Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu bidang psikologi positif adalah menganalisa kebahagiaan, yaitu evaluasikognitif dan afektif terhadap kehidupan. Kemajuan telah dibuat dalam memahami komponenkebahagiaan, pentingnya adaptasi dan tujuan, serta rasa sejahtera, yang dapat diatur olehajaran agama. Dalam penelitian ini adalah Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaterdapat hubungan positif antara pelajaran agama Islam dan akhlak terhadap kebahagiaan(r = 0,495).Kata kunci: kebahagiaan, kesejahteraan subjektif, afek, kepuasan hidup

Abstract

This meta-analysis study focused on preventive coping and stress. Individual's study don't shows the  result that not always consistent and sometimes contradict each other.  So,  it is difficult to get the inclusive and integrative conclusion.The purpose of this study is to integrate the results of the study that varied about the relation between preventive coping and stres throughmeta-analysis procedure. The subject analysis contained 15 studies that consist 2816 sample size.  The result of this study reveals that (a) there is a relation between preventive coping and stres (rho= -0,383,  interval confidence 95% = -0,02 <P  < 0,74); (b) variance due  to sampling error=0,0043 (15,09%); (c) variance due to variation of reliability=  0,0012 (4. 18%).  This meta-analysis support concfution in the current literatur. The relation between preventive coping and stress became consis­ tence 1f we  consider the research artifact. either the amount of the sample, subject characteristics of research instruments. Key words: meta-anausls. penlaku koping  preventif, dan sires

Abstract

The purpose of study is to compare two current western theories of knowledge management that was written by Senge and Nonaka and social capital management with Islam. It was believed. That those theories were very important to overcome the crisis that hit some countries. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengalaman kerja, kepuasan kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap employability pada guru SMK Muhammadiyah dalam krisis COVID 19. Subjek penelitian adalah guru SMK Muhammadiyah Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta (N=80). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan skala likert dan semantik diferensial sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan proses analisis, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dari pengalaman kerja, kepuasan kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap employability dengan nilai (p<0,01). Analisis pada hipotesis minor juga diperoleh hasil yaitu pengalaman kerja, kepuasan kerja dan dukungan sosial masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap employability dengan nilai (p<0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, kepuasan kerja dan dukungan sosial memiliki kontribusi dalam memengaruhi employability pada guru SMK Muhammadiyah dalam krisis COVID 19 dan kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi employability.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are still many people who live in slums, due to various factors. This is of course a shared responsibility and needs more attention, especially from the government and from various circles. Many things happen and affect the condition of people who live in slums, because in terms of health it is also different from those who live in livable settlements. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is a role for Adversity Qoutient and Character Strength on the resilience of residents in Slum Settlement in the Batang Arau area, Padang City. The research subjects were 110 residential residents aged 25-60 years. Adversity Qoutient is measured by Stoltz's Adversity Quotient (AQ) scale, VIA-Character Strength is measured by Peterson and Seligman's VIA-Character Strength scale, and resilience is measured by Reivich and Shatte's resilience scale. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis method using SPSS version 23.00 for windows. Based on the results of the correlation test, it is known that there is a positive and significant correlation between adversity quotient and resilience (p = 0.000), then there is a positive and significant correlation between character strength and resilience (p = 0.000), and positive and significant correlations. significant relationship between adversity quotient and character strength (AQ) (p = 0.044). The results of this study prove that Adversity Qoutient and Character Strength together play a role in resilience. Adversity Qoutient and Character Strength together make an effective contribution of 56%. The conclusion is to increase the resilience of the population in the slum area of ​​Batang Arau Padang by increasing the Adversity Qoutient and Character Strength.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced era followed by increasingly sophisticated technological developments makes an increase in a more creative, imaginative mindset in understanding the development of information media. Interestingly, the various application features available are much liked by children. How would it be if there were no boundaries in seeking information and managing broadcasts through the media that children watch, especially early childhood who are not yet able to sort and choose what is good and what is bad, so that often these shows can become a role models. This study aims to find out how the YouTube Kidz application is a medium for broadcasting Islamic educational content for early childhood. This research method takes the form of library research through tracing various scientific works, in the form of books, papers, journals about media (especially YouTube Kids), then the stages of processing data and analyzing the data that has been collected, the author uses a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Islamic content in the YouTube Kidz application includes broadcasts of a series of Islamic children's songs and prayers, Islamic story series and stories which the researcher analyzes as an in-depth study of educational themed content

