Abstract

Perilaku agresi adalah suatu bentuk perilaku fisik maupun lisan yang bersifat negatif yang diawali dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk melukai dan menyakiti orang lain baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku agresi pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang remaja dengan usia sekitar 15-18 tahun. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan memberikan kuesioner dengan pertanyaan terbuka (open-ended questionnaire). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan berbagai faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan munculnya perilaku agresi pada remaja, antara lain : (1) faktor teman sebaya dan lingkungan, (2) harga diri , dan (3) mencari kesenangan.

Abstract

Guru sebagai manusia tentunya pernah dihadapi akan kesulitan dan tekanan, baik dalam kehidupan pribadi hingga dalam menjalani profesinya. Sehingga resiliensi dianggap penting untuk guru agar mampu menjalani kehidupan dan profesinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji validitas dan reliabilitas konstrak resiliensi dan mengukur kontribusi aspek-aspek dan indikator-indikator dalam merefleksikan resiliensi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru di sekolah X. Analisis data menggunakan uji outer model dengan program Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukan instrumen telah valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur konstruk resiliensi, sehingga aspek dan indikator resiliensi diketahui dapat merefleksikan variabel resiliensi.

Abstract

Abstract. Mother is person who very close to her child, mother always caring and pay attention, this closeness creates child's trust to his mother. Trust is what makes children feeling that the mother is the most comfortable people to share all their complaints without demeaning. This study aims to explore the child's closeness with his mother and the reason. This research used qualitative research with constructive realism method, the subject of this research are 60 students that aged 20-28 years, the subject was asked: "how close to his mother and made a reason why the subject was close to his mother?". FGD was conducted on six-person subjects, and open interviews with 1 subject, data analysis using categorization method. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 categories of reasons children believe to mothers, which are caring (20.57%), understanding (20%), sincere (18%), attention (17.67%), patient (9.67%), resilient (9.35% ) and others (4.74%). The FGD results and interviews show that the main reason for child trust is mother caring and understanding, caring is shown by always trying to meet the children needs, giving a good example, and giving the best to his family. Understanding from mother makes child tell various things and accepted.Keywords: caring; mother; trust; understanding.

Abstract

Turnover always occurs in companies, if it continues to increase, it will be detriment. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes the relationship between employee and organizations, in which the employee believes and wants to accept the goals and will remain or leave the organization as well as reflects the loyalty to a sustainable organization at which employees express their concern for the organization success and progress. The present study aims to evaluate validity and reliability score from measuring instruments based on the theory of Allen and Meyer. The dimensions that are used as reference for making the measuring instrument include affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. This study was conducted on 92 nurses by using simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument was made by scaling using a Likert model. The measurement of validity and reliability score used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) approach by PLS 3.3.2 software. The results showed that the organizational commitment measurement tool was declared valid and reliable as a measuring tool. There were 15 items dropped out of the 24 items tested.Keywords: Organizational Commitment; Validity; Reliability

Abstract

The goal of this research was to understand the subjective well-being of mothers who work in the streets. This qualitative phenomenological study collected data using a semi-structured interview. Data were collected from six street mothers aged 18-40 years living in the dense residence of Kali Code, Karanganyar, Brontokusuman, Mergangsan, and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The content analysis was used in this research, and the results showed that street mothers were satisfied with their current lives. Some of the reasons for their satisfaction include having a place to stay, gathering with their family every day, having a job, having independent earning, supporting children's education, and meeting their family's needs. This study also found that life satisfaction was associated with feeling satisfied with the self, family life, health, job, and community environment. Furthermore, participants expressed positive affect in the form of happiness when their job and earnings were good when gathering with the family or neighbors when the family is in harmony. The children are obedient when they can meet the needs of the children when they receive unexpected rewards. In contrast, the participants experienced negative affect in the form of guilt when they were unable to make the family happy, and disappointed when daily earnings were small. They were sad when children were not obedient, angry, and disappointed about living conditions and worried, anxious, and afraid about the workplace conditions.

