Abstract

Pengasuhan dan pendidikan yang tepat dalam keluarga, anak akan dapat mencapai kemandirian dengan bantuan orang tua, yang kemudian akan membantu anak untuk dapat menyesuaikan diri di lingkungan. Peran ibu sebagai ibu rumah tangga telah banyak berubah, yang awalnya adalah sebagai istri dan ibu dari anak-anaknya kini berperan sebagai pencari nafkah tambahan bagi keluarganya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan konsep diri maupun kematangan emosi anak usia 5-6 tahun ditinjau dari ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi merupakan ibu dengan anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan metode sampling jenuh semua ibu dengan anak usia tersebut dijadikan sampel. Analisis data digunakan pengujian korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik konsep diri maupun kematangan emosi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p < 0,05) dengan pekerjaan ibu mereka masing-masing. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dari ibu yang bekerja bisa memiliki konsep diri yang sama baiknya dengan anak-anak dari ibu yang tidak bekerja, asalkan kebutuhan emosional dan perkembangan mereka terpenuhi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, kunci utamanya terletak pada keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan keluarga, serta memastikan bahwa anak menerima perhatian, kasih sayang, dan dukungan yang mereka butuhkan dari seluruh anggota keluarga dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mengembangkan media belajar berupa kartu angka dengan tujuan untuk membantu peserta didik dalam menghafalkan perkalian menggunakan bantuan media tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan ini menggunakan metode advokasi yaitu sebuah usaha untuk menciptakan (to create) yang baru atau yang belum ada dalam konsep kebijakan publik. Kegiatan pendampingan belajar menggunakan kartu angka  dilaksanakan selama satu bulan bertempat di Dusun Gurjugan, Kupang, Karangdowo, Klaten. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan hasil peningkatan hafalan perkalian oleh peserta didik. Penggunaan media kartu angka sangatlah efeftif diterapkan pada mata pelajaran matematika khususnya dalam meningkatkan hafalan perkalian. Respon yang diberikan peserta didik saat melakukan pembelajaran menggunakan media kartu angka ini cukup positif, peserta didik tampak aktif, antusias.

Abstract

According to the theory of Sr. Bondreward and punishment functions to influence positive responses or negative responses. The purpose of a positive response is to change someone's behavior for the better so that their good behavior will always repeat or increase. Meanwhile, the purpose of negative responses is to eliminate someone's bad behavior. Discipline is generally understood as personality and proper rules with certainty or personality that is gained from training such as, for example, "discipline in the classroom" (Dr. Thomas Gordon, 1996: 3). This study aims to analyze a literature, scientific articles, journals and documents. This study has the results to determine the application of reward and punishment when building characteristicsearly childhood discipline. In tracing research articles carried out in several databases using a word and the concept of special privileges in the 2016-2020 period. From several searches, it was found that 100 national and international research journals, 65 journals met the criteria, 35 journals did not meet the criteria and 20 journals met the criteria consisting of 15 national journals and 5 international journals. Literature review shows that the application of reward and punishments when building characteristicsearly childhood discipline Early stages have variations in several aspects of research design, sample and population (individuals involved), variables, methods, data analysis, specificity, and effectiveness. From statistical data analysis, it shows that a method used can increase the knowledge and actions of parents. Application of reward and punishments when building characteristicsearly childhood disciplinecan form discipline and change attitudes or behavior of children for the better.

Abstract

Early Childhood learning prioritizes developing cognitive intelligence rather thanaffective intelligence or character building. This research is a type of exploratory descriptiveresearch. Exploratory descriptive research aims to describe the state of a phenomenon. Thisresearch is not intended to test certain hypotheses, only to describe what a variable, symptomor condition is. This research wants to further analyze related to early childhood charactereducation based on Kohlberg using literature studies obtained from various scientificsources. The urgency of character education for each individual is an absolute thing to do asan effort to build a generation that contributes to the progress of the nation. Charactereducation efforts certainly cannot escape from the psychological aspects contained inindividuals which may influence the process of achieving the success of character buildingitself. One of the most significant individual psychological aspects for the development ofindividual personality is the moral aspect.

Abstract

Hypnoparenting is knowledge about educating and caring for children by controlling children's actions and emotions through a series of hypnotic suggestion activities. Objective: To examine the literature, journal, and documents of research findings that identify hypnoparenting methods for improving child discipline early on. Method: Search for research journals using certain words in the 2016-2020 period. There ware 105 research journals on child discipline and hypnoparenting methods both nationally and internationally, 46 journals meet the criteria, 59 journals did not meet the criteria, only 20 journals were selected to meet the criteria. 15 national journals and 5 international journals. Results and discussion: The reviewed literature shows that it significantly increases children's discipline early on. Statistical analysis proves that this method can increase the knowledge and actions of parents, teachers, and the community in caring for and educating children from an early age. Conclusion: Hypnoparenting method can make it easier for parents, teachers, and community to significantly improve children's discipline from an early age with positive suggestions that have been applied.

Abstract

The research aims to explain the effectiveness of PAUD teachers in using powtoon animation web-based video media by promoting adaptive children in facing the destructive era . The method in this study uses development that produces products in the form of powtoon animation web-based learning video media. Before using the media, a validation test was carried out by media expert validators and material expert validators. Based on the results that have been obtained, powtoon web-based learning video media is a medium that can and should be used by teachers in teaching at Aisyiyah PAUD throughout Surakarta City. This is indicated by the results of media feasibility which reached an average score of 96.30. Suggestions for PAUD teachers are that this media is expected to be able to facilitate students to learn independently accompanied by parents at home because the ease of technological developments that are right on target will be able to combat destructive content.
