Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang konsep Pendidikan Karakter. Konsep ini masih menarik dikaji dan diketengahkan lagi karena kendatipun ia telah lama dicetuskan dan diserukan oleh Pemerintah untuk diimplementasikan di seluruh satuan pendidikan, namun pada realitanya masih banyak bermunculan fenomena-fenomena yang bertolak belakang dengan nilai-nilai yang diperjuangkan dalam Pendidikan Karakter.Konsep Pendidikan Karakter yang diupayakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia, menurut hemat penulis, sudah sangat ideal. Namun, nampaknya, pada realitanya, masih bersifat sangat teoritis. Padahal, suatu karakter tidak bias dibentuk hanya dengan teori, tetapi harus turun pada praksis. Selain itu, konsep ini juga tidak akan berjalan dan menghasilkan hasil yang sempurna jika tidak ada kerjasama yang baik antara sekolah, keluarga, lingkungan/ masyarakat, dan juga pemerintah

Abstract

Perbedaan pendapat dalam lapangan hukum sebagai hasil penelitian (ijtihad), tidak perlu dipandang sebagai faktor yang melemahkan kedudukan hukum Islam, bahkan sebaliknya bisa memberikan kelonggaran kepada banyak orang (rahmatan lil ‘ªlamÌn). Dalam sejarah pengkajian hukum Islam dikenal beberapa madzhab fiqih yang secara umum terbagi dua, yaitu madzhab sunni dan maühab shi’i. Di kalangan Sunni terdapat beberapa madzhab, yaitu H{anafi, Maliki, Sha>fi’i dan H{anbali. Sedangkan di kalangan syiah terdapat dua madzhab fiqih, yaitu Zaidiyah dan Ja’fariah. Namun yang masih berkembang kini hanyalah madzhab Ja’fariah dan Shi’ah Imamiyah.Terjadinya perbedaan dalam madzhab disebabkan oleh terjadinya perbedaan pendapat dikalangan ulama, perbedaan pendapat inilah yang kemudian melahirkan madzhab-madzhab Islam yang masih menjadi pegangan orang sampai sekarang. Pangkal perbedaan ulama adalah tingkat berbeda antara pemahaman manusia dalam menangkap pesan dan makna, mengambil kesimpulan hukum, menangkap rahasia syariat dan memahami ‘illat hukum. Semua ini tidak bertentangan dengan kesatuan sumber syariat. Karena syariat Islam tidak saling bertentangan satu sama lainnya.

Abstract

Islam mengangkat derajat wanita pada martabat yang sangat tinggi dan mulia. Ketika era Jahiliyah memposisikan wanita seperti barang yang tidak berharga, Islam hadir dengan membawa kehormatan bagi kaum wanita. Islam telah mengatur hak dan kewajiban bagi para suami dan istri sehingga keseimbangan dapat terjadi dalam sebuah rumah tangga. Seorang suami tidak bisa serta merta memposisikan dirinya sebagai orang yang super power sehingga memperdayakan seorang istri dengan seenaknya. Jika seorang suami hendak mengingatkan kepada istri yang nusyuz, maka dia harus mengingatkan dengan cara yang telah diatur oleh agama Islam, yakni dengan tingkah laku atau ucapan yang mendidik. Apabila terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang menimpa kepada seorang istri maka seorang istri berhak untuk mengangkat permasalahan ke pengadilan atau dengan cara penyelesaian diluar pengadilan.

Abstract

This article aims to answer how Islamic thought deals with issues of internationalization. Where in general religions agree that human rights are rights owned by each individual solely because of his dignity as a human being, not the construction of society regarding individual rights. While on the other hand, some experts state that human rights are normative elements that are inherent in human individuals because there are laws whose application differs according to space and time. Between Islam and human rights has a relationship that lies in the universality of Islamic teachings. the concept of human rights has been outlined in the basic principles of Islamic law originating from the texts of the Koran, the Sunnah of the Prophet and friends, as well as the construction of scholars' thoughts. Human rights should be understood and accepted as a universal human treasure whose normative and philosophical foundations can be traced and found in various systems of values ?and traditions. Such global ethics cannot be formulated without religious contributions.

