Abstract

Masjid Jami’ Al-Mubarokah, terletak di Kampung Cisentul, Desa Cibodas, Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor, merupakan masjid tertua yang memiliki nilai historis dan menjadi pusat kegiatan ibadah, pendidikan, serta sosial masyarakat. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kondisi bangunan mengalami penurunan, terutama pada bagian struktur. Ketidaksesuaian dimensi kolom terhadap kapasitas beban yang harus ditopang, serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung seperti tempat wudhu yang masih menggunakan sistem tradisional. Perencanaan ulang ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memperkuat ketahanan struktur, meningkatkan kualitas kenyamanan dan fungsi bangunan, serta menjaga nilai historisnya. Perancangan dilakukan berdasarkan ketentuan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan meliputi tiga aspek utama: perencanaan struktur, desain arsitektur, dan penyusunan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB). Proses perencanaan mencakup survei lapangan, pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, analisis struktur menggunakan perangkat lunak SAP2000, pembuatan model tiga dimensi melalui SketchUp, serta penyusunan gambar kerja dua dimensi dengan AutoCAD. Dari hasil perencanaan, dihasilkan dokumen teknis yang memuat gambar kerja lengkap, model 3D, dan perhitungan RAB secara detail. Perubahan desain utama adalah penggantian atap genteng menjadi atap beton dengan penambahan kubah beton berdiameter besar sesuai keinginan warga, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode pelat beton untuk menjamin kekuatan dan stabilitasnya. Perencanaan ini diharapkan mampu menghasilkan masjid yang aman, kokoh, memiliki nilai estetika tinggi, serta mendukung kebutuhan ibadah dan kegiatan sosial masyarakat dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

The government has officially announced that the new capital city will be located in the province of East Kalimantan and will have a different infrastructure from the rest of Indonesia. This new region will apply digital technology that triggers the maritime industry to switch from traditional to digital processes as a consequence of development with the concept of smart city and smart mobility. This study aims to select and determine existing ports that meet the requirements to be developed to support development in the national capital region based on the concept of a smart city, smart mobility, as well as innovations that can be made to accelerate its development. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the research was conducted online, using descriptive and qualitative methods. The results showed that the Semayang port and the Kaltim Kariangau Terminal (KKT) port were the selected ports, as well as other potential ports such as the Kampung Baru Tengah port and the Penajam Passer port. The two ports need to be developed towards a smart port that prioritizes efficiency and utilization of digital-based information system technology.

Abstract

Sustainable transportation plays a crucial role in realizing Indonesia's long-term vision for the year 2045, known as "Indonesia Emas 2045". The rapid economic growth experienced by Indonesia has led to urbanization and an increased demand for transportation services. However, this development has also brought adverse environmental impacts such as air pollution, traffic congestion, and greenhouse gas emissions. This study emphasizes the importance of public awareness and education in successfully achieving the sustainable transportation goals set for 2045. The methodology employed in this literature review aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the impacts and solutions of sustainable transportation. Literature research findings indicate that public awareness and education play a crucial role in advocating for sustainable transportation alternatives. Increasing public awareness of the environmental, economic, and social benefits of sustainable transportation has the potential to drive the use of public transportation, non-motorized vehicles, and electric vehicles. The research confirms that public awareness efforts have been successful in reducing the use of private cars, promoting public transportation use, and fostering interest in non-motorized transportation. Additionally, these efforts have proven to increase support for sustainable transportation policies. Therefore, it is crucial to implement effective communication campaigns and education programs to assist individuals in making environmentally conscious transportation choices. In the context of "Indonesia Emas 2045," it is essential to enhance public awareness and ensure adequate education regarding sustainable transportation. Collective support from the community can significantly contribute to achieving sustainable development goals, propelling Indonesia towards a greener and more prosperous future.

Abstract

This research is part of the plan of the Bogor Regency government, especially Cileungsi District, in arranging the Cileungsi flyover which is currently filled with garbage and used as a shadow terminal, making the area look slum. The arrangement effort is made to create a comfortable, neat flyover that can become an icon of Bogor Regency. The research aims to produce a portal tower flyover design that is aesthetic, unique, sturdy, and meets the strength and stability standards of the structure according to local conditions. The analysis was carried out using SAP2000 software to model the three-dimensional space structure and identify the strength, stability, and deflection of the structure. The LRFD (Load Resistance Factor Design) method is used in calculating the bearing capacity of the structure. The results of the analysis show that the space frame structure made of steel pipes has stable and rigid behavior, meeting all work loads, including dead loads, live loads, wind, and earthquakes. The design of the 13-meter deep pile foundation has also been proven to be able to withstand loads safely. The design of the space frame structure made of steel pipes for the Cileungsi flyover portal tower is declared strong, stable, and safe to implement. This structure can be used as a new icon for Bogor Regency, especially Cileungsi District. The implementation of this design requires detailed depiction as a construction guideline in the field.