Abstract

Women with disabilities are individuals who have double vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities are arguably resulting from their condition as disabled persons and their status as a woman. Both women with innate disabilities factors and accident factors have a similarly negative view of their condition. This study aimed to describe subjective well-being in women with disabilities. The research method used was qualitative phenomenology. The data was obtained through semi-structured interviews. This study included six women with disabilities (visually impaired), aged between 20 to 30 years who lived in Yogyakarta and status as a graduate student. The data from interviews were analyzed with thematic analysis. The results showed that subjective well-being in women with disabilities was influenced by cognitive component (life satisfaction), which was indicated by self-acceptance, positive social relations, and perceived gratitude. Besides, the affective component also played a role. This component included positive affect, which was indicated by a sense of attention that the participant received, a feeling of excitement, pleasure, and a feeling of pride. Negative affect was indicated by feelings of sadness because of past negative relationships and feelings of disappointment.

Abstract

Yogyakarta merupakan tempat belajar bagi para mahasiswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna hidup yang dimiliki mahasiswa rantau di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden sebanyak 77 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive  menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa makna hidup merupakan sebuah kebermanfaat (27,6%), proses (24,63%), dan beribadah (14,24%) menempati persentase tertinggi, kemudian diikuti kebersyukuran (13,35%), kebahagiaan (11,27%), ikhlas (8,91%).

Abstract

Turnover sering terjadi dalam perusahaan, apabila terus mengalami peningkatan, tentunya hal ini akan merugikan. Komitmen organisasi merupakan keadaan psikologis hubungan antara karyawan dengan organisasinya dalam diri karyawan untuk percaya dan dapat menerima tujuan dari organisasi, dan tetap loyal pada organisasi dimana karyawan dapat mengekspresikan seluruh perhatian kepada organisasi secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas dari alat ukur yang didasarkan pada teori Allen dan Meyer. Dimensi yang digunakan sebagai acuan pembuatan alat ukur yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan dan komitmen normatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 93 perawat dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur dibuat dengan penskalaan menggunakan penilaian model skala Likert. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan pendekatan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) menggunakan software PLS 3.3.2. Hasil menunjukkan skala komitmen organisasi telah valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Terdapat 15 item yang gugur dari 24 item yang diujikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara hope, employability dengan Subjective well-being pada mahasiswa profesi apoteker Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa profesi Apoteker Universitas Ahmad Dahlan yang berjumlah 80 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala hope, skala employability dan skala Subjective well-being. hasil dari uji asumsi normalitas pada penelitian ini yaitu diketahui bahwa subjective well-being memiliki p = 0,695 (p > 0,05), selanjutnya hope memiliki p = 0,458 (p > 0,05), dan employability p = 0,507 (p > 0,05). hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki distribusi skor yang normal. Analisis regresi berganda penelitian memperoleh nilai koefisien R sebesar 0,499 dengan taraf signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara hope, employability dengan Subjective well-being pada mahasiswa profesi apoteker Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.   This study aims to see the influence between hope, employability, and subjective well-being of the Ahmad Dahlan University pharmacist profession students. The subjects used in this study were the Ahmad Dahlan University Pharmacist profession which assessed 80 people. The research method used is quantitative methods, data aids using the scale of hope, employability scale and subjective well-being scale. The results of the normality assumption test in this study that it is not known that subjective welfare has p = 0.695 (p> 0.05), then it is expected to have p = 0.458 (p> 0.05), and work ability p = 0.507 (p> 0), 05). The results of the normality test show that the three variables have a normal score distribution. Multiple regression analysis obtained an R coefficient value of 0.499 with a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant influence between expectations, work ability and subjective welfare in the pharmacist professional students of Ahmad Dahlan University.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan employ well-being, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri dengan employability pada guru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 dan 2 Moyudan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel dependent yaitu employability dan variabel independent yaitu employ well-being, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan skala model likert sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa employ well-being, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri. memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan employability. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan dan Guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Moyudan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Secara parsial masing – masing variabel independent yaitu employ well-being,kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan employability. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan employ well-being, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan harga diri dengan employability.
