Abstract

School is a place to study and build character in children from an early age toteenagers to solve problems. The purpose of this study was to determine theadministrative system for the registration of new students at the TermilalMosque (MASTER) school in Depok. The research method used is a qualitativedescriptive method. The technique of collecting data was by conducting directobservations and interviews with the founders and administrative staff of theMASTER Terminal MASTER Mosque School Foundation in Depok. The resultsof this study are Master schools consist of several educational levels includingEarly Childhood Education (PAUD), Elementary School (SD), Junior HighSchool (SMP), and High School (SMA). The registration system at Master'sschools is still carried out offline (outside the network), namely by comingdirectly to the school from registration to announcement of the results of theselection of new students. The system implemented, although still using theoffline system, is in accordance with the educational administration standardsset by the government.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Abdimas) di Kumpulan Orang Orang Depok (KOOD) Berbudaya ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat yang tergabung dalam KOOD di Kota Depok, Khususnya para pelaku usaha (UKM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di KOOD ditujukan untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan / workshop dan penyuluhan pada para pelaku usaha dalam hal peningkatan pengelolaan usaha melalui pelatihan /workshop Penghitungan HPP dan Penyuluhan Kesehatan dan Kebugaran. Dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan ini telah menghasilkan dan mendorong para pelaku UKM untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan usaha dengan mulai melakukan penghitungan biaya produksi dan operasional dari usaha mereka secara teratur dan sistematis sehingga dapat diketahui harga jual yang sesuai dan lebih realistis sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing, selain itu telah dilaksanakan pula kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan dan kebugaran yang bertujuan dapat meningkatkan performa dari para pelaku UKM dalam kegiatan usahanya. Untuk tahapan selanjutnya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Kumpulan Orang Orang Depok (KOOD) akan melakukan kegiatan pendampingan bagi para pelaku UKM tentang Penghitungan HPP pada tingkatan yang lebih jauh sampai pada tahapan dapat menghitung dan menentukan harga jual dari produk yang dihasilkan., sebagai keberlanjutan dari kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan.

Abstract

Dapur Kynan is a potential MSME seen from the variety of products and also the complete legality of its business. However, the business being run is experiencing problems, including the difficulty of penetrating a wider market, due to traditional marketing methods such as placing banners, Whatsapp statuses, and from person to person. These MSMEs also experience problems regarding the preparation of financial reports where the records of business transactions and household finances are not yet separated, the records made are still very simple so it is difficult to evaluate the success of the business. The aim of this community service activity is to solve the problems faced by Dapur Kynan by implementing a website as a marketing tool and also a simple bookkeeping application that is integrated with the system. The method we use has 4 stages, namely, data collection and problem analysis, application creation, training preparation, implementation of empowerment through the implementation of the website. The results of this activity show the successful implementation of the website as it makes the process of promotion, sales, and the making of financial reports become easier and more efficient.
