Abstract

Nilai kekuatan tarik material komposit berpenguat serat daun agel dengan variasi penggunaan jenis matrik, orientasi arah serat, dan tambahan filler sebagai penguat masih belum dikaji hingga saat ini. Melalui penelitian ini dilakukan pengkajian pengaruh penggunaan jenis matrik epoxy dan polyester, serta susunan orientasi arah serat 00 dan 900, dan tambahan filler berupa serbuk kayu terhadap nilai kekuatan tarik material komposit berpenguat serat daun agel. Proses fabrikasi material komposit dilakukan melalui metode hand lay-up dengan bentuk spesimen sesuai standar ASTM D3039, kemudian uji tarik dilakukan menggunakan alat Universal Testing Machine (UTM). Adapun hasil kekuatan tarik material komposit berpenguat serat daun agel yang difabrikasi dengan matrik epoxy pada arah serat 00 dan 900 masing-masing adalah sebesar 9,6 MPa dan 9,2 MPa, kemudian material komposit berpenguat serat daun agel yang difabrikasi dengan matrik polyester pada arah serat 00 dan 900 masing-masing adalah sebesar 7,2 MPa dan 14,4 MPa.

Abstract

This practical training on shrouding a corpse for students of SMK Negeri Sangatta Utara aims to provide practical training to students of SMK Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara in the skill of shrouding a corpse as part of the educational knowledge of fardhu kifayah. Through this activity, we hope to make a significant contribution in the character building of students, especially in increasing their social awareness and understanding of the important fardhu kifayah obligations in society. This activity uses interactive learning methods of discussion, question and answer, and theoretical presentation related to the importance of fardhu kifayah. The form of the activity is direct practice of practicing the skills of shrouding a corpse using appropriate media and tools. The training was delivered in theory and practice, focusing on the active involvement of students in each training session. Direct simulation in the field to ensure students can master the required skills. Activities take place over two weeks, with weekly training sessions. The first week was a basic introduction to fardhu kifayah, an introductory session on fardhu kifayah, the role and importance of shrouding the dead in the lives of Muslims, as well as a discussion on the procedures for shrouding the dead. The second week is practical training on shrouding the body, learning and practicing directly shrouding the body, from preparation to the process of shrouding the body with the correct procedure.

Abstract

CV. Makarya Engineering is a supervisory consultant in building construction work at SDN Tembok Dukuh II Surabaya, the project work involves a lot of heavy work activities, such as lifting materials, bending while doing work, and other activities that cause complaints of pain in several parts of the body. The Nordic Body Map method is an assessment to find out the body complaints of a person or worker. The Nordic Body Map method uses a 4 Likert scale rating. Workers are interviewed, then give an assessment that has been determined with a Likert scale on the part of the body that feels pain during building construction work activities.
