Abstract

Hypnosis methods that can be done starting during pregnancy can help reduce anxiety and fear levels. Hypnosis technique is one way that can be applied by pregnant women to gain peace when facing pregnancy and childbirth. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of pregnant women about hypnobirthing and attitudes of pregnant women to hypnobirthing therapy at the Hana Kasih Clinic. This research method uses an observational-analytic design with a cross sectional approach, where the population is all pregnant women who perform pregnancy check-ups at the Hana Kasih Clinic with a total of 41 respondents. The sample size is 34 respondents through accidental sampling. The results of the analysis showed that knowledge of pregnant women about hypnobirthing did not affect the attitudes of pregnant women towards hypnobirthing therapy, where pregnant women who have less knowledge about hypnobirthing have a positive attitude towards hypnobirthing therapy. The results of the Chi-Square test obtained the value of =0.078 is greater than and thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. It is recommended to health workers on duty at the Hana Kasih Clinic to provide pregnancy health counseling, especially about hypnobirthing, especially pregnant women who want to have a pain-free pregnancy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the knowledge and insight of mothers of IUD family planning acceptors about reproductive health and family planning, that the IUD is the most effective long-term contraceptive for spacing pregnancies or terminating pregnancies. And the activities carried out to increase the knowledge of IUD acceptor mothers that this contraceptive is a long-term contraceptive method that can space the number of children, or stop pregnancy. Increasing the knowledge of IUD family planning acceptors also has advantages and disadvantages for its users. The types and forms of activities of this activity are the provision of material to mothers of IUD family planning acceptors about the meaning, types of IUDs, benefits, advantages, disadvantages of using contraceptives, and side effects of using IUDs. Health checks, such as measuring maternal blood pressure and others. Results To achieve the objectives of the above activities, activities were carried out, including providing material to mothers of IUD family planning acceptors about the meaning, types of IUDs, benefits, advantages, disadvantages of using contraceptives, and side effects of using IUDs. And explain to the mother that the IUD is the most effective contraceptive method for spacing pregnancies and terminating pregnancy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether mothers understand the prevention of stunting in infants. And the activities carried out to increase maternal knowledge to obtain complete basic immunizations increase maternal knowledge about the side effects of each basic immunization vaccine. The type and form of activity of this activity is the provision of material to mothers regarding basic immunization, giving immunizations to infants. Results To achieve the objectives of the above activities, activities were carried out, including the delivery of material on basic immunization for infants.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide useful information and input for the community or pregnant women about the benefits of hypnobirthing for pregnancy, not only during pregnancy, but also before delivery, during labor and after delivery. That hypnobirthing helps cope with pain without the involvement of drugs. Increase knowledge of pregnant women about hypnobirthing for pregnancy, increase knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of hypnobirthing during childbirth, after delivery and during the postpartum period. The types and forms of activities of this activity are providing counseling materials to pregnant women about hypnobirthing, telling mothers the difference between childbirth and hypnobirthing, with regular delivery or caesarean section. To achieve the objectives of the above activities, activities were carried out including providing counseling materials about the benefits of hypnobirthing for pregnancy, not only during pregnancy, but also before delivery, during labor and after delivery. That hypnobirthing helps cope with pain without the involvement of drugs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the knowledge and insight of adolescents about the risk of anemia, so that adolescents know how to manage nutritional coverage during their teenage years. Explaining to adolescents about what happens when during adolescence, nutritional patterns are not fulfilled, such as malnutrition, obesity, and anemia. Increase the knowledge of young women about nutrition and increase the knowledge of young women about anemia. The types and forms of activities of this activity are providing material to adolescents about anemia, namely, understanding, criteria for anemia, distribution of anemia, symptoms of anemia, and ways to overcome anemia in adolescents. To achieve the objectives of the above activities, activities were carried out including providing material to adolescents about anemia, namely, understanding, criteria for anemia, distribution of anemia, symptoms of anemia, and ways to overcome anemia in adolescents.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a time when a woman carries an embryo or fetus in her body. Tetanus toxoid immunization (tetanus toxoid vaccine) is one of the efforts to prevent tetanus. Tetanus is a serious disease caused by bacteria. The report on Analysis of Trials in Indonesia in 2014 compiled by WHO (World Health Organization) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 9.8% (18,032) of 184 thousand births faced death due to low coverage of tetanus immunization.This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of pregnant women and the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization. The research methodology in this study used observational analytic with incidental sampling approach. The sample in this study were 30 pregnant women who used TT immunization. Based on the results of the chi-square test obtained p value = 0.000. This means that the p value is smaller than (0.05) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely the zcharacteristics of postpartum mothers with complete tetanus toxoid immunization. So from the results of this study found a gap between the results of the study and the theory that has been stated above.