Abstract

Bermain adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk membuat kesenangan yang dibangun tanpa mempertimbangkan hasil akhir. Bermain dilakukan secara bebas tanpa adanya paksaan atau tekanan dari luar yang dilakukan oleh anak dengan tujuan anak merasa gembira dalam kegiatan bermain itu sendiri serta memberikan manfaat kepada anak, terutama pada proses tumbuh kembangnya salah satunya adalah manfaat secara fisik karena bermain dianggap sebagai aktivitas yang dapat menggerakkan badan anak. Bermain berguna untuk mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan, keterampilan motorik, kemampuan sosial, emosi dan kepribadian anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan PRODAMAT (Program Pemberdayaan Umat) ini, yaitu memberikan permainan edukatif untuk mengembangkan motorik kasar dan motorik halus pada anak di TK ABA Warungboto serta memberikan contoh kepada guru dalam membuat permainan-permainan edukatif bagi anak atau siswa TK ABA Warungboto. Hasil dari kegiatan PRODAMAT (Program Pemberdayaan Umat) yang berjudul Permainan Edukasi Untuk Mengembangkan Motorik Anak di TK ABA Warungboto menyatakan bahwa dengan memberikan beberapa permainan edukatif mampu meningkatkan motorik kasar dan motorik halus yang sangat signifikan pada anak TK ABA Warungboto dan guru-guru dapat mengembangkan ide dalam membuat permainan edukatif untuk anak TK ABA Warungboto.

Abstract

This study examines the role of character education in autistic children at SLB Islam Qothrunnada. Autism is a neurobiological disorder that affects social interaction, communication, and individual behavior patterns. Character education plays a crucial role in shaping positive attitudes and values in autistic children. This research employs a qualitative approach through field research involving teachers at Qothrunnada Islamic Special School as informant interviews. The interview instrument was utilized to gather data on the behavior model of character education for autistic children, the positive values instilled, and the obstacles encountered in the character education process. The study's findings reveal that the character education model for autistic children at Qothrunnada Islamic Special School is implemented through habituation in daily life, encompassing the school, the surrounding environment, and the home. Character education in autistic children is implemented through the promotion of positive values that align with the specific needs and challenges faced by these children. The establishment of character education patterns is crucial to ensure the harmonious collaboration between teachers, parents, and individuals within the child's immediate environment. Keywords: Character Education, Autism, Habituation, Model.

Abstract

The mission of positive psychology is to mitigate negative emotions while bolstering positive ones, thereby influencing student engagement in classroom learning activities, including mathematics. This study elucidates the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach within the framework of Islamic teachings—specifically, inheritance law and charity—in the context of fractions and number operations. Its objective is to alleviate mathematics anxiety, a prevalent negative emotion, and enhance well-being during mathematical learning. Drawing upon flow theory from positive psychology, the research endeavors to optimize mathematical well-being by crafting appropriately challenging questions. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, the study focuses on an Indonesian mother and her ten-year-old son, residing in Uithoorn, Amsterdam, Netherlands, belonging to minority groups in ethnicity and identity, with religion being a significant aspect of their lives. Data collection involves observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, with analysis employing data reduction, presentation, triangulation, and verification techniques. The study utilizes socio-religious problems as a context, one of the characteristics of RME, such as inheritance division, to design mathematical challenges. The findings demonstrate a marked transition from math anxiety to math well-being, manifested through heightened enthusiasm and cheerfulness in learning mathematics, particularly by the mother. Noteworthy transformations include increased engagement, generous gestures towards the teacher, and frequent smiling, contrasting with previous instances of math anxiety during learning sessions. Furthermore, the results indicate that RME facilitates comprehension of mathematical concepts and fosters understanding of the intersection between mathematics and Islamic life among minority groups, as detailed in this article.

Abstract

Teachers accompanying children with special needs have student-centered learning processes, are very responsible and have high work pressure. The pressure and burden of responsibility for special companion teachers in the profession has the potential to trigger stress. The aim of the study was to find out coping stress on special accompanying teachers at the Kalam Kudus Christian School, Pontianak. This study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. data collection will be done by interview and observation, and data analysis using content analysis. The results showed that research subjects used more emotion focused coping than problem focused coping to reduce stress levels.