Abstract

Reconstruction of ‘Kitab Kuning learning conducted Lembaga Batsu Masa’il (LBM) Al Mahrusiyah already implemented 2018-2019 school year. Even though it's only been a year, this strategy shows that it can improve the ability of female students to understand the Kitab Kuning. This is proven by the ability of female students who attend LBM to be able to translate and explain the intent contained in the Kitab Kuning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The use of research methods is very relevant to the object being studied because researchers become key instruments. The results of this study will describe in full the situation and process of implementing activities in LBM Al Mahrusiyah. Key informants in this study are all stakeholders who are managers, coaches, executors and participants of these activities. The method used is in-depth interviews to find saturated data. An illustration of the results of this study found the application of LBM Al Mahrusiyah held a sifir class, “tahasus, ula, wustho, dan ulya.” Sorogan class in the realm of reading, “memurodi” (translating) and understanding the Kitab Kuning. In the class of sifir and tahasus the introduction of the kitab kuning and nahwu sharaf science. The book studied varies according to the level of study at each stage of the class.

Abstract

Zakat has great potential to be used to support development in the aspect of developing religious moral values through education. The Ministry of Religion of Kediri Regency seeks to apply Law number 23 of 2011 article 15 paragraph (1) in the context of implementing zakat management in order to improve education. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study can be concluded, in channelling zakat for education in the Ministry of Religion Kediri is appropriate and refers to the distribution of zakat for the sabilillah class. Where all people who take the path of Allah, fight for His religion, both through seeking knowledge and who take up the sword, are equally entitled to receive Zakat. And the result, being able to help children who want to drop out of school because of their parents' unstable economy.

Abstract

The use of appropriate learning methods is a key factor in the teaching and learning process. Success in mastering a range of competencies is a primary goal for students. Active learning, as a teaching method, can enhance the critical thinking skills of students, thereby facilitating a deeper understanding of the material being taught. This research employs a qualitative approach, using descriptive and case study methods, to generate in-depth descriptive data in the form of words or oral expressions from individuals, groups, or situations. The study draws conclusions based on three aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation.First, planning is focused on a simplified syllabus. Second, in the implementation phase, lecturers employ active learning techniques, including active debates, direct instruction, and small group discussions. Third, evaluation/assessment conducted by lecturers encompasses cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Islamic economics as a driver of creativity among farming groups in response to the green economy era. This is because the link between the agricultural sector and the green economy is relevant to achieving the balance of nature and the environment, which are fundamental values of Islamic economics. Islamic economics is intended to guide every policy and activity in the economic sector. Furthermore, the relationship between the economic sector and agriculture is inextricable when the agricultural sector's primary objective is to generate profit. This research uses a qualitative approach, drawing on primary and secondary data collected from farmer groups in the districts of Tulungagung, Trenggalek and Blitar, to examine their efforts to be creative. The collected data is presented descriptively and analysed using the concept of content analysis through the lens of Islamic economics. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) Strategies to increase the creativity of farmer groups in the Tulungagung, Trenggalek and Blitar regencies when facing green economy policies include implementing various innovative sustainable agricultural practices. (2) Implementing Islamic economic concepts to strengthen the creativity of farmer groups in these districts in the face of green economy policies has led to a significant transformation in agricultural practices. This research suggests the potential integration of Islamic economic principles as a normative basis for formulating sustainable agricultural policies, particularly in enhancing the creative capacity of farming communities to adapt to the challenges of the green economy era.

Abstract

Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) is a classical religious concept that has deeply rooted itself in the life of the Nahdliyin Muslim community. Initially, Aswaja was regarded as an exclusive doctrine belonging solely to the Nahdliyin group; however, over time, awareness has grown that Aswaja is also recognized and practiced by various other Islamic groups with diverse interpretations and approaches. This diversity of interpretation has led to differences in theological, political, and practical aspects of religious life, which at times have caused fragmentation among Muslims themselves. Historically, Aswaja emerged as a response to the dynamic development of Islamic thought and evolved through the contributions of figures such as al-Ash’ari, al-Maturidi, al-Ghazali, and al-Junaid. These scholars laid the foundation for a moderate, inclusive, and accommodative religious worldview. Nevertheless, in practice, some Nahdliyin Muslims still tend to understand Aswaja normatively and dogmatically, without engaging in a progressive intellectual dialectic. As a result, the scholarly tradition within the Nahdliyin community tends to stagnate and become trapped in sectarian fanaticism. To revive a dynamic intellectual spirit, it is necessary to reconstruct the understanding of Aswaja from a normatively moderate model toward a progressively moderate one. This transformation can be achieved by opening space for critical reflection, innovation, and the development of knowledge relevant to contemporary challenges. Ontological, epistemological, and axiological studies of Nahdliyin’s intellectual tradition are therefore essential in rebuilding an adaptive, critical, and human-oriented scientific awareness that contributes to the broader welfare of the Muslim community.
