekanisme pembelajaran yang baik, namun sarana prasarana harus dibenahi. Evaluasi proses, persiapan guru sudah dan mekanisme pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum merdeka sudah maksimal, namun terdapat pengurangan jam pelajaran sejarah. Evaluasi produk, hasil belajar sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMAN 2 Pandeglang sudah cukup baik dan layak, meskipun terdapat hal yang harus di benahi.

Abstract

Bendosari Orchard and Edu-Tourism stands as an initiative for enhancement and empowerment of Bendosari, Sumbersari, Moyudan, Sleman communities. Unfortunately, since its inception in 2011 and official inauguration in 2017, up until the year 2022, there has been a noticeable absence of development in terms of attractions and amenities. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, while the planning based on community participation utilizes the Asset Based Community Development approach. This approach advocates for the utilization and empowerment of local assets to create a distinctive experience for visitors. From mapping, planning, implementation/construction, to evaluation together with the community. Beyond physical facilities, there is also a plan for the development of artificial vegetative plant cultivation (grafting, budding, cutting, and topworking). Research outcomes demonstrate that community involvement in the development of the facility resulted in effectiveness at every project phase. These findings provide a concrete example of the importance of community involvement in development projects, which will contribute to the quality and sustainability of project outcomes. The expansion of the tourism area is expected to be sustainable, and one approach is to establish connections with nearby attractions. By doing so, throughout the Bendosari area, tourists will have a variety of options to explore, thereby extending their stay within the Bendosari area, and this distribution will contribute to the local economic growth in the tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of factors related to Accounting Information Systems (AIS) on the level of innovation in organizations. The factors analyzed include the characteristics of the Accounting Information System (AIS) for innovation, resource allocation and integrated reporting, the quality of the Accounting Information System, and the role of Strategic Management Accounting. Data was collected through surveys and analyzed using a systematic literature review method approach. The research results show that AIS characteristics that support innovation, appropriate resource allocation, AIS quality, and the role of Strategic Management Accounting have a significant positive impact on the level of innovation in the organization. These findings emphasize the importance of using an Accounting Information System that supports innovation in improving the innovative performance of an organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variations in electric current in SMAW welding on tensile strength and microstructure. One of the factors that affect the strength of a material is the mechanical strength of the material properties. if the material is welded, it can affect the tensile strength and structure of the material. This research uses AISI 1080 steel material with a diameter of 1.24mm which contains C = 0.083%, Si = 0.21%, Mn = 0.5%, P = 0.008%, S = 0.007%, Cu = 0.03%, Cr = 0.03%, Ni = 0.02%, B = 0.013%, Alt = 0.025%, As = 0.06%, N = 0.0038%, and O = 0.1%. Specimens were welded with varying electric currents at intervals of 25mA, starting from 700mA, 725mA, 750mA, 775mA, and 800mA using the splicing method. The tensile strength results from flash butt welding with a current of 700mA were 853.6N/mm², at a current of 725mA it was 867.7N/mm², at a current of 750mA it was 847.4N/mm², at a current of 775mA it was 881.8mA, and at a current of 800mA it was 805.3mA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, while secondary data was obtained from documentation studies obtained from various information held by the company and the results of previous research. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gyatha Anugerah Persada Medan and the sample in this study was the total population of 113 employees. The results showed that training (X1) and leadership (X2) on employee performance, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant effect of training and leadership on employee performance at PT. Gyatha Anugerah. While the ability of Training (X1) and Leadership (X2) together can explain changes in Employee Performance (Y) by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze financial stability, external pressure, financial targets, personal financial need, the nature of the industry, ineffective monitoring, and rationalization of fraudulent financial statements. The research was conducted on banking and insurance sub-sector companies with annual financial reports for the 2017-2021 period which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were all banking and insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used in this study were 55 companies taken by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Smart PLS software. The results of the study show that financial stability and external pressure have a significant effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

Studi ini terinspirasi oleh fenomena pengembangan organisasi yang bertujuan untuk mendorong kemajuan dan pertumbuhan usaha desa. (BUMDes). Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami perkembangan badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) di desa Bojonggambir, wilayah Tasikmalaya. Dalam studi ini, penulis menggunakan teori Seattle. Studi ini adalah penelitian teknis yang menggunakan metode kualitatif, dan seiring dengan kemajuan penelitian, deskripsi tentang objek-objek tertentu sedang dibuat. Studi teknis ini bertujuan untuk memformalkan, mendokumentasikan, menganalisis, menjelaskan, atau menginterpretasikan situasi terkini yang sedang terjadi. Ini juga mencakup personel yang menyediakan informasi penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data, teknik analisis data, dan teknik validasi data. Kelompok subjek dan sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di wilayah Bojonggambir, pejabat desa, dan perwakilan warga setempat. Berdasarkan diskusi mengenai pengembangan BUMDes di desa Bojonggambir dan sekitarnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan utama telah tercapai secara fundamental. Namun, kerjasama (jaringan) antara organisasi belum sepenuhnya terjalin, dan kolaborasi dengan "Belt and Road" hanya dibangun sebagai agen Brilink, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program yang komprehensif.