Abstract

Contraceptive IUD is a tool or object that is inserted into the uterus which is very effective, reversible and long-term can be used by all women of reproductive age. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge of the IUD and her participation as an IUD acceptor at the Hana Kasih Clinic in 2019. The research method used was analytical observation with a cross sectional approach. The population is all women of childbearing age who visited the Hana Kasih Clinic in 2019, totaling 30 respondents. The sample in this study was some 30 women of childbearing age at the Hana Kasih Clinic in 2019. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of PUS mothers who had good knowledge participated as 9 IUD acceptors (69.3%), 4 people with sufficient knowledge also participated (30,7%). From the results of the Chi-Square statistical test, p = 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and participation as an IUD acceptor. It is recommended to health workers to continue to provide counseling about how to use, and the benefits of mother's participation as IUD acceptors.

Abstract

Menarche is the first menstruation experienced by women. Menarche is an early sign of the start of a new life as a teenager in puberty. Menstruation is a period of bleeding that occurs in women regularly every month during their fertile period unless pregnancy occurs. This study aims to determine the relationship between the degree of dysmenorrhea pain and the use of Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) in adolescent girls in Neighborhood III of Baru Ladang Bambu Village. The research method used is quantitative analytical approach. cross sectional, where the sample is 30 respondents through total sampling technique. The results of the bivariate analysis showed the degree of pain intensity, namely 8 respondents (26.6%) mild pain, 15 respondents (50.0) moderate pain, 7 respondents (23.4) severe pain. 19 respondents (63.3%) used NSAIDs. The results of the chi square statistical test obtained p = 0.027 this means that the p value is greater than the value and thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. It is hoped that young women who are in Environment III of Ladang Bambu Village will further increase their knowledge about the use of NSAIDs to reduce pain during menstruation.

Abstract

Nutrition or also called nutrition, is the study of food and its relationship to health. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and behavior about nutrition to the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. The research method used is pre-experimental with the design of "The One Shot Case Study". The population in this study amounted to 30 young women who are in Neighborhood V Village Baru Ladang Bambu. The sample in this study was 30 by total samplingThe results showed that the majority of respondents who had sufficient knowledge were 18 people (60%) the majority had active behavior as many as 18 people (60%) the majority had anemia as many as 12 people (40%) based on the chi-square statistical test obtained p value = 0.000. This means that the p value is smaller than the p value (0.05) and thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, knowledge and behavior about nutrition in adolescent girls have a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia. It is suggested to young women in Neighborhood V of Kelurahan Baru Ladang Bambu to meet the nutritional needs of the body and seek information about anemia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide knowledge to adolescents, especially young women, about reproductive health to prevent unwanted teenage pregnancies. And the activities carried out are to increase the knowledge of young women about reproductive health to prevent unwanted teenage pregnancies. Help prevent teenage pregnancies that result in dropping out of school, unprepared economic problems, teenage pregnancies under the age of 20 which are at risk for premature birth and increase maternal mortality. The types and forms of activities of this activity are as follows: providing material to young women about reproductive health to prevent unwanted teenage pregnancies. The results of the study are to achieve the objectives of the above activities,
